This is the worst resort ever. 1.breakfast is given limited.u have to share 1 fruit plate between 2 person. 2.if u want extra blanket for kids they dont have it. 3.if u want to clean ur room its not possible. 4.if u order something after 9 pm then u have to to reception to pick the order. 5.if u order juice in ur breakfast u can not order tea or coffee if ur breakfast is included. 6.location is very bad. 7.rooms are very small and the pool is not cleaned.its very dirty.insect are in the pool.

Wow. This place is excellent. Well maintained. The villas are spacious and very close to nature. You feel close to nature and yet well sophisticated with necessary things. The restaurant opposite to villas is very good and serene. Will recommend to every one. Minimum 2 days stay required and do not pack your day with activities … enjoy the stay and roam around freely.

Peaceful place but looks haunted if u visit in late evening. Service is good but need improvement. As it's in nature n on height it's cold so carry warm clothes. Personal pool floating breakfast was amazing.

The resort is located within the lush tropical jungle with little river in between. It's absolutely perfect for nature lovers who love fresh oxygen and the sound of nature e.g. birds' song and air flow within the trees. Its rooms are bright and spacious. Relax and chill out in the pool. The resort is surrounded by infamous eateries, i.e., Sayan Point, Sayan House, Taman Dedari, and number of local warung.

Ubud Heaven Sayan Bali is not a good stay for a variety of reasons - 1. Too much mosquitoes & wildlife ( I saw lots of lizards and monitor lizards) 2. Service is slow. Some of the staff is very rude. They don’t entertain guests well. They operate on half information. Often feels like a trap talking to them 3. Food options are limited to 1 item per person for breakfast/floating breakfast. I would not recommend staying here.

We had a great experience with the hotel especially with the staff Herry and Gusti who were exceptionally well in their service. The rooms were spacious, great swimming pool, kitchen counter, lots of greenery around.

We had a very bad experience with this restaurant. We tried to come here for dinner - at the beginning the staff recommended another restaurant, which was strange to us, but in the end they replied that we could have our food here, said "it's ok, if you want". And after ten minutes of waiting for our order, when the waiter was sitting 5 meters from our table and the girl and the boy were chatting and showing videos on their phones, we gave up ... wasted time ... there plenty better restaurants around

Had a fantastic stay at Ubud Heaven Sayan. The private pool villa along with floating breakfast was fantastic. Harry and wida was very polite and humble and helped us with everything. Visiting again soon.

Loved the ambience and experience here! The bridge has amazing views and a real river flows underneath! Good food and good service. Will definitely recommend!

It was an amazing experience with them and icing on the cake is they have private pool with them. Tuti was the lady who was a great host over there, so must recommend you to experience the nature with hotel services
