Wonderful wings! One of the best in town! Love this place and very fast and friendly! I go here at least once a week for my wing fix! Definitely worth going! Everyone here are always friendly! One of my favorite places to eat! Today I go in and they have a place for the fallen soldier. I love this place even more, honoring those that have fallen! Still good, people are awesome, wings are great and the mac and cheese is out of this world! Best fries ever especially with ranch!

Really like the food here but today the lady manager was a bit ignorant and rude. She was condescending to the guys that had ordered. That’s why I’m only giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 stars. On the other-hand the guy manager is a really cool guy, he listens to people and is very patient. I think Slim Chicken should hire more people like him. Just don’t make them come into work when they’re sick, they can pass it on to others. Not cool!

7-24-22: I am still having issues with this location. If you don't specify your wings, they will give you minimal flats and mostly drums for you wings. And the rep was rude when I brought it to her attention. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. When arriving at the window the worker did not look at me, give me my drink prior to waiting longer, or even acknowledge me. This was at 9:30pm May 26, 2022. Horrible customer service. I ended up driving off due to no workers coming to the window. Another customer had been pulled forward to wait. They had been in line for up to 4p minutes. Will not go here again.

I would extremely recommend this place, the food is exemplary, and the service is good. I would say that the chicken is better than Chick-Fil-a's (though I still love Chick-Fil-A's chicken too). The food was ready with only a moderate amount of wait time (especially considering an extremely large order had just been placed for a nearby school). and the food was priced rather nicely.

I enjoyed the food ..there was quite a selection of wings, tenders and more. The customer service was good Tira was so polite and professional she was helpful. That's the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back.

I love the Tyler location. Super nice staff. Not a very long wait on food. I like the Cayenne Ranch and the Buffalo Ranch sandwich. The French fries are always crispy and they put the right about of sauce on every time!

This place was delicious. I wish we had one in Shreveport. ( Hint Hint) They had a great menu and the chicken was good. Nice amount of available sauces, and I left wanting to come back to try more.

Ok, good chicken, yes. Nice place, yes. Service, as good as can be expected these days. My issue is : $27 for chicken strips, a side of okra and one drink?! Sheesh man.

When I ordered, I was worried I might leave hungry, not even close. I was not able to finish my plate. Seems to be a family favorite and the location is convenient.

First time ordering through the mobile app it was so easy and it took them less than 2 mins to bring my food out once I arrived. I tried the new loaded queso fries and they were delicious.

Great staff, food, and atmosphere. Dined in and waited less than 5 minutes for my order. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal, the chicken is very crispy, so beware if you don't like hard food. I tried the spicy bbq sauce, my dad said it was spicy but I just think it had a kick to it. A little too sweet for me. The toast was EXTREMELY sweet and buttery. Peach tea tasted like gummy peaches (a little too sweet for me again). Good price for good food. If I'm ever back in Tyler, this will be my first thought for restaurants.

We ordered drive thru. Got home and found burned toast. Couldn’t eat any of the toast. Is this the food quality that Slim Chickens provide customers now?

Appeared to be extremely disorganized in the kitchen. Checked the time stamp on the receipt, and it took 35 minutes to get our food. Aside from an apology for the wait, management didn't offer to make it right in any way,

I came here a couple weeks ago, went through the drive-thru, and ordered an 8 wing meal. When I got home, it was an entirely different order so they clearly got it mixed up. Fortunately, I live relatively close so it wasn't the biggest inconvenience, but it was certainly annoying. I get back to the restaurant, go through the drive-thru again and explain that they gave me the wrong order and that I paid for an 8 wing meal. They apologize, take the wrong order, and hand me another order. I should have checked it on the spot because when I got home it was a 6 piece meal. I wasn't going to go back. I called the store, spoke with the manager, and they offered a free 8 wing meal next time I came in. I took them up on that offer the following week and everything was great. My rating is a combination of the headache from the first visit and also their willingness to make things right. All things considered, I will likely be back. They're really good wings.

The chicken strips awesome Juicy tender their fries need a little work though when they get cold, there aren’t as fresh toast is awesome. Their atmosphere is awesome and awesome music entertaining if you like blues and a variety of classic rock and 50s. Their staff is friendly, a little shy though, but once you start talking to them, they will relate I’ve only met one female management, and she was very professional. Haven’t met the big kahuna yet.

Poor people there,can't articulate answers. I walked out because I asked there sizes on mushrooms ,size of chicken strips. I quote -'small,you know? I asked can you show me ,please an she says this.well. there small sized you know . Small... I've never been to this chain before. Manager behind her walked up an he says same damn answer. What's going on with this place. It was like the twilight zone of stupid. Made this store look badly

It's a far drive from Lindale, but worth it! My order that usually has 6 items is always out quick and correct! Portions are great and delicious! Clean location!

Watery Mac & chicken 😞 I bought 2 and forgot to give me my drink. 😞 Usually the Mac& Chicken is good, maybe it was because it was RUSH HOUR and the Drive thru was 5 cars deep😞 I will try again just not at RUSH HOUR 👍

Good chicken place. They have tenders and different kinds of chicken sandwiches. The service was great. It didn't take long to get the food. The food was hot and good. We will definitely be back to this location.

We had the slim salad, tenders and fries, wrap, and special chicken mac n cheese. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Chicken was delicious! Fries good enough for frozen.

Polite staff, clean parking lot and restaurant but those are to be expected really. What I didn't expect wad how delicious the chicken club was going to be! First bite and the chicken was so good I think I moaned a little. The fries are tasty too! The tenders he had were steaming hot, juicy and delicious. Chicken tenders are amazing!

I’ve never been here to eat before. But I came in to pick up an order for a customer and I was waiting for a bit and the staff was extremely friendly! They apologized for the wait and gave me cold water! They made sure i was updated on the status of the order. I’ve never had a better experience picking food up before. Based on customer service alone, I would recommend them!

I love Slim's, but this place has disappointed me for the last time. The customer service is absolutely horrendous! More than once I've put in a mobile order for curbside, only to sit in the spot for more than 10 minutes past the eta. You'd think they're busy, but when I go inside to inquire about our order, not only do they have the food in a bag, they still don't get your drinks for you. Why even have a curbside option on your app if your employees are too lazy to deliver people's orders or get their drinks? I won't be visiting this location anymore, and I recommend everyone else do the same. They also expect delivery employees to get the orders together and drinks poured, which goes against TABC standards.

First time dining here ummm will not return, it just didn't satisfy my taste buds. Got an 8 piece wing meal w/ranch dressing. Customer service was good and drive through line moved at steady paste. Truly wasn't what I expected.
