We booked a full day trip and had an amazing time and the driver was super friendly, good at English and even joined us at some attractions. We were so pleased that we booked the driver for a ride to Uluwatu and he recommended others activities on the way that we could do - we didn't have to pay extra! Amazing!

Friendly and quick service. I booked a Mount Batur tour and got the price that other agencies had offered as the cheapest. 🙏🏼 During the course of the day I was able to discuss via WhatsApp exactly when I wanted to do the tour before she booked it. Deposit to the agency and remaining cash to the driver. We then had an English-speaking driver and later guide for the climb and there were only three of us in the group, which made it very pleasant. Pick up and drop off at the hotel.

Very friendly service, everything worked quickly and easily, requests were addressed and tours are private. Our guide got the best photos. We have booked there several times for various tours.

Our other tour cancelled on us last minute but luckily we found Arta! He was willing to give us a fair price and had various tours available. Everything was arranged well and he was very responsive in communications, so we never had to worry about a thing. Would definitely go for Arta again if we ever come back, highly recommend it!

Our driver Komang was amazing. We did all of our trips with him while in ubud. Always professional and made us feel like family. Atv, rafting, coffee plantations, bicycle tour, mout batur hike, you name it. He arranged every activity for us and can’t recommend enough.

We randomly stumbled upon arta tours but I'm very glad we did, Eka who is running the office was very polite. Great english and made sure throughout our tours we was in contact with our drivers/tour guides and made sure everything ran smoothly. She let us park our bike outside her office and store our helmets there too,she also gave us very good recommendations of which kind of tours to book in we had a great time. It wasn't easy to find the ideal itinerary on Klook, but with Arta, I was able to easily customize all my tours in Ubud. Starting with the sunrise jeep tour of Mount Batur, all the activities we wanted, including snorkeling, ATV, and rafting, were all reasonably priced and had a satisfying time. Not only did Arta treat us like friends, but he also took great care in taking photos and videos. My 5-year-old even talked to Arta sometimes, as if he was comfortable with him haha. If you are considering a tour in Ubud, I highly recommend Arta!!
