Hi, I had an interview with the manager for a possible position they had open for a leasing Consultant. Leah was nice but the interview process was over an hour. I was asked the same questions over & over but worded a bit differently. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing, no email to politely tell me they found someone else that suited that position. I think how you treat others goes along way. I've been a manager before and if I don't hire someone, I send them an email out of courtesy for their time & coming in. I feel grateful I didn't have to work for them. If you don't know how to treat others, you'll never make it with residents.

Grande Hill Estates is an awesome place to live. The office staff are professional and pleasant. Maintenance is very prompt. They are conveniently located for great restaurants and shopping.

Love this place. It’s been my home on and off for the better part of six years. Love the office staff. Maintenance is always on time and actually fixes the problem. It’s nice and quiet it’s home.

My wife and I are moving out at the end of this month. Our experience here has been nothing but great, and if we weren’t moving to a different city, we would stay here without a doubt. The staff and maintenance are always very helpful and courteous. They always have everything resolved in a timely and effective manner. The community is peaceful, quiet and safe as well. We would recommend to anyone and we are sad to be leaving!

I was hesitant to live in an apartment again after being in a single family home for so long but I have really enjoyed my time here. I am a dog mom and they are so pet friendly! My neighbors are lovely and the management staff is kind and efficient!

We love Grande Hill Estates! My husband and I have lived here for two years and have had a great experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance has always been quick to fix any problems we have. We love using the pools and tennis courts. Grande Hill is in a great part of town and our favorite apartment complex that we've lived in in Tyler. We would highly recommend!

Lived here almost 3 years. It is not an apartment complex feel , it is more of a community feel. Property is always well maintained. Only moving because we are in need of 3 br. Office staff is always courteous and efficient and maintenance is always prompt. Every employee here is friendly...wave and even stop to speak. Love it here and am truly sad to be leaving.
