There is nothing like a stylist who knows you (and your hair) like family. Yaffa has been rocking my hair like like a BOSS since 2012! She knows it so well and she's such a master; she does everything by feel. Pics are from multiple iterations of my cut. The salon itself is friendly, unpretentious, and situated 5 min from Spring Hill metro. Absolutely worth the trip to get a haircut this good. If you have short hair and you want someone to rock it for you, do not hesitate to go see Yaffa at Noufal. I don't know the other stylists, but I have seen some amazing color and long hair styles come out of the salon as well. Go get a consultation if you want to be sure. Pricing is what I consider reasonable for this area for well trained stylists. It's not cheap, but you could easily spend quite a bit more.

Faya did a wonderful job on my makeup. The stylist who did my hair did an amazing job providing the style I requested. They were all friendly. It was my nieces wedding weekend and they absolutely provided high quality service.

I called in prior to the appointment. The receptionist said 185$ including coloring/ highlights. She didn't tell me blow dry was additional and after washing my hair- they called me to dry it. They never asked if I wanted simple dry or blow dry. After the stylist finished, I was billed for 215$. This is unethical and I don't see myself going back

Really nice place, the staff are skilled, especially the owner. She is an outstanding, educated color artist and I fly in from Kentucky for her services. The massage is amazing, they serve wine and chips, the location is amazing with restaurants.. a hidden Jem

I've been going to Noufal salon for year's now. I've tried multiple places before to have my hair done, but nothing comes close to the professionalism and competency of the personnel at Noufal. Leila always listens to my intricate ideas and tries to deliver my requests with a great care and attention to details. It's worth driving 45min. A little side note for the bad reviewers: 1) the salon does have a warning sign to remove your jewelry which tends to slip/fall/unlock and should be totally at the expense of an owner. So, blaming a person who's washing your hair, of a fallen earring in the sink, is at least unfair and at most ignorant. 2) and to those heartbroken of a hair color they didnt get - it’s science and does take some practice to understand your particular hair chemistry and genetics. As well as your requests, as those too are not always explicit. So, don't be mournful of the shade difference. Hair are not teeth - they have a tendency to grow. Definitely recommend this place ;)

Really sad experience. I waited 30mins after Irina dealt with another customer losing her phone, after 30mins, there was no apology. She knew she had lost time with me so she quickly changed my appointment lot of color and highlights to only partial root color. Not even taking the time to check my hair first. She spent 10mins applying the color to my roots and then left. The sweet shampoo lady took over once the timer went off, and finished washing my hair. Irina didn’t even check in with me throughout this time. She brushed my hair and told me she doesn’t have time for blow dry. I left with wet hair, not knowing exactly how the color looks at this point. When the front desk girl - Lauren - charged me for the root color, I questioned the service and the experience but she very rudely shrugged and said “ok”. I told her my referral will also cancel her upcoming appointment- giving her a chance to show some care but she repeated with “ok” - lack of customer service was really disappointing. It was a very unfortunate experience overall. And to be clear, I don’t expect excellent service but when you charge me $$$ for exceptional service, I expect some care as a client. They lost 2 clients already for the lack of care and negligence for customer service.

I called beforehand to confirm the price of the service. At the time of my appointment, the stylist dyed my hair and kept trying to upcharge with extra services. I said no, but at the end she still charged extra money for single process color without my consent and refused to reduce the rate to what was promised on the phone. The receptionists laughed at me and were quite rude. My hair was supposed to be dark brown and came out black. It turned out to be a very poor experience and I would not recommend the salon to anyone.

This salon is amazing! I had gotten an unfortunate hair color from another establishment and Faiza spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. She’s highly skilled and so sweet. Highly recommend! As a bonus, this salon is very clean and fancy, and their bar has a variety of healthy options in addition to regular coffee and tea. Just excellent!

I am a natural blonde lawyer and mother of 3 in my early 40s. I want to look like the best version of myself. FAIZA NAILED IT! This is the best color job I have had in years! I love the cut too. My hair is naturally wavy and is prone to looking too thick and she put the right angles and layers in the right places to make it look polished.
