Before this visit I had not been to a dentist in about a decade and even before that I had not-so-great experiences with dentists. Naturally I was very nervous. So going from being a nervous wreck to saying a root canal really isn't so bad is quite the turn around for me. My favorite part was having my dental x-rays shown on a big screen and explained to me clearly, which I'd never experienced before. Everyone being incredibly polite and helpful was great as well considering I'd had some rude, discomforting dentists in the past. So from all that, a surprisingly short dental procedure and wait time for a new crown, and pretty quick recovery rate for my gums I think it's safe to say this visit has drastically improved my thoughts on going to the dentist in the future.

One of the best experiences I’ve had. The staff was friendly and very helpful the entire time. Dr. Grace came in and explained everything about the proposed treatment plan and when I asked for a price they did not hesitate to give me an invoice that reflected what my insurance would contribute and what I would pay out of pocket. Great experience overall, definitely feel comfortable here.

To be honest I have had bad experiences with dentists. Usually they are ancient old guys who while they have years of experience, sometimes lack newer more modern processes. Not to mention they have been around so long sometimes they seem checked out, where you are just another dollar sign sitting in their chair. Then there is Broadway dental, lets take out the fact that it's brand new and has very modern equipment and procedures; you have Dr. Arif who is younger and has the most up-to-date knowledge. Add to that a comfortable environment (heck I watched Netflix while getting my cleaning) and a really nice staff and it pretty much has it all. On top of that is the lack of nonsense at the end. I found out I had a cavity after my cleaning and x-ray and at the chain-dentist style places I always feel like their "consultant" is really just a used car salesman trying to sell me something. Here it was straight to the point, "this is what the problem is, this is what we need to do to fix it, your insurance covers "X", you need to cover "Y", if you don't the repercussions are "Z", let me know what you want". Of course this was not done in a rude way just very concise, which is great because on that particular day I had to get back to work rather than waste my time with someone babying me. On top of that I did have questions about my follow up and since I was rushed, the doc said just call back and I can answer anything you want, and he did, in my own time. Pretty dang cool. Anyway, look, going to the dentist in general kinda sucks, at least here it doesn't.

This is the best dental office that I have ever been to. Dr. Grace and his staff are extremely thorough and yet gentle with my 7, 10, and 13 year old girls. The staff is friendly and as accommodating as possible. My girls love coming here! Keep up the great work.

Received emergency dental service on short notice. Dentist took additional time to address my concerns and to calm my fears. He also concerned himself with my long term care, not just the issue at hand. The facility was clean, organized, and the staff was very competent. How I was treated by the folks there have caused not only myself, but also additional family members to switch over to this location.

Dr. Arif is polite and gentle with your teeth. This dentistry has by far has nicest people working there. They try to work with you on finding the best solution to meet your financial needs. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family!

As someone with high anxiety about seeing the dentist Dr Grace and his staff eases my emotions and I feel like my mouth and teeth are in the best hands with them! Happy that they keep me with a nice smile!

I've had several root canals throughout the years and never in my life have I actually been so relaxed when Dr. Grace did mine that ialmost fell asleep! Highly recommend!
