I
went
to
this
branch
and
the
other
branch.
This
branch
really
needs
to
improve
on
their
customer
service.
One
time,
the
trainee
came
to
take
order
and
he
couldn't
speak
English
at
all.
He
didn't
have
a
proper
notepad
to
take
order
with,
and
he
had
to
write
it
on
his
hand.
He
couldn't
speak
English
and
he
insisted
to
speak
with
me
in
Indonesian.
And
most
of
the
time,
the
staffs
weren't
that
polite
or
helpful
-
maybe
because
I'm
Asian
and
not
white.
Finished
my
dishes
and
they
just
never
come
and
clear
the
table.
But
they
would
go
and
clear
the
table
for
other
customers.
Even
the
store
manager
is
like
that
too.
Despite
all
that,
the
food
and
cakes
were
good.
Coffee
is
just
very
normal.
The
cakes
would
have
discount
sometimes
-
but
make
sure
and
check
with
the
staffs
first.
A
few
times
I
ordered
the
cake
with
20%
off,
but
at
the
end
they
charged
me
the
regular
price
and
they
insisted
that
they
gave
me
the
new
cake
and
the
discount
was
over.
But
the
discount
tag
was
still
out
when
I
ordered
the
cake
...
and
to
be
honest,
how
do
you
tell
if
the
cake
is
new
or
not?
