Exceptional drinks, Excellent service, Exemplary food. Go to this lounge for a great chill atmosphere. Over looks the raveen and situated right within nature all around, this is where you can see the lush green scenery, hear the water flow and all of that mixed with cool and collected music pleasing to the ear. Do not pass this place up. It's a must go to.

Best bar in Ubud so far. Very high standard same like we are used to from back home. Food was also amazing. They serve smaller portions more like a snacks to get with the drink. The flavour and quality was exquisite. Expect nothing like this stupid 1+1 happy hours coctails you can get on every corner which all taste like shit… One little thing i would point out is that we are used to have more alcohol in our drinks

This place is great, the rating really just reflects my interaction with one of the girls that was serving us. There was a bit of a mixup when ordering and an order was duplicated, when I explained we only needed 1 she gave me a lot of attitude and reinforced how it was my mistake instead of just sending it back to the kitchen. So in summary: Food = awesome Atmosphere / location = awesome Service = they need to relax a bit and not be so stuck up

Went for cocktails and food. The service was very good and the food and the drinks were also. It is just off the main road, but at a lower level with a classy entrance and a very nice high class vibe inside. It offers a nice view of the ridge and is located under the unused wooden bridge just outside Ubud.

Amazingly chic bar with jungle view! Cocktails are outstanding, food is well crafted and delicious. Absolutely love the concept of menu as a card deck - it is pure fun to choose your drinks and dish! Perfect place to enjoy in a relaxing atmosphere

We had 5-6 dishes here, the food is absolutely flawless and cocktails were just as delicious, unique and superbly crafted as the food! This is a total hidden gem, so thankful we made it here before our trip in Ubud ended. The ambience and setting are wonderful and the mysterious (but dark) entry (be careful!), plus the playing card menus set the tone for a quirky, fun and enjoyable experience. Staff were also great, can't speak highly enough about The Lair.

The food and drinks menu is amazing. The vibe is so quieter and so much better for quality time with friends. If you’re looking for a quiet time to spend with friends or partners, this is the place to go.

Wow, a very cool cocktail bar! Ubud has changed a lot in the past 10+ years. I love the quiet, calm charm of this place but there’s nothing wrong with a great cocktail bar. And this has to be one of the best I’ve been to. Everything was 10/10 (service, drinks, food). The vibe is very cool. The bar is open-air, overlooking the same ravine that Murni’s does. Definitely check it out! 🍸🍹

My wife and I came here for drinks the night after we had an amazing meal at Arcadia above. We loved the vibe and view of the jungle view at night here. The drinks were creative and delicious. Totally a great hangout spot. We'll be back!

Went here to have a drink and some tapas and it did not disappoint. I love the concept where you get to choose your drinks and food through a deck of cards, the music is amazing, not too loud where you can’t have a conversation and the staff is nice too. The food was good but a little on the smaller side but all in all a good vibe and pretty affordable too.

Not one to write reviews normally but this place deserves one. Beautiful setting, amazing sound, delicious food and proper cocktails. One of the coolest bars I’ve ever been to - thoroughly impressed. If you want an experience come here for some food and drink :)

Amazing night out, a hidden little gem. The cocktails are incredibly tasty and you pick them from a bunch of different cards. However, the best parts were the food and the view. Its worth coming here just for them! 5* will definitely be coming back again!!

Really loved this bar, felt like a hidden classy place with amazing cocktails! I liked their creative menu in cards so you can let the cards decide what you're having (or not, of course). The views to the jungle and sounds of the river below make the place extra special! One of the highlights of our nights in Ubud.

The scenery of this restaurant is so so cool, and the overall atmosphere and ambience is five stars. The concept of the food and drink cards is fun if you’re looking for something different and open to some adventure. The boa buns were to die for, we have not stopped craving them since we left. If you come early before the restaurant opens, be sure to stop for some cocktails at Arcadia upstairs where the service, cocktails, and scenery is equally as wonderful!

10/10 a magical experience! What an absolutely amazing vibe this place is. With the sounds of the river gushing beneath and the concept of cocktails on cards, this is one exquisite bar to spend your night in Ubud.

Beautiful surroundings (surrounded by rainforest by the river) great ambience, very helpful and friendly staff. We decided to have a pre dinner drink here before our dinner upstairs at Arcadia. Personally, I am always worry about bar that plays loud and bad music, but this one is so classy and not too noisy. Highly recommended if you’re looking for somewhere classy with great view to chill and have a drink 🥃

First of all, the atmosphere of this restaurant especially the bar is indescribably beautiful. You can have incredible cocktails looking at the rain Forrest. The food is some of the best food I have had in my life, exceptionally flavorful and wonderfully decorated. Not to forget the staff is some of the kindest and happiest I have met. I can recommend this restaurant and bar to anyone who enjoys a calming and beautiful atmosphere, as well as a meal to remember.

Wow, this is a hidden gem in Ubud. The dark, spooky descent down stone steps to a funky bar overlooking a jungle river. Unique deck of cards menu. Professional staff in long flowing black gowns. Amazing cocktail menu. Our favourite spot in the whole of Ubud. 5 stars

A really cool place with very good drinks. The staff is really friendly and attentive! The only small downside is the fact, that it was rather empty. However it's a really great experience nonetheless.
