I was positively impressed by this restaurant. I ordered the wet burrito with beef, which btw was halal. In addition to this, the nachos were decent. As for the shrimp tacos, these were by far the star of the Mexican show. Moreover, the restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, the dishes were quite pricey for the area so be mindful of that. All in all, a pleasant lunch!

Still amaze with their great food, cleanliness, great services and always enjoy their vibes. 👍👍👍 I ordered Quesadillas with Cheese (62K) and Grand Nacos with Chicken (73K), water melon juice (35K) and mixed juice (35K)... and they also provided 3 small plates so we can share the food. I visited this restaurant approaching year end - not crowded and they implemented good health protocols. Their toilet also very clean.. I always measured the cleanliness of restaurant from their toilet 😀

The food was excellent! We were at first dubious about the quality of Mexican food in Asia but believe me, this place is worth stopping by. We ordered for pick up some burritos, fajitas, and salad. Every single topping and ingredient was perfectly packed and organised in little containers. The food was still warm, and the portions were definitely significant. I highly recommend this place. My only complaint would be the taxes which make the restaurant more expensive, notably for Mexican food, than most places.

I was coming here from 2018 till 2020, then came back after the Pandemic. I would travel to Taco Casa for one hour if I feel like having a Mexican meal. I know the place for five years now and if it changed in any way, it improved. Delicious foods and snacks, good choice of drinks and pleasant atmosphere. I'm not into Mexican cuisine too often, but when the sweet tooth for a tortilla or enchiladas kicks in, I'm here at the nearest occasion. The food looks as good as on my photos. Me and my partner had these eaten like there wasn't tomorrow to come. Even my Indonesian friends, who are mostly into their local specialties, would love it here and come back from time to time. Fantastic food and at good value! The sauce of the wet burrito was so tasty yet not overwhelming as well. The shrimp inside was very delicious too! Loved their chips and dips too! Do try their homemade hot sauce, it was fantastic! Daiquiri tasted more like a normal slushie without alcohol though.

If you're looking for Tex-Mex, this is the place to go. I would give 5 stars for their Tex-Mex dishes. But I gave 3 stars here because when I see the name, I was hoping for some legit mexican taco tastes. But place is nice and clean, have parking spaces for guests despite its location (literally in the middle of one of the busiest Ubud streets), and spacious!

Had dinner twice during our stay in unud! They can make any meal vegetarian which is great. The mocktails and the smoothies are also delicious. Big portions, can pay with card.

You may have to wait a while for your food but it is honestly worth it. We devoured our food, I even forgot to take pictures that’s how delicious it was. I would definitely recommend it for a takeaway place in the evenings and a dine in place for lunch as you get a nice view of Ubud and it’s close to a lot of shopping as well.

Surprisingly one of the best memories in Ubud. Unlike the other joints, they’re very generous on the condiments (the beans, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream dip). Personally, the enchiladas are quite basic, but the taco and burrito are the star of the show. The combination of the fillings blended quite well. The staffs are very friendly too, great service. Would definitely come back.

My boyfriend had a craving for Mexican food, and since we are from Southern California we have pretty high standards. Taco Casa exceeded all expectations! We both got build your own burritos and every ingredient was fresh and delicious. The chicken was super tasty, and I was really stoked since I can be on the picky side. Will be back for sure!

It was my first time trying Mexican food and it did not disappoint. It’s quite pricey, but considering it’s located in a very foreign tourist heavy area,it is still affordable. Portion sizes weren’t something to complain about since a single serving of the wet burrito could be shared between 2 people. Some items didn’t suit to my local taste buds, but it’s still good nonetheless. The staff were friendly and helpful, but parking a car is damn near impossible! But i guess that’s just an Ubud problem, since most places on the road does not have parking space.

If you’re looking for a tasteful Mexican food then get yourself into this place. But if pricing and such are your concerns, you have to think a little bit more. However, I’d highly recommend this place for all the foodie out there. Plus, it’s really close to many fun restos or coffee shops.

Amazing mexican food! We've been here spontaneous for dinner and it was so so good! I really like the menu, because they offer all dishes in veggie, with meat or seafood. So you can choose whatever you like. The portions are very big and the food tastes so good! We had a naked burrito bowl and a wet burrito and both was very delicious. The stiff is super fruebzand nice and they asked if you want your food spicy or not spicy and also if you have some food allergies. The only thing is, that if feels a bit like a fastfood restaurant like burger king. Don't know if there are other taco casa restaurants but if you just want good, delicious and great food you are totally right! It's not a romantic place for dinner but the food is very good. We will come back!

Reasonably nice Mexican food - nothing that will particularly blow you away (fairly simple flavours etc) but does the job. Everything can be made vegetarian which we appreciated a lot. Enjoyed the jalapeño margarita and vegetarian enchiladas the most out of what we ordered, probably wouldn’t get the veggie fajitas again (pretty bland and not generous at all with the portions of sour cream / guacamole / black beans to go alongside).
