Gym

🫤 I've been going to this gym off and on for about 2 years. I choose it because it's the closest to my house and it has most of the equipment you need. The pricing is also super reasonable. This gym could be SO MUCH better if the owners and management gave it more care! - Toilets are filthy. Flooded... People often mention price, equipment, great, machines, good, free, weights, Ubud, pool, provide,

Spacious gym well maintained. 350,000rp for one month + 50,000 registration. Easy bike parking. Towels provided. Super friendly patrons. Good cardio. Solid punching bogs. Plenty of great machines and free weights. Small sauna & shower downstairs. High ceilings. I was here January 2021. Went every day. Most days twice. Trying to lose some weight. Fingerprint ID turnstile in & out. Highly recommend. Better than Ubud Gym which is cheaper but a dive. Resya Gym I a great place to work out.

Update: A hot box filled with free weights, hammer strength machines, and cables . They also have two bags for boxing/kickboxing (one heavy bag), a handful of cardio machines, and a pool that has seen better days. Its 50k(3.20usd) for day pass or 150k for a week. Or 350k for a month. It's one of the cheaper options in Bali but it could use some updates. They provide towels, which you’ll need because it gets hot as hell. They also offer bananas for 2k and packets of protein for 20k which is convenient. It's hot. Very hot.

This gym was great! People working out & staff are very kind.. Though, keep in mind there is no air conditioning! You’ll get all sweaty-but I liked it 😅 Small pool is clean and refreshing! Only one bench & a small free weight area.. other than that 👌🏼

This place certainly gets the job done. Plenty of machines, many variations for different muscle groups. I went three times. Yes it's hot and you will sweat , but you get used to it by your second visit. Bring electrolytes for after. Definitely GymRat paradise.

Good variety of tools although many are a little "tired". Better ventilation would be important.

For the price and the equipment it really can't be beat. When I was there it was 50k for a day, or 150k for the week. They are fully stocked, the only draw is the equipment is a bit old and there is only one free weights rack. There are a couple smith machines though so you can get your squats in there if you like.

Plenty of machines. Decent amount of weights. Free weight space could be bigger. A few things here and there could do with some maintenance and repair. No aircon which is fine by me but something to consider if that’s important to you. Never too busy to make do in my experience. As a whole it has what you need and is well priced for the month especially. Protein shakes and protein powders sold by the serve at the front counter for a good price. Single visit 50k Monthly 350k plus 50k sign up. Protein powder/shake by the serve 20k - add a banana for an extra 5k

This gym is one of the more fully equipped gyms with a reasonable price. Never too crowded in the morning and afternoon. Staff provides towel and you can buy beverages and protein powders and drinks up front. Newly renovated with a pool, sauna and showers downstairs. Highly recommend

Good gym and the new remodel is great! 🔥 Very friendly staff and very friendly visitors. There is a lot of equipment and enough space for a hard workout. One star is deducted because some equipment needs to be repaired, many dumbbells are dirty and the toilet could be cleaner. Otherwise the studio is really great! 👍

Discriminatory Pricing! Have you ever call out a business place for something they shouldn't have done & getting blacklisted as a result?? Well don't come here if you wanna experience that. I called them out, for making me a local paying foreigners price just because my husband is (no local price can be seen anywhere). I also called them out by stating they shouldn't discriminate KITAS to KITAB holder on deciding who can be considered local. Next thing I know, they said we couldn't come there anymore. The only reason I come here was their proximity to the supermarket !! I've worked for decades as a professional in multiple industries, never have I experienced such humiliation. And in my own country too, bizarre, I know. Only more proof that the owner is someone who can't handle criticism & can't maintain his own gym. Trust all the 1 star review guys. Don't come here

Sauna broken for a couple weeks unfortunately, otherwise this place gets 5/5 for me The gym has everything you need but is also very very hot, weights to put on barbells aren’t easy to find (and limited amounts of them around), and there’s no free water However, for the price, it’s incredible and had everything you need to get a great workout. Weekly price was less than $10usd. I wish the sauna worked!!! Oh and it has a hex bar for those like me that only deadlift with those

This is a really affordable gym in the Ubud area and has plenty of equipment however some of the equipment is in a little need of refurbishing (but all still useable although a little rough and ready). You get a towel for the 50,000 entry fee Would benefit from a water refill station and getting an extra squat rack as the one available was often in high demand. Overall a good gym for the price you pay!

Came here for a week plus while on holiday. The weight section is good but treadmills are jerky and ellipticals don't turn on. There are dumbbells, free weight machines, pullup and dip bars, but no squat rack. No AC but with windows open it's alright. I do recommend it for the price.

Probably the best in Ubud, I won't complaining about the facilities cuz this place is the complete one! The facilities including swimming pool, Clean bathroom, Sauna room and small restaurant will open soon! Highly recommend!

This is the best gym I could find in Ubud, I went to three other gyms for reference. They had lots of equipment, and they have cheap preworkout. I have worked out for 5 weeks here, there is this gentleman who works here who is super chill and so are the people who workout here. My only complaint is this place could use some maintenance, the male bathroom has no toilet seat. There is no sinks, and the sauna on my last day there wasn't working but it already looked like it was gonna fall apart. I honestly think this is the best gym it just needs some maintenance every now and then.

They offer the cheapest day pass in Ubud (50k) and there are quite a lot of equipments. Though, for the price, expect it to be old & rusty (elliptical are no longer working) and I thought the place was quite dusty. Still, for the price it was fair and we’ve been there 3 times. I think they offer private coaching session which I did not experiment but looked great.

It would take a lot of cleaning, sweeping away the cobwebs. Otherwise, the gym is very pleasant, lots of machines. You will get a very good workout here.

A good gym to get a proper workout in for a fair price. Machines and weights are decent. Don't expect new or state of the art equipment but it does the job. It is very hot, but if you like to get sweaty during your workout it is for you. Went for two weeks and definitely enjoyed it.

Well equipped gym with almost everything you need. Machines are clean compared to other Indonesian gyms, and well-maintained. Simple bar with a few types of whey, aminos, bcaa and fat burner. The daily pass is 50k that I consider a bit expensive compared to other places, but it was worth it. They offer a clean towel that actually smells good! Recommended, but could be cheaper.

Well equipped, a lil dirty tho, but I haven’t been to other gyms here so not sure if it’s normal fo Bali. Pretty hot in the daytime so it’s better to come earlier or in noon

I love this gym! Has everything you need and staff is very nice. The bathrooms could love some TLC now and then, but overall...I think it's great!

A very good gym for the price you pay. 50,000 is really cheap go to the "crossfit" around the corner you pay 250,000. The devices work well and there are many possibilities for every muscle group. cardio is also possible cycling and treadmills are there. You train more among the local people, very nice! One additional tip There is a really nice cafe across the street. You can get a good cup of coffee and you have protein shakes or protein bowls. I always go there after my workouts!

Good bali style gym to do fullbody workout. Reasonable price. Water towels, pool. Used everyday whilst in Ubud.

Good gym, everything that you need. Would be great to have some additional bench presses instead of rarely used equipment. Price is great, people are nice 👍

Good atmosphere, nice machines, great price (daypass 50k, weekpass 150k). No AC, but personally i like it better that way. If a had to say one bad thing, i think there could be more room for squat racks / free weights.

I've been going to this gym off and on for about 2 years. I choose it because it's the closest to my house and it has most of the equipment you need. The pricing is also super reasonable. This gym could be SO MUCH better if the owners and management gave it more care! - Toilets are filthy. Flooded water, overflowing trash, dirty tampons, no toilet paper. It's so bad and when I asked management for toilet paper they said the owner doesn't provide it :/ This is such a basic thing to provide and take care of! Pls clean the bathroom and provide toilet paper! - A lot of the equipment is old or broken. Treadmill incline doesn't work. More than half the seats on the bike looked like chewed by a dog - so much so the other day one ripped my new yoga pants. Please fix the machines and make sure they are in working order! - Yoga mats all very old, smelly, bad condition. Pls provide new ones, very inexpensive! - I asked for water the other day when I forgot my water bottle and they told me they couldn't provide even though there is a 20 liter jug sitting at the reception area! They made an "exception" and let me put a bit of water in my bottle. - No AC + hot as hell at times. Please provide some working fans!! These are such simple little fixes that can easily and inexpensively be made to provide a much better experience to customers if the owners / managers can care a bit to do so! Pleeeeeaaase!

Really amazing old school traditional free weight gym with loads of variety, cardio area and a pool also. Has ceiling fans but no air conditioning, but you don’t notice. Only 50k (£2.90) for a day pass. 10/10
