I'm not a tourist but I'm from southern Europe and in this place I find amazing Mediterranean flavours, high quality ingredients and perfectly cooked dishes. Everything tastes heavenly, from the olive oil offered as appetiser with a splash of balsamic vinegar to dip a mini bun, to the fish and the perfectly cooked vegetables, with an attention to the different textures that makes even a simple side of veggies very pleasant to eat. So enter without hesitation, sit back, relax and enjoy the experience. Come with an open mind, forget any labels... "Italian", or "Greek": here you'll find interpretations of Mediterranean dishes with the typical herbs and flavours. In Bali. The space is gorgeous, the chefs in the open kitchen will delight you, the attentive service will do the rest.

We enjoyed our dinner at Chora in our last night in Ubud. Staff were being informative to let us know the availability of menus as we understand that fresh seafood are depending on the daily catch. We ordered the rib eyes on medium temperature but it came with medium rare but they straight away fox it as we asked. The bread was a bit doughy, not as we usually had in other Greek dining place. Anyway we enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly services from the staff.

This is one of the best experience I had recently in Ubud. I highly recommend this place. The food was beyond my expectations. Everything we ordered was good. The lamb loin was exceptional. The ambiance is so chic and modern with beautiful landscaped garden at the back complete with ducks. It was the cutest view. Their lighting was awesome. This place is great for dates. The service was friendly. Parking was easy.

Absolutely amazing experience. The food was absolutely fresh and tasted. The taste was light and flavorful. We had 4 courses. The ONE star off for service was because it was very hard to get their attention several times but they were very nice when they finally came. The scenery the vibes, everything was fresh!

My favorite restaurant in Ubud! The interior and garden were amazing. The restaurant's hierarchical layout with the garden created a unique vibe. Ducks in the garden made us smile throughout dinner, and the views over Ubud were stunning. Since they serve Mediterranean cuisine, basics like Hummus, Pita bread, Babaganush, and Greek salad are of excellent quality. I particularly enjoyed the grilled octopus. The service was outstanding, and we were lucky to secure a table near the garden. I highly recommend booking in advance for a garden-side table.

Charming setting with tables in a beautiful outdoor garden. The staff are friendly and smiling, and the service is fast. It's a great place for an evening drink or a quiet meal. The menu is sophisticated and the cuisine refined, which is reflected in the prices. The cocktails are good. We recommend : cheese croquettes, fried squid, seafood soup, chicken gnocchi, mango cheesecake.

Staffs are really nice and kind. Distinguishing atmosphere. Cute ducky walks around garden. Love to chill while raining. Really peaceful and beautiful place. Food maybe a bit price compared with other Bali restaurants. But we love to spend whole our afternoon with food and drink at such an opened and relaxing atmosphere.

A must visit when in Ubud. The atmosphere is beautiful. Do recommend to get a seat outdoors and enjoy the garden view. The food was excellent! They have a good variety of dishes and we highly recommend ordering more appetizers. However, the grilled octopus we ordered was a disappointment as it was slightly burnt and we didn’t end up eating it. The staff was super accommodating, removing it out of our bill and offering to replace the dish. Everything else was perfect, absolutely loved the place and can’t wait to come back again! We’re so glad we celebrated our anniversary here :)

Very nice location. Staff is super friendly and professional. The food is really tasty and we definitely can recommend this restaurant. The menue and beverage card is big and they have several wines there!

We ate here two days in a row because we enjoyed it so much. The drinks are good. The food is well prepared. I really enjoyed the cheese balls and the gnocchi. The steak was mediocre and the sauce needs some vinegar or something with more kick. After my steak, I would not be dying to go back. But after my gnocchi and passion fruit margarita the first day, I was very excited to go back.

Awesome restaurant!! Food was delicious and staff so lovely!! Great variety of dishes and wines. Also, to make our experience even better, the staff surprised my partner with a birthday cake!! Definitely we gonna come back.🙏🏼❤️

If I could rate this place any higher, I would! The atmosphere is absolutely out of this world with the picturesque garden setting located at the rear of the restaurant. The ducks are also a bonus! The food was utterly flawless. We loved every bite from the bread sticks to the rigatoni, to the open platter lamb souvlaki. Even the dips were phenomenal! Lastly, but not least, the service was next level. Sureni seemed genuinely interested in us and asked about how our trip to Bali has been so far. She even went as far to reccomend places to visit when we visit the next towns. If this is your first time in Bali, you will LOVE it here 😍

Delicious food and drinks. They have a much broader cocktail and wine selection than most other restaurants in the area. The restaurant and garden are beautiful.

Stopped by for an afternoon bite after our spa. Drawn by the ambience and beautiful scenery overlooking the garden. Ordered the mixed skewers, truffle fries and fries squid. Pleasantly surprised by how good the skewers tasted. The beef and pork were tendered, juicy and tasty. Prawns were very fresh as well. Double thumbs up for the skewers. Didn't rate a 5-star for the food because of a slight let down by the truffle fries. The fries turned soggy after a short-while and truffle seems missing from the fries as well. Otherwise, all good and worth visiting and spend a lazy day there.

We loved this place! We strolled by on our way to another restaurant and we decided to dine here on a whim. The food was delicious and we were the first customers to try their shisha. The fruit flavours were so good, strong and didn't fade quickly. The decor was beautiful and the service staff were so attentive. Dinner portions were small but other than that, I had one of the best pastas I've ever had and one of the best dining experiences in Ubud!

Chora is the Chill! The serenity, the taste, the space. The entry and decor are sublime. The food exquisite, partnered with exemplary service. Cocktails that delight awash with an atmosphere of Nirvana. Leave the bustle of JL Monkey Forest and explore this oasis on Bisma.

Visited Chora and I'm glad I did! Tried the vegetarian moussaka and chicken gnocchi; both were out of this world. The flavors were out of this world, and the mango smoothie? Just perfect. And don't get me started on the chocolate ginger mousse for dessert - superb! The service was friendly and attentive, and the garden with the ducks adds a beautiful touch. A must-visit if you're in Ubud!

Really good food nicely presented and served by really kind people in a beautiful decor! Take into account that it’s a more expensive restaurant (for Bali) : bill of 673K for 2 main courses (salmon steak, Barramundi pesto puree), 2 bottles of water and a mango cheese cake. We also received for free a welcome bread and a compliment cake for the birthday of my boyfriend.

Newly opened restaurant in Jln Bisma and atmosphere of this place and ambience was great. Great work by the team to create this space which was stylish, nicely laid out and has a chic feel to it. Service was very good, top notch with well trained staff who was courteous and looked after us very politely and warmly during our dinner. Great work by the management team to train them to deliver that level of service. Food is where I wasn't overly impressed and would rate them 4 out of 5. The dishes we tried (3 appetizers and two mains) were good but we weren't very impressed. Roasted chicken, meat was tender but overall dish didn't hit the mark. Jumbo prawns was fresh, bit overcooked and accompanied by a simple pasta wasn't overly impressive. Those were good dishes, but maybe we were spoiled with very good restaurants in Ubud that we felt this wasn't up the mark for us. Overall a great restaurant which has a lot of promises but use some culinary improvements.

It's a lovely restaurant with amazing staff, chic ambiance, and delicious food and drinks. I highly recommend ordering the salmon steak, it's chef's kiss. The food and drinks here are on a pricey side so ready your wallet as you will easily spend anywhere between 250-500k in one sitting. The staff is quite attentive and they speak good English so communication was easy.

All i can say is OMG, this place is beautiful. Went there for a dinner as it was right across from our resort and at night it just looks amazing. The staff are so lovely and the food is divine. Definitely be going back here for dinner before we head home from our beautiful holiday. And the court yard with the gorgeous duck families is just lovely. Watching the baby ducks come straight up to your feet is magical. 5 stars for everything at this beautiful restaurant.

Gorgeous restaurant, like an oasis! Stopped by for a mid morning snack and iced tea, it was so peaceful overlooking the garden. Coming back for dinner also with my group, really excited. Such friendly service as well.

Gorgeous restaurant in Ubud with a lovely staff! The owner is Greek and that is why the dishes are well combined with great Mediterranean ingredients. The portions are not very big, but after a starter and a main, there was no more room for dessert (unfortunately). The atmosphere is very cozy with a overlook at their garden. Recommend eating here for a nice dinner out!

Great place with fantastic food. I was hanging out for some Greek tzatziki, and this restaurant did not disappoint! The drinks are nice, the service great, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I would recommend booking a table though so you get a better table.

The food, service, atmosphere here are all absolutely incredible. Think we have found our new favourite spot in Ubud. We totally over indulged, as faced with so many options, we couldn't choose! Starters we had zucchini cakes with tzatziki & beef mpiftekakia. Mains we shared beef skewers, chicken skewers, mashed potato, green vegetables and pita bread Dessert mango cheesecake. Drinks mojito and mango daiquiri. AUD $107 Couldn't fault one dish. Well done! Will be telling all of our travelling friends about Chora! *Edit* Returned to Chora to celebrate our last night in Ubud, along with celebrating our birthdays. Food choices again fantastic and flavoursome. Vege moussaka was great! We were surprised by two birthday cakes (on top of our ordered desserts!) Loved the birthday song/wishes. Chora was definitely the right place to celebrate our last night of holidays.

Babaganoush, zucchini fritters were a tasty appetizer! Mushroom risotto and chicken gnocchi were an excellent main dish! It’s got a really relaxing atmosphere with very smiley friendly wait staff!! Would recommend coming back

Very nice restaurant with a terrace and delicious food. We have been here twice and will definitely be back. Top notch service and food quality. In the morning you can have breakfast in pleasant silence and enjoy nature, in the evening you can have dinner with pleasant music.

We spent our last night in Bali at Chora and are so glad we did! We ordered the T-bone and the rigatoni and loved both. The wine was delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance is wonderful looking over the restaurant's garden. Highly recommend if you're staying in Ubud!

While maybe a bit more pricey compared to other places on Bali, the food quality, atmosphere and lovely service personnel completely justify every rupiah spent! We tried several dishes and each of them was super tasty and nicely garnished. We also really liked the decoration of the place and the beautiful tableware (some of it was handcrafted by local Balinese people). The service is exceptionally kind and takes care of every wish. Dessert and wine is also highly recommended!!

Feels like Tulum with a little art space at the entrance. Amazing vibes & the food was good nonetheless. Romantic too. Dine beside the little garden, retreat to the garden for coffee/dessert & feed the ducks to maximize the experience. Service was excellent. Will definitely return!
