Ambar is truly wonderful and definitely worth checking out due to the great drinks, amazing view, and kind staff. We were treated so well here and even got some honeymoon love at our table and a shout out from the live band. The espresso martinis were some of the best we’ve had.

The first time I came to Ambar Ubud Bar, the restaurant in Mandapa Reserve.. Located in Ubud and has a really cool view, cool and cool to see the sunset from the Ambar Ubud Bar.. As soon as we arrived at the location of the restaurant, we were immediately served by friendly staff. Cold towels were provided, snacks (the beans and cassava chips were really good) and free flow drinking water. After that, we ordered mocktail drinks for several servings of food. The service is really the best, all the staff are friendly and helpful.. Especially for Sang Made, Ketut and Komang who serve us directly.. There is also Chef Eli who entertains us directly there.. The stars are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Ambar Ubud Bar and the staff... Oia at Ambar Ubud Bar there is live music every day...

This is probably the most beautiful bar I've ever been to. The view is spectacular and the placement of the seats by the balcony make for an immersive experience. The cocktails are clever and the homemade shisha blends are excellent. Service too was really really good. Our server Wili was very courteous and looked after us especially well.

Setting up at the top of Ayung River, nestled at Ritz Carlton Mandapa. Top notch bar in experience, the team really set the tone for high quality cocktail. Simple ingredients, well execute thecnique. Try their unique twist of Negroni, "Batukaru Wood". Using local spirit and infused with Mesuya Bark, and expect a vanilla with spice note and really smooth. Definitely will come back.

Amazing Mixology skills, very beautiful hand crafted super clear ice. Only downside to many smokers at the bar .

A true gem is what Ambar Bar at Mandapa Ubud is. The bartenders make wonderful delightful(signature) cocktails, all the staff is very friendly professional and last but not least, Ambar Bar has the most beautiful sunset view in Ubud. Our host was Zinzi, and she and all her colleagues, did a wonderful job, making all the guest feel more than welcome and were upmost attentive. I would really recommend this peaceful wonderful Ambar bar at Mandapa in Ubud.

Stunning landscape goes with good drinks and absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. Warmest welcome from lobby entrance by the staffs and they always make sure I was comfortable. Their Yuzu Negroni is a must try! I will come back here next time visit Bali!

It’s a really wonderful restaurant. Our food was very good, the drinks were AMAZING, the service was flawless, and the ambiance is just wow! They also treat you with welcome drinks and appetizers. Be ready to spend some real money for this experience (2 drinks and 2 small plates ~= 1.5M easily)

Truly a hidden treasure. After driving through a very local area and a rather narrow road, we were awed at the entrance. Our server, Dian, took great care of us that evening. Ensuring we were comfortable, waiting for all of us to be present before preparing every dish and drink. They also serve you mouth-watering light bites while waiting for your meal. Like a grilled marinated tuna on a stick, raw red snapper with a citrusy marinade. We ordered the salmon tartare that was prepared live with freshly grated wasabi, beef ramen, and prawn rolls. Not forgetting, the live jazz band that serenaded us and allowed us to jam that Sunday evening. Price is very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

This by FAR the best restaurant experience we have ever had in Bali. The Japanese food here is on par with places like Zuma and Nobu if not better. Also the sunset views are crazy beautiful. What an amazing night

It is my first time to Ambar, the view is magnificent. Love the ambience and it has live music that made it complete. The food is very delicious with a handcrafted cocktail.

What i loved the most about Ambar is the ambiance! Literally a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Not to mention the foods and cocktails are amazing, everyone is so nice and welcoming. Definitely will be back!

Amber is the most extraordinary place to fill the loss of the afternoon sun. The best one I love the Toro Tartare, I'm not lying and you should try it.

First time at Ambar and the view was pure magic <3 Went there for sunset and tried out their yummy cocktails, loved the Yuzu Negroni. Their sashimi and sushi were also top knotch, super fresh. Great live jazz music as well that goes so well with the overall ambiance. Will definitely be back!

What an amazing time we had. Service was top notch. Food was excellent made with the finest ingredients and the drinks were unique, hand crafted and out of the world. The stunning view was the bonus! This is a must do on your Bali trip.

This was easily one of the best restaurants we have been at so far! The atmosphere, the staff and the food/drinks, everything was fantastic! Our waiter for the day was Dian, and she was extremely nice and attentive! She noticed that it was the birthday of my wife and they even brought a dessert with a candle and birthday wishes, that we did not even have to pay for! Thanks Dian for making our visit so special! Besides the great food this entire hotel and restaurant complex is simply beautiful and going there is an experience on its own! For two persons we payed 1,8 millions, which is very reasonable for a 5 Star Hotel compared to what you are getting. They also had live Jazz music which was so nice to have in the background. I really recommend coming here!
