Had a bad cuppucine, average cake. What was shocking for me was few flies sitting on bakery items. The 3 girls at the counter were looking at them and enjoying. Pethatic!

Cinnamon was not good and tasted liked dried bread.

It is still amazing that they are using hydrogenated fats in their baked products. Please Crustum you can do better! Although very friendly staff!

i waited about 3 minutes to be served today at 17:00, during which time the 3 waitresses were talking and eating with each other in the corner, oblivious to the customers. I went away.

Today bought 2 sandwiches to take a way and didn't check the bag. They put only one but charged for 2.

Dangiškieji eklerai were simply delicious, you can't stop eating them, they are fluffy, the filling is delicious, the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Note: I bought them to go! OZAS locale!

Great place to have coffee, for me black coffee even better than in more expensive chains at Ozas. Highly recommended

I'm giving this rate just because 1 worker. It was so obvious I was waiting for order, she saw me but ignored me for minutes. I raised my hand she saw me and did nothing and then took the costumer behind me :) then I said can I order and she told me you need to wait on the line. It's funny because I was already on the line. It just happened and unfortunately I'm not thinking to buy anything from that crustum again. Because they don't have any respect to foreigners, it's so obvious. Not just her, friends got along with her and ignored us aswell. So disrespectful.. I hope things will change.
