Great ribs - one serving is plenty for two. Salad dressing awesome and a great compliment with the ribs. Staff not very attentive. You pay upfront when your ready to check out.

Finally got the chance to taste the legendary grilled Pork Ribs that even famous celebrities had tried. However maybe due to my high expectation from all the rave reviews, i was expecting the ribs to be more flavourful without having to add any kind of condiments. Overall, the ribs served was still good and tender… came in a big portion, and good enough for 2 paxs.

I recently dined at Naughty Nuri's Warung in Ubud and had a mixed experience. On the one hand, the pork barbeque spare ribs were absolutely delicious and at a very affordable price. I couldn't get enough of them! However, I was disappointed to see some rats running around the restaurant during my meal. This definitely detracted from my overall experience and made me question the hygiene of the kitchen and food preparation areas. While the food was definitely tasty, the presence of rodents is a major concern. All in all, if you're willing to overlook the issue with rats, Naughty Nuri's Warung in Ubud is definitely worth a visit for the delicious pork barbeque ribs and lively atmosphere.

I was cutting the Spareribs with my spoon! So tender. Their salad dressing delicious, I could drink it! The grilled chicken was even better than the spareribs! The place was very busy, but the staff was efficient! The best thing I had was their Fried Banana with vanilla ice cream. Best I've ever had and I've eaten that in a half dozen counties. I'd go back just for the Bananas!

Please take this as constructive feedback. Unfortunately compared to my last year’s visit, the food and hygiene quality has dropped by a lot. This time we couldn’t even finish pork ribs as the meat smelled unpleasant. We tried Sei Babi as well then it turned out hugely disappointing, sadly to say, too smelly and tough to enjoy. We tasted a few bites and didn’t even take away the rest. Sausage was served as burnt. Not to mention we lost our appetite with the mice moving around the roof and a swarm of ants underneath every table. Other Balinese restaurants and shops are certainly nicer and more sanitary

Ribs were delicious, but I personally expected more flavor from them. I ordered the signature grilled pork ribs. They tasted delicious but I do expect more since they’re now many competitor that serves similar dish with more competitive prices, so i would recommend the guys in Nuri’s to improve. Pricing: kinda expensive to me, the portion is not that big. Service: just fine Ambience: amazing, similar like dining at home.

This place is such a tourist trap. Most of the grills we got were still cold inside. Bratwurst tasted like turkey sausage. Anyone can probably find a better bbq place in their home country.

We were at Naughty Nuri's today for lunch. I've been before to the one in Seminyak, and this one is just as amazing. Best ribs in Bali - hands down! If you're in Bali, you've got to make it to one of these locations. Incredibly lovely and friendly staff. The smell as you get close to the restaurant is mouthwatering, and the food does not disappoint.

Service is usually the least important factor for me when choosing a restaurant. But I’m taking the time out of my day right now to warn anyone planning to visit this restaurant to avoid it at all costs. The service was so bad for no reason and the quality of the food does not warrant such poor service. We ordered 2 sets of ribs, 1 se’i babi, 1 nasi goreng and 1 mie goreng. Se’i Babi arrived and it was like eating burnt rubber. Both knife and teeth also cannot cut through. This was not the first time we tried se’i babi so we knew how it was supposed to taste like. Signalled for about 5 minutes to the staff who made eye contact with us then looked away until finally someone came by. We gave feedback on the texture but was met with a “supposed to taste like that”. Huh? Really? We mentioned we tasted it before and we didn’t think so. “Different restaurant different chef. No problem” um ok. We then asked for our nasi goreng to go and ordered another mie goreng to go as well. Nasi goreng came packed up so we waited for the mie goreng. Suddenly a whole plate of mie goreng came! We were like, “sorry, we asked for this to go”. “YOU NEVER SAY! YOU NEVER TELL US!” We did…. Sister…… And fyi the ribs were inconsistent. One plate super tender one plate so chewy. Boo!

Yumm.... tender and big size ribs, well seasoned & fresh veggies. The ribs were not spicy, so kids could enjoy it too, spicy and other sauce provided separately. Crowded and queueing during meal times. Please put more smiles on your beautiful faces please..😉

Really good ribs here. Although not the same amount of meat left on these bones like back home but it'll do the job. Meet is pre-cooked and warmed up on the BBQ. Pricier than local food places but worth it. Alot of locals come by here everyday. Is usually packed so come at non busy times (avoid lunch or dinner time) 😁

The first time local street food experience. Must order BBQ pork with local beer. We also tried the fried pork not that good, but the mushed potato 🥔 is delicious as main food.

I used to love this restaurant but when I came back I felt confused. The ribs we got somehow bigger than other fellas but they ordered same things. I got a grill rib but somehow cold and the gravy tasted weird. I can't finished mine. Somehow my spouse love it. Maybe just not my liking. If you hated smoke better to do takeaway cause the smoke will flow inside the restaurant and no exhaust whatsoever.

A must visit restaurant when you visit Bali, especially for pork lover😁. The meat so tender combine with spicy sauce cook with traditional way with Arang (wood charcoal) giving “smokey sensation”. Serving with various of vegetable such: french fries, mess potatoes, mixed vegetables. One portion baby back consist 6-7 ribs for 150K IDR or 10 US$. The restaurant also provide other menu such nasi goreng, mie goreng and other 🇮🇩 and western menu.

Look at that amazing ribs. We packed away to our villa to enjoy and the food still taste great after a reheat in the microwave. Had a nasi goreng to go with pork chops which is also had great wok hey flavours.

A must do bbq dining experience when visiting the Ubud area! Service is non existent but done in style 😜 the menu is simple and it’s a meat lovers paradise! Seating is at big shared tables where everyone just smiles and enjoys the fabulous flavours……the funny thing is next door to one of the very best restaurants in Bali….Room4Dessert…..which is by the way really fabulous and another MUST for the complete gastronomy experience! Best Ribs and Martini’s in Ubud. If not all of Bali. Your choices of Martini & Rib style is “how they do them there, or go elsewhere” and that’s exactly the way it should be. The staff are lovely, the food is excellent, the drinks are perfection. Expect to queue for 30 minutes.

21 February 2024 - 2pm Very disappointed after hearing so much about this place. Ordered ribs (150,000) and a BLT sandwich (50,000) The ribs had already been cooked (not sure how many hours or days before?!) and sitting in a pot next to grill. I watched them put the ribs into a marinade (which was also used as the same marinade for the chicken !🧐😱🤦‍♂️- also the chicken was pre cooked in a pot next to the grill. 🤷‍♂️) The ribs were then put on the grill and heated for 3-4 mins before being served. No smoke emanated from the the grill when being heated and not hot enough when served. Unbelievable! This is laziness in the extreme and to share the same marinade as the chicken is not the done thing! Won’t be coming back! 👎

The ribs were exceptional. Bratwurst sausage was good. Sate babi can be a pass. Meat was inconsistent. Tough and soft on both ends. Crowd starting coming in at 5pm. Best to go before that.

This is the original Naughty Nuri restaurant (warung). Its really like a normal roadside warung with its wooden furnitures and open air concept. Ordered their famous pork ribs and satays. Mashed potato and onion rings as side dishes. Their BBQ ribs are delicious, with the soft meat that fall off the bone. Its slathered in sweet soy sauce and squeezing the lime over the ribs add a nice citrus scent. This is the dish that everyone should order. The meat used for the pork satays are kinda tough and chewy, some even have bones in them. The pineapple at the end of each stick dont really add anything. They are also slathered in sweet soy sauce. Kinda disappointing. The mashed potato is served without any gravy and nothing to shout about. The onion ring is actual fried onion with tempura-like batter. Pretty decent but really need a sauce to elevate its taste. There is no aircon so it could get warm in the afternoon (it was raining when I was there so its nice and cooling). My main complaint is the flies that are flying around. They should put a candle on each table to deter the insects. The service could have been better as well. The workers suddenly dissappear when I was looking for them to help me pack the leftovers (we couldn't finish our 3 serving of ribs and its a waste to throw them away). Its nice to finally be able to try the original naughty nuri but I am not compelled to go back there again. Personally feel the one in seminyak is better in term of service and atmosphere. Tips: They accept credit card payment Getting a Grab from there is quite easy as well (or I just got lucky?) If you dont eat pork, skip this place.

First time ever tasted and it was super yummy!! The meat is very tender, very well seasoned 145K for the pork ribs, good pricing for the portion and taste, i think 1 portion pork ribs is good enough for two people Parking is a bit limited since they don’t have dedicated parking area Service was great, definitely will visit again :)

This is the legendary Pork Ribs.The place was small,but well maintained and clean with good ambience. Their Pork Ribs and Pork Loin were excellent.But their burger tasted plain and a bit hard to bite

I tried the pork ribs and potato wedges. Everything was pretty good. The ribs were pre-cooked and grilled right when I ordered the food. It leans towards the pricy side: The pork ribs are 150K. That plus the potato wedges and a pint of beer added up to ~225pp. One portion of ribs can easily feed two people :)

Amazing BBq pork ribs. The pork ribs was served hot and was grilled with traditional charcoal. The portionis big and it taste so local.

Overall it was a very disappointing experience with the standard of the food having dropped. Our family ordered 5 plates of ribs to share across the table. Of the 5 plates, 4 of the ribs were decent and flavorful. Unfortunately the last plate of ribs was rotten and the smell of decomposition was disgusting. We were horrified that we would be served rotten meat and called the server over. She did not seem surprised nor defensive when we returned the plate to her. She just asked if we wanted a new plate of ribs or a refund.

We only ordered the pork ribs due to the raved reviews. It did not disappoint! We had a plate each. Ordered the potatoes slices to try too. It tasted like fresh potato chips. And we ordered the fried goreng pisang with vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was delicious and we would recommend it.

One of the legend ribs in Bali, I've been here for long time ago, still have the same taste of beautiful ribs, (once was only 55k) very tender fall of the bone, charcoal flavour, spiced, squeeze of lime and mustard make it very good compliment! For restaurant kind of old no renovation, but was okay just feels nostalgic to me, only difficulty is park area, better come here with motor cycle.

Amazing ribs , we also ordered the mash and onion rings all great of course washed down with a bintang .. oh my gawd the best juicey thick full of the bone ribs I have ever eaten the naughty sauce well you can tell why it’s called naughty once you tried it .. ubud naughty nuri is the original and I believe truly authentic warung . We also tried the sanur naughty nuri it was nice but no where near as good as ubud and they also cook the ribs on a flame out the front .. traditionally

When we arrived for dinner, the restaurant was almost full. My friends recommended that I come here to try their pork ribs. While waiting for our food, there's a lot of flies flying around. When your food comes, you have to spend more time swatting flies than eating. The ribs and chicken were so-so. I've tasted better ones. I wouldn't specially make a trip down here to try it out.

This place is way overhyped. We came here from a recommendation, tried the ribs, pork and burger and only the burger was decent - ribs were super dry, pork really tough (although sauce was really hot and nice). The BBQ was way too cold when we passed by and checked it - not something we would expect from a BBQ joint - huge disappointment!

Heard that this is the best Naughty Nuri’s outlet. We went during non peak hours, so didn’t have to queue. Due to poor ventilation, the restaurant can be quite smoky. The restaurant ambience is just so so.. but can’t deny that the spare ribs is good! We tried their Se’i Babi and sausage too, apart from the spare ribs. Think the Se’i Babi, which is the pork is quite tough. We didn’t finish it. The bbq sauce that goes with the spare ribs is good. Sausage is good! 👍🏼 We ordered Chicken Mie Goreng as well. It’s nice. Price range for ribs re quite affordable, about Rp. 150k for 1 portion which is big enough to share I feel! They have pure vegetarian options too, like Mie Goreng vegetarian, vegetarian curry and so.

Visited Naughty Nuri Ubud last night with a group of friends, and we were all blown away by the delicious food. We queued at 6:15pm for 15 minutes as they don’t accept reservations. We started our meal with the pork ribs, which were cooked to perfection and fall-off-the-bone tender. The ribs were served with a delicious sauce that was sweet and tangy, and we all raved about how good they were. The siel pork was too hard to chew, you may skip this dish. The dish was Not served with a side of vegetable so we ordered garden salad to go with the meats. For dessert, we shared the banana fritters with ice cream. The ice cream was just the right amount of sweetness to balance out the dish. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Naughty Nuri Ubud. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves pork. One of the must visit restaurants here. The staff’s attitudes are bad though.

The pork rib is very delicious. Nasi Goreng is also good!!! You should try this one! I like this place. On Saturday night around 8 pm, the restaurant is still crowded. :)

great, unique tasting gas stoned grilled pork ribs. but if you ordered 5 ribs , you will get 5 different taste and texture of the rib. most of them are well seasoned but some are under seasoned so it will taste like bare grilled rib. the place just too small, but good enough if it is not too crowded so you can enjoy your ribs. my favorite spot is the corner on the road side as it is not too hot and you can still smell the smoke from the grilled ribs in front entrance.

Kind of disappointed with the pork ribs honestly, I am expecting much more juicy and tender kind of pork rib. However, the taste is great, the sauce is great too. I also love their sausage, should try. But not bad to have a late lunch here.

Standards have dropped but queue is still long. Maybe inflation has caused the meat to be leaner … thank God sauce was still good. Come early to reserve a seat but they won’t even serve you drinks Bec it’s their break time. Smoke gets in your eyes. So be prepared to smell like bbq pork after the dinner. And eat allot of charred parts.
