Amazing experience, we loved everything about this resort. Food was delicious, healthy, and beautiful. Juices made fresh to order from their garden, and we bought massages every night because they were so good. We did the morning yoga and it was relaxing and refreshing. The pool by the river was much better than we expected from the website, including rope swings, lounging areas, and hanging chairs for reading a book. The staff was super friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Highly, highly recommended!

I stayed there for my honeymoon with my better half. It was an incredible experience, the service was flawless. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we found ourselves in a state of pure joy. They accommodated to our complicated dietary requirements without any problems. The food was incredible, organic, extremely healthy and regenerating but not as incredible as the accommodation! The room was exquisite and with very positive energy my sleep was so pure and in the mornings waking up to an amazing view of the forest and valley surrounding us was extremely fulfilling. The natural pools are a must while there, they are great to relax and meditate. For yogis like Josie (my wife) they have the most beautiful sunset yoga with a very professional yoga instructor. The only downside was that our stay was too short. The cherry on top of the cake was the Green Morning smoothie, it is life-changing! I cannot wait to go back! 10/10 I would recommend

This is a truly beautiful and different place that must be visited for the day, even if you can't stay in the accommodation. We just did a day visit and it was sublime 🤩. Firstly, everything is made out of bamboo, it's just beautiful to see first hand. They even have an elevator made from bamboo!! The surroundings are all set amongst lush green jungles, and running rivers. The bridges are all made from bamboo. The magic spot though is there water pools set into the jungle side. The pools are all fresh water! No chemicals here. The food was fresh, delicious, and vibrant in colour. The service was second to none. We spent the whole day, sitting in the sun, swimming, eating, sitting in the floating chairs just admiring nature. It's a must do if you are in Ubud.

It is a great place. Very beautiful Ambiente. Dimmer Lights, oil lamps, very attentive and friendly staff. Nice architecture. good odours everywhere. The toilets are amazing. But I was still hungry after sharing 2 meals and a starter with my girlfriend. And it was very pricey. 140k for one main.

An incredible gem of a place to stay in Ubud. The rooms are unique and luxurious. The property is stunning - an oasis in nature. Staff could not be more kind and helpful. Food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. A true haven. We can’t wait to come back one day.

Bambu Indah is a beautiful place during the day but a complete horror after dark. We rented two of their accommodations, a villa and a treehouse/tent and we had rats in our bed in both places along with a swarm of flies and insects. We hardly had any sleep the whole night due to those rats and bugs and noises. When I woke up around 5 in the morning extremely relieved the night was over I discovered rat poop in my bed right next to my pillow. I understand the open living concept in the middle of the forest but sharing a bed with rats is not okay for a resort in this price range. Horrible experience that completely ruined a lovely day we had in the pools the day before. Couldn’t wait to leave there this morning.

A great place to take a break after your hectic day. Very calming atmosphere. They planted their own veggies and spices, the food is awesome. They have rice field view from our room. At night you can hear the river and night insects, it’s very calming for meditation. You should go to the river pool, they have a beautiful natural pool with a great view. I bet you don’t want to leave this place.

It's a beautiful place and well worth a visit on a Sunday morning after 12 for the market. The views are beautiful and the architecture is worth seeing. You can see straight into their kitchen and it's very clean. I didn't have food during that visit because I bought beautiful fresh fruit and vegetables to take home. But I'm looking forward to another visit to enjoy a coffee and soak up the atmosphere.

Bambu Indah exceeded my expectations in every way possible. This place is paradise! The food is delicious. The grounds are well kept and perfect for exploring. The huts are comfortable, unique, and well appointed. The architecture is impressive. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The massage was awesome. I wish I could stay here forever!!!

Amazing place. We got a house with a pond surrounding it, the big treehouse wasn't available. The pictures don't do this place justice. The restaurant and pool by the river were breathtaking. Food is good too. A definite recommend for those who like nature and wanna splurge a little (for honeymoon or anniversary).

Great afternoon retreat. While we weren't staying at the hotel. The staff made us feel welcome and even suggested spots for great Instagram worthy pictures. Great small plates and the ginger drink was superb. Highly recommend this place!

We spent the day here on two occasions within the one week. On our first visit we were absolutely overwhelmed by the beauty of this place. The day pass had been recommended to us. Fabulous value for money in what can only be described as an oasis of tranquility amid lush Green jungle and fresh water pools. It’s only 20 minutes from the hassle and bustle of central Ubud but feels like you’re lost within a magical jungle retreat. The food and drinks were lovely and the service was out of this world. We loved it so much we booked another day pass 2 days later.

This place is magical, so special! The location is stunning, immersed in the nature, surrounded by the rice fields. The rooms are beautiful, the architecture is insane. Food was very good, their gelato is incredible. The personnel was extremely kind and prepared. Loved it.

We stayed in Guadua house. It was amazing! The room was clean, we had hot water (you can also drink the tap water here which is really cool) friendly staff, delicious food! The pools were clean and refreshing! The only thing I will mention is that, there are lots of stairs and narrow walkways... so if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. If you want a truly unique experience I would highly recommend staying here!

Unique villas, great experience. They have unique natural spring fed pool and regenerative tourism concept. Their elevator sunset bar also very unique!

We read the website thoroughly about eating lunch on a day visit as an outside guest. My family of four and I received an unpleasant surprise when we went to reception that there is a 605k per person minimum spend, so 2.4k total. The food costs around 100k. So what are you paying for? I've never experienced a cover charge so high, even at jungle fish, potato Head, or soulshine. We spent the equivalent amount at Sayan House on an excellent and no hassle lunch. Reception said the cover charge is noted on the site. I checked the entire site just now and see no mention of a cover charge, gaslit. Three stars for lack of transparency.

Absolutely stunning and unique place. We stayed in one to the tents. Everything was exceptional - from the food to the service to the ambiance. I really loved that it’s almost entirely constructed with biodegradable low carbon footprint materials esp bamboo. Even the rope binding the structures together was hand woven from natural materials. However a caveat. It’s not for everyone. You need to be reasonably nimble and mobile to navigate the stairs, rock steps, bamboo bridges etc. And tolerant of a few bugs. It’s a tropical forest for goodness sake - not some hotel in downtown Tokyo. So if you want hermetically sealed rooms with wheelchair access and no forest sounds this isn’t the place. If you want unique, natural forest vibe and don’t mind a bit of walking up and down then this place is amazing. Just the natural spring pools are worth it. Did an incredible meditation on a rock under a small waterfall overlooking forest and a series of spring pools. Food and drinks are also excellent.
