Best experience ever, truly recommended Ms Lee instructor just the best. If you don’t know about acupuncture you should ask for coupons and discounts to get few special price sessions. Customer service excellent, wonderful environment and they are very professional and friendly.

The VUIM CLINIC have two kind of clinic. One is private clinic and other one is intern clinic. My experience of both are awesome. They ate kind and skillful technique. My painful neck pain 4 years symptom was healed right away. I strongly recommend this clinic.

I was greatly impressed by the excellent care and professionalism of all the people there. I was there for a first session and they took the time to fully understand my medical conditions and to set up a program to most effectively address all my concerns. They asked lots of questions to fully understand my situation and they answered all my questions. I purchased a five session package for acupuncture and I am pleased with my experience at the VUIM Intern Clinic. My first impression of the clinic was the cleanliness and calm atmosphere. My interns, Tae & Fatima, were terrific and together form a strong team. I have been to other acupuncture school intern clinics, and found the VUIM interns to be professional, intelligent, compassionate & thorough. I immediately felt comfortable under their care. Their expertise in both acupuncture & Chinese herbal medicine gives me hope for the future of healthcare on our planet.

My experience at VUIM was a pleasant experience. The students were so lovely and warm towards me and they made sure my every need was met. The acupuncture procedure did not hurt at all, but the students checked in with me each time they stuck a needle in. I was able to relax when the students were done, and I even fell asleep. Sydney at the front desk was very welcoming and warm and made my experience there even better. I will be returning.

This is an accredited university with a very rigorous program consisting of some allopathic and a whole lot of specialized subjects (their curriculum is listed on their site). I’ve had about ten sessions this far and the service has exceeded my expectations. I was completely cured of my allergies on my third accupuncture session, my sleep improved significantly, and most recently, my chronic sinus congestion has started to clear (though not permanently yet). I’m amazed at the level of professionalism, they never make promises, yet their treatments are so effective. The setting is very much like a high end spa, and I’m always given individualized attention. They ask a lot of pointed questions and their assessments are done by three separate individuals, a junior and a senior student, followed by a faculty member. I am so grateful I found them!

My massage therapist recommended that I try acupuncture at VUIM. With some hesitation, I went for a session, being treated by the wonderful Dr. Haley Parker, and I have already secured my next appointment with her. The clinic is clean and inviting with very professional and cheerful staff. Dr. Parker's professionalism and gentle manners calmed by initial apprehensions about acupuncture. VUIM is truly wonderful!!! I've been going to their intern clinic for acupuncture for over a year. I started at a physically uncomfortable & emotionally difficult point in my life. VUIM's kind and skilled interns, along with the incredibly knowledgeable supervising professors, provided me with both physical & emotional relief. The facility is always clean and peaceful. I told my friends & family about VUIM because I wanted them to experience the same healing that I did. Still, my life got very busy and I stopped getting acupuncture as often as I used to. Then Sydney from the clinic's front desk reached out to me. Sydney remembered my situation and with the combination of her organization and patience she's been helping me to get back into the healthy habit of acupuncture. VUIM also offers massage! One of my goals for 2024 is definitely to go to VUIM more often again, in large part because of the caring people there like Sydney!!
