10/10 recommended stay! Natya in Ubud was the most tranquil experience for our honeymoon. Our room was one of the nicest we’ve stayed. We had our own infinity pool overlooking the jungle and the room itself was huge. The location was secluded but only 10-15 minutes from Ubud Center and all the restaurants/activities/rice terraces. We rented a scooter and there is a reliable taxi service. But I think our favorite part was the staff. We enjoyed our drinks, breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the restaurant on site. We even took a cooking class with Chef Dewa, which was an incredible once in a lifetime experience…and the food was AMAZING. The staff quickly became more like family after learning more about them and spending several days there. Each and every one of the staff truly cares about giving the best experience as if they were taking you into their own home. We were almost in tears as we left but we hope to be back soon!

If you want serenity and quiet place to stay, this hotel is a great choice. But it's a little bit scary at night and you can hear 'tokek' sound at midnight 😂. And the TV channel are using analog antenna not the digital cable TV like the other 5 star hotels

Best place to stay in Ubud. It is literally a paradise in the jungle. They offer a great variety of breakfast and it tastes really good. The service is amazing and the staffs always try to accommodate us. Try to stay at the luxury pool villa if you can, because the view there is amazing!!

This was my first experience of a luxury hotel, and it lived up to all my expectations and more. The highlight of the hotel is how secluded it is and how amazingly thought out it was to not impede on all the nature around it. The jungle view with private pool was sensational. We often just sat watching the trees and listening to all the wildlife. The services on offer were brilliant. The staff was attentive, kind and caring. You are offered a free massage in their spa as a welcome. Breakfast menu was lovely. Menu was extensive and you could order to your room free of charge. We were also offered a free floating breakfast. The restaurant served delicious food! The food was halal and we were assured that any pork was handled separately. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you!

Everything about this resort is just amazing. The views, the staff, the rooms, the service, etc. The only downside about it is that it is located right next to a jungle, so you might encounter some bugs, frogs, or geckos around the resort. Not something to be afraid of, but it's good to know so you can manage your expectation. But other than that, I'd love to come back here.

They are located inside a local village, i thought i lost for a while, but in google map we trust. Nice view from the villa, very quite and peaceful. Outdoor shower and private pool were amazing. Crispy duck was fantastic. The only downside that i found was the bugs, but it is given since it is located down the hill, facing a jungle and surrounded by trees and bushes. But their cleaning service was very helpful, we called them in the middle of the night and they helped us to get rid of the bugs. Just be careful when you open the door, don't let the bugs get in. I rent a small city car, the road was very small and steep, I need their valet service to help me climb the road.

Unbelievable hotel that offers tranquility, exclusivity and peace. The room was amazing, well presented and clean with views of the jungle. We had our own private pool to escape in. The grounds were unbelievable, landscaped to perfection. The service was above and beyond, always happy to help with any need. The spa offered a varied amount of treatments. I went for the deep tissue which was extremely good. Would love to return

Amazing stay in this place ! The area is very calm! Facing tropical jungle! The rooms with pool are very charming and excellent for couples ! You can see green every where and feel relaxed especially with private yoga class in the morning. The personnel were very welcoming, kind and helpful ! The restaurant is very good. The Spa is excellent. I recommend this place and I will surely comeback here if I visit Ubud one more time!

We spent two honeymoon days in the villa with a clean private swimming pool with a continuous water filter. They took care of it very much, it was clean, and all your needs were available in the room. Disposable towels and towels are changed every day and the room is cleaned. Cleaners are available. Bathroom with a swimming pool. The air conditioning works well and is cold. The staff are very helpful, welcoming and smiling. The first time the guest arrived at the place, he was welcomed with a beautiful and welcoming welcome, and offered you cold drinks for free. Breakfast is available on the menu and very, very delicious, with refreshing cold natural juices and coffee served to you according to your request The dinner was very tasty, the prices were very acceptable, and the cooks were skilled. I recommend trying them. They have events and activities every day. We will return to them next time and spend more days. We thank the lovely staff and hotel management for their kind treatment in receiving and saying goodbye and listening to any suggestions and complaints.

A hidden luxury resort that offers a wonderful experience for a romantic getaway The location of this resort goes into the villages and villages of the local Balinese native community, a little touch to add to the exoticism of the resort. You can cycle around the local villages, I'm sure you will be greeted by the friendliness and smiles of the Balinese people. I suggest that you prepare the items you need because the nearest shop is just a mini market that is managed independently by the local community. Resort staff are friendly, reliable and professional. The room is spacious, clean and able to provide necessities for my toddler who is 1.5 years old. The food in the restaurant is delicious and satisfying. They also provide regular shuttle buses to Ubud temple and its surroundings. Overall, I am satisfied with staying at this resort and will certainly recommend it to my family and business colleagues.

It’s definitely true what other reviews say, the staff is great and so friendly. From check-in, to room service, breakfast, check-out and any interaction with anyone, they were always so nice and friendly! We had our own car, and as typical with Bali the streets can get narrow, but other than making sure no cars were coming in the opposite direction, the entrance to the hotel was easy to find, but definitely in a remote area, which adds to the charm! Our villa had a nice big pool overlooking the jungle. What I like about them is that they have their own unique name instead of numbers, it’s gives the experience a nice elegant touch. The room was spacious, and we appreciated both the indoor and outdoor showers. We had a big bathtub as well. The AC worked very well too. Breakfast was delicious! Instead of a buffet style, they do a 3 course breakfast in the restaurant which they give you options as to which one you want. This is another thing that steps up the game and gives the whole experience a more elegant touch. The coffee and fresh juices are great. The cleaning staff left the room spotless everyday and there’s also turndown service. We had an amazing stay here and can only recommend this resort. Everyone was so kind and friendly, it was hard to say goodbye!

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff always served us with a smile. The public and private pools are very clean. Staying here was a wonderful experience of swimming in nature! The hotel offers breakfast of different countries and free afternoon tea every day. On special days, there are also dinner events such as barbecues and all-you-can-eat dinners! It is absolutely necessary to mention that the SPA service is very professional and comfortable, I enjoyed two perfect experiences during my stay. In conclusion, this hotel is definitely worth a return visit.

Wonderful property. My fiancé and I spent a portion of our honeymoon here, and it exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous views, the bungalows are clean and comfortable, and the staff is super helpful and kind. They helped us to organize half-day tours to see the local sites, and it couldn’t have been easier. They offer a list of amenities such as: Laundry service, shuttle to Ubud city center, turn down service, restaurant on site, spa on site, bar on site, food delivery to room. We stayed at Natya Resort Ubud for sure x days and five nights and had an excellent time. The villa was clean, luxurious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was a very decent size. The service we received at Natya was top notch - friendly, empathetic, prompt and always delivered with a smile. They cleaned sand from the pool right away, took out bags up and down to our room, helped us make spa appointments and provided great service at the resort's restaurant. Be aware that in Ubud you're in the jungle and there will likely be bugs. But they also helped with that and took care of a spider in our room very quickly. The spa treatments were very relaxing and professional, especially the hot stone massage. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend Natya to anyone staying in or near Ubud.

We came to Natya after our wedding in Uluwatu as our mini trip after the wedding party. It was our first time in Ubud! We enjoyed a lot in the Resort with delicious food and beautiful views! Service is the best part in Natya. All staffs (house keeping, front desk, restaurant) are super friendly and supportive. Highly recommend for people who want to have a relax trip/ break💕

Nice hotel in the middle of the lush jungle of Ubud. Spacious and comfortable villa with great views and private patio with pool. The hotel also has a lovely pool in the restaurant area. The staff at the hotel was great! Always very attentive! The hotel is isolated from the busy Ubud area, which I found convenient, and it's only 10-15 minutes away from the Ubud center by car/scooter. The only downside that I must mention is that the drainage in the bathroom of our villa had a terrible odor sometimes. We let the staff know, and they tried their best to improve the situation, putting air diffusers with essential oils in the bathroom, which helped, but the odor wasn't going away. I'm keeping my 5-star rating because even though the smell was unpleasant at times, all the other positive things about the experience ultimately outweigh the negative.

The resort is very clean, the rooms are clean, all the facilities function very well, the staff is very friendly and very friendly. the receptionist and all staff are very helpful if there is a problem. all the food is delicious. the environment is pleasant and the natural atmosphere of the resort is charming. if there is time want to go back there again. highly recommended for couples and family vacations

Stayed for a night in the Luxury Pool Village. 1. Beautiful and peaceful place. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Bathroom/toilet could use more drainage, preferably one in the middle of the bathroom/toilet area. A towel hanger near the bath tub would be a perfect additional, 4. Because of the area and terrain, bugs is to be expected though not so much, 5. Food, I'd say could be better, but overall it's good, 6. It's a long way from a market etc. so prepare your stay well, 7. Perfect place to heal your "battle scar"

This resort gives you best experience. The staffs, the services, the rooms, the views, and so forth are good. It is located near the forest so you might encounter geckos and bugs, but nothing to be afraid of. Around the area you can easily find mini market to buy snacks or drinks. It’s about 10 minutes away from the Starbuck Ubud

We did not have the opportunity to stay at Natya Resort Ubud yet as after trying to contact them several times along a week ago by different ways (call, email and IG) we have not received an answer yet. We really wanted to stay there but the first impression about taking care of the client is failing already. Hope you can improve this hospitality part.

Great resort, if you want serenity. Secluded but very conveniently located with great view. Get Royal room if you want private pool. Breakfast is standard. Parking is tight but valet is available if you're a guest. You feel very close to nature staying in this resort. Friendly and responsive staff.

Location - Secluded and bit interior , surrounded by beautiful Greenery , calm and quiet. (Since it's in the interior they offer shuttle service at scheduled times to drop you to main Ubud city and pick up at scheduled times) 2. Hospitality & Service - From the warm welcome at reception , to all our requests to the tiniest detail were accommodated without any resistance and with a lot of warmth . All staff were super humble & hospitable. 3. Food - Variety of food with great quality and good portions with good amount of vegetarian options. 4. Villa - We opted for luxury villa with private pool . It was just beautiful . Very well maintained , clean. Don't miss this if you are in Ubud :)

A luxurious hotel in the middle of the forest. The hotel is clean despite of the wild climate around. Their food is amazing both international and Balinese food. The stuff are all amazing and their hospitality is beyond. The private pool villa was so capacious and the pool was nice. The view from the room is heavenly.

A dream! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Their full service staff is amazing! Their food was phenomenal and you can even arrange a floating breakfast in your own private pool. My husband surprised me with the sweetest romantic dinner and it was stunning and it was all thanks to Natya putting it all together! The room and bathroom were beautiful and so clean. I would highly recommend this place!

Pros: Stayed at Natya resort, Ubud for 5 nights. The staff are courteous, friendly, willing to help, and make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk-in. We wanted somewhere quiet and lush green, away from city hustle & bustle, and Natya absolutely delivers in providing tranquil environment, surrounded by tropical forest. The rooms are clean; spacious bath; beds comfy, private infinity pool overlooking the forest, and housekeeping service was fantastic too. Cons: The frequency of Shuttle service to the Ubud centre should be increased and start from 9-10am onwards, rather than the first ride being at Noon. And the drop off should be near Ubud palace/Art market rather than Coco supermarket, which is off location for drop off and far from the main art market/Ubud palace. Overall, had a good experience and stay. :)
