I didn’t read reviews before (happily) and stepped by with friends and it was the best foot massage. Perfectly strong and nice quiet music inside. Ladies are very kind :)

My massage was horrible, the masseuse had no skill and the body lotion they used was really dry and it hurt. I originally requested a 1 hour massage but it was so bad I had to stop after 30 mins. My girlfriend got acrylic nails done and these are equally poor, every nail is a different shape and the nail polish is rough and colour patchy. The price was expensive considering the poor quality of everything.

Before entering the spa, I negotiated a nail bundle with the manager which was similar to other nail spas. We agreed on a price. I went in and whilst removing my gel nails, the staff member filed my nails with absolutely no technique. I let out a few 'ouch' whilst in pain from her filing, she ignored this and kept going with filing my skin instead of my nails. I borrowed the file and filed the nails myself because I didn't continue to be in pain. Of course, whilst I was doing that the staff members were making remarks... Very unprofessional. The nails, I was very unhappy with but I paid (I read the reviews whilst she was painting my nails and I was very intimated being the only female customer there). When I went up to pay, she was adamant we didn't negotiate a price and said I have to pay the full price with additional 3% for card. I wanted to get out of there so I paid. I wish I had read the reviews before going in. The staff need much more training to reach a satisfactory standard.

As someone who is definitely quite influenced by star ratings, I must admit had I read the review before going in, I would 100% have given this place a miss. Fortunately for them, my phone battery was dead and it wasn’t until after my foot rub and pedicure that I was able to check them out on Google reviews. I have no idea why they score so poorly; admittedly there are lots of other spas in the area to choose from but the level of service and craftsmanship are second to none - Thomas, my foot professional, did a fantastic job and was pleasant and courteous throughout. I cannot comment on their Balinese massage as I did not partake, however I would certainly recommend for the root rub and pedicure all for a very reasonable 100 Rph.

It was very peaceful! I had the combo 1 with foot-massage and pedicure and then supplementary the shellac. Fia did it and she was amazing! The massage was really good and my Nails looked much better than before! Thank you Fia!

Came in here this afternoon to have gel nail removed on my toe nails. Staff looked at me like I was insane and was very unhelpful. Gave me no price and I left feeling embarrassed. Staff in other places have been much kinder.

I can also give minus star rating if there was an option. Boys are entering in couple or girls rooms easily 3-4 times.. we feel ashamed. Do not ever visit here.. i went as i had backache and now the pain is increased after the spa here. Horrible!!!

DON'T GO HERE. WORST MASSAGE EVER. I took an hour Balinese massage and left after 15 minutes. Spare your time and money. Don't do this to your body! I love massages and take massages 1 a week. This was the worst ever and I've had exceptional and less good experiences. This is the worst!

It's right in front of Janice's Place Cottage, and it was better than expected.
