Really lovely breakfast! The restaurant is really cozy. To enter you need to take off your shoes and you share table with other people but it's pretty calm and warmth. The menu is mostly vegan and vegetarian. We went to eat our breakfast after the gym and it was really tasty. We ordered the shaman smoothie, dragon ball z bowl and the cloud cakes. All the food was awesome. The service is perfect and the environment is top. Totally recommended. I'm sure you will repeat once you try it.

Great food with nice flavors. We tried the kale salad, BBQ cauliflower wings, veggie dumplings, cloud cake, f*cking amazing latter, and mango juice. Everything was so flavorful it was hard to select a favorite. If you want the smoothie bowls arrive early. They were sold out when arrive on a Wednesday at 12:30 PM. Also, they offer a free coffee when you write a Google review (I didn't redeem this option) and wanted to share for those that might do others that do reviews.

Mudra Cafe is a unique little cafe tucked away from the hustle that offers a taste of creative vegan/vegetarian/seafood dishes for any time of day. We had a variety of dishes during breakfast that were excellent. They brew their own kombucha, too. It'll get busy during typical eating hours, so be sure to go early to grab a seat before they fill up.

Wonderful spot with shared seating around the intimate cafe. Food was incredible, and an abundance of vegetarian and vegan options are available. My only wish was that oat milk was available. However they did have coconut, almond and soy. The cauliflower wings were outstanding!

This place is so good. Excellent food that is creative & healthy. The seaweed tacos are crazy good. The Bali wine was delish and I loved the homemade kombucha. The way the interior is designed is cool as well, I love the creativity.

The ambience of this place is amazing. Spacious, with lots of natural light, interior details, great selection of music. I liked the menu too. The poke bowls seemed great, smoothies - absolutely delicious. The portion size was so big! The only downside was the service, or rather complete absence of it. I came twice, twice had to run after the staff to get the menu, take my order, pay the bill. Looked like it’s a self-service cafe, though I didn’t see any mention of it.

You can get the best taste and inspiration at this shop. I love green smoothie balls. I think this is the most delicious restaurant in the world. The simpler the food, the more you can understand the restaurant. Every time I bring a meal to my mouth, I smile that it is delicious. It's not just the taste, it's a sign that the body is happy.

Had I known this place is quite beautiful I would have gone there earlier. Mudra Cafe is one if not the most beautiful cafe I’ve seen in Ubud. The place is spacious with lots of natural light. I was only able to have a cup of flat white and it was good. They have free WiFi, but I heard they’re not designed for co-working so I guess, you should take note of that. But I loved the ambiance and the interiors.

We’ve been here 3 times in 4 days - beautiful view, calm vibes and the food exceeds all expectations. We’ve had the roti, oat porridge (best I’ve had plus the delicious java honey), pancakes, coffee, mudra tacos, lemonades, all delicious. The only thing i wouldn’t recommend is the avo toast, the bread was too sweet for me, but that might be my personal thing :) The best spot for brunch in Ubud ❤️

Calming atmosphere to sit back, relax, and unwind. The smoothie bowls are dairy free and bursting with flavours. The hanging plants create a natural separation from the bustling road out front, you simultaneously experience both the city and a tropical oasis at Mundra Cafe!

I’ve eaten here several times in the past 2 weeks! Great coffee, cozy atmosphere, shared tables are awesome for making friends and all the food is beautiful & delicious. Highly recommend. One of my favorite places to eat in Ubud. Not pictured but my favorite dish: Salmon seaweed tacos!

Nice vegetarian/vegan/gluten free friendly cafe with great ambience. You can literally hang out here all day if you wanted to. Their coffee was 👍👌👏🏽👏🏽 with milk options of soy, almond or oat. Matcha pancakes were a big serving and deliciously chewy (gluten free) with plenty of fruit and chocolate syrup on top. Josh’s rosti was my favorite— perfect way to start your day with. Staff are lovely and speak perfect English. It’s a leave your shoes outside kinda cafe :)

A must in Ubud 👍. Lucky enough to come on a Sunday afternoon when local artists come to perform & jam together (2:30-5pm). Awesome space with natural lighting lets music flow yet allows for easy conversing with your table. Unique, well crafted, & tasty dishes. Vegan options aplenty.

The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed. Great for working or having a chill morning. The presentation of the food is beautiful and the service was very attentive. Unfortunately I did not like what I ordered. The croissant came cold and it was not fresh. Plus, the ingredients lacked flavor. And for the price it was very disappointing. I give it 4 star, because everything else was good and I didn’t try anything more, so maybe other dishes are better. People seemed to be enjoying their meals.

This place is our absolute favorite in Ubud. The scenery is incredible and the food… best food we ever had. The smoothies are to DIE FOR (especially the blueberry one!), their curry is amazing and served on a banana leaf in front of you, any time of day or night you can go and spend an amazing time. We will come back tonight just for the pancakes :)

It was one of my favorite cafes in Ubud. I really liked both its menu, ambiance and service. Definitely a place where I will bring my friends. It was a very nice experience 🌺

Love this place! Food was beyond my expectations, very delicious. I had a glass of mango juice and bowl of tuna poke, both taste amazing. Lovely atmosphere, nice and cozy.

I’ve been here 3 times because of a community event, but each time whilst the presentation of food is beautiful, I’ve been very disappointed with the food. It lacks flavour, the poke bowls are too dry, they include white rice (which is not mentioned on the menu which I never eat because it’s not a healthy option and it’s confusing it’s even served here as I thought this was supposedly a health conscious cafe??) and for the tiny 4” bowl portions you get for a main meal, it would be so much better if customers were at least served red or organic rice with some nutrition especially for the exorbitant price charged (95K for Maestro’s Delight). I have lived in and off in Bali for over 10 years so I know a few other restaurants. I can eat at another nearby healthfood restaurant, pay 20K less and get TWICE as much food, which is not only tastier, but it’s healthier too & far more satisfying. However, the smoothie was good once I swopped out the cashew milk & it was a generous portion. Also the ambience was lovely tonight with beautiful music 🎶 although the other times I’ve been, it just got far too loud to be comfortable. It doesn’t sit well with me the feeling of paying such high prices for food which is so disappointing, so even though the music was lovely, I just didn’t feel comfortable staying. The service is also very hit and miss. Sometimes the staff are looking to serve customers and sometimes they’re just chatting amongst themselves and not looking to see who’s ready to order, so I’ve often had to get up and walk over just to get served! I notice other customers have mentioned this too. If I came again to the community event here, I would definitely eat somewhere else first, especially because of the tiny dinner meal portions, crazy high prices, lack of taste, poor value & service. Ubud is a Mecca for the vegan or vegetarian connoisseur and there are far better places to spend your money!

Best breakfast I ever had in Bali. Amazing vibes and food. Try the Japanese tuna taco made with seaweed. Orgasme in my mouth. They moved in a new building in the same street. Even you can park your bike in the basement of the building.

Unexpectedly became one of the two favorite places of ours in Ubud and we kept returning throughout our stay. Excellent smoothie bowls as well as whatever has their whipped coconut cream - delicious! Great pancakes, delicious cauliflower chicken bites, good iced coffees and great seaweed tacos. Lastly, great cocktails. To add, we loved the ambience and atmosphere at Mudra so much and always felt very welcome by the staff ❤️ If there is one thing I didn’t quite enjoy it’s the tiramisu. It’s overpoweringly sweet and chocolatey throughout.

As a vegan, coming to Ubud is definitely an easy decision. Vegan options EVERYWHERE! This is only one of my favorite place during my stay in Ubud. The place isn’t too big, but it is worth to wait for your table. They cater vegan and non-vegan. Definitely must try!

Maybe Good for Many People, But Unfortunately Not for Me I am Balinese and I got recommendation to visit this place from my foreigner friends. This cafe serves mostly organic and healthy food. I ordered Agni Chicken Curry and I've never tried that kind of curry before. The taste was not so-curry, less spices, and the rice was very dry (but I realized that I'm in the organic cafe, and I think this is what you got if you combine curry and organic concept). My partner ordered Crabby Pad Thai because she loved seafood and unfortunately she got stomachache just after we arrived at home. We predicted it was because the crab wasn't so fresh, idk. Beside that, the tea was very good and we liked their concept of serving the tea. For the ambience, it was very "Ubud". Their concept and architecture were unique (full of bamboo). There was a DJ played music and a lot of people danced. Because of that, I think this cafe is not suitable for those who want to work from cafe. 5 stars for ambience and concept, but 2 stars for dishes. Thank you

The food was great, big menu lots of choices we had iced matcha latte, salmon seaweed tachos, cloudy pancakes, green smoothie and salmon potato Rosti essentially eggs Benedict with a twist. The quality and freshness of ingredients was evident and the cleanliness was good too. The wait time was good. The service was a little unprofessional it was hard to get the waitresses attention as they were busy chatting or even as they were taking food to customers they were hard to flag. Apart from that few more fans would be great. Also Please Note: It isn't very family friendly as the paintings around on the walls are depicting female nudity in various forms.

I have been here a couple of times for breakfast and I have noticed how slow the service can be, luckily the feedback is making them take action on that but there is still room for improvement specially for taking the order. That being said, I was very happy with the food the first time (when I took the photos and the video) and less happy the others two times, I would say is a matter of luck. But in any case it’s worth trying it! Just be mindful of the slow service.

Unique and fresh cocktails, bowls and dishes in Ubud. We visited Mudra twice while in Ubud. We enjoyed the bowl with chocolate mix and the fresh spinach cocktail. The service is fast and the employees are quite friendly. If you want a cool environment to work around Ubud, you can try this place too. We've seen many digital nomads doing Teams and Zoom video calls and meetings here. In fact, we had our two meetings from here, and the WiFi connection was quite good.

Beautiful space and the smoothie bowl was beautifully presented. It definitely was not as thick as anticipated and does not 'defy gravity' as stated on the menu.

Came on a Saturday night Food options looked good. I'd be curious if they are able to make good food considering the variety of options they provide The char kway teo was solid but they used regular rice noodles instead of the broad rice noodles. They also didn't have a nice char on them. Music was on point ! Lucky to come on a Saturday evening for the live music. Willing to come back and try more options Slow service The banana leaf curry was authentic and a solid option

Love the vibes at Mudra! The atmosphere, the interior, the paintings and the food is superb. Totally value for money. Must try are the Japanese tacos and the Umami poke bowls, dimsum, pancakes, the peanut bar dessert and the smoothies! If you’re in Bali, it’s worth a visit💗

Drop by for coffee & snack before heading to Taksu Spa (5mins away). Told staff abt food allergy & unable to eat spicy food, she recommended the deep fried cauliflower which we agreed. Awhile later it was served with what looks like barbecue sauce, took a bite & was quite spicy, I stop eating & was disappointed. My partner ate a second piece, said is nothing fantastic, sauce is spicy with no aroma, we stop eating it, wld had appreciated the sauce to be separated or give options like home made mayo or similiar, at least I can eat them as hungry. We both felt the coffee was tasteless - worst in all our Bali trips, you never knw if you dont try. Nice cafe though, spacious, lovely quiet, food decor is nice but that's all and too many staff busy talking despite friendly, not impressed. We will return to the healthy cafes along Hanoman Street where we frequent, they focused on food quality & aromatic coffee. Once bitten twice shy here.

This cafe is amaaaazing! Best matcha in Ubud, do give the strawberry matcha a try 🍓 I loved the matcha pancakes and the rosti, you call tell all the ingredients are very high quality. The decor is beautiful and the seating is comfortable, you can work and chill there. The staff is not as nice as other places but still good. Highly recommend for everyone but especially for matcha lovers!

I really like this cafe, I am pretty sure the vibe is astonishing and impressive BUT I would NOT recommend this veggie dumpling. The skin of dumpling was too thick and the filling was almost empty. I couldn’t eat even one piece.. luckily, the staff gave me another dish.
