I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Ari Susanti as my dentist for the last four years. I am from New York and Florida and have had the very best dentists available in the states. Dr. Susanti is just as good and in my opinion much better than dentists charging ten times more than she charges. Dr. Susanti is extremely talented and professional and I wait until I am back in Bali to get any dental work done. Dr. Susanti is the Best Dentist I have ever had❣️

I met Dr Ari a few months ago while she was at Ubud Clinic. She had been undertaking extensive dental work (bridges and crowns) for my friend (his Mum is also a dental nurse and highly recommended her). The quality and detail of her work is a rarity in the industry.. I also used to work as a dental nurse in Sydney, Australia so extremely picky about who goes to work on my teeth. Dr Ari is a perfectionist in her craft, the care and advice she provides is ALWAYS on point. She is a wonderful advocate for healthy care and maintenance of your dental hygiene. I’ve had a few friends see her and they’re feedback has consistently reflected the care and consideration she has for her patients. Pricing is extremely reasonable for the 5 star service she provides which is over and above what I’ve seen in dental surgeries around the world. I will make the effort to see Dr Ari from Australia for all my future dental needs. I went to the doctor to have my retainers reattached. Everything went well. The doctor is very nice. The clinic looks normal and clean. I paid 600,000 rupees for gluing 3 teeth. Thank you!

When I first arrived at her clinic,in the waiting area, I doubted whether my choice was the right one, but after she finished the consutation with my teeth, I gradually felt relieved. She filled me three teeth and the price is very very fair, I am very satisfied and realy looking forward to make root canal there. I have gone to Dr Susanti for at least 5 years. Now I must have three root canals, two teeth exacted, three crowns made and one two tooth denture! In all this time, I trusted Dr Susanti. But she NEVER BOTHERED to give my teeth any kind of visual examination. These infections were visible to the naked eye, but she never looked! She does not have a X-ray machine, but it wasn’t necessary to see the damage. Her negligence will cost me a small fortune, numerous dental surgeries and much pain.
