A great High end boutique resort in Ubud. Firstly arriving at the lobby a friendly and warm hospitality staff welcomed. The suite and the villa are gorgeous simple calm designs make your feeling be relaxed. Public facilities are superb moreover experience during taken meals at river side restaurant. And also the spa is fantastic at the river side. If you are looking for a high end resort in Ubud this could be best choice. Just 10 minute drive to Ubud town and easy way to explore of Ubud village👍👍👍

The Ritz Mandapa was above and beyond and resort experience - from the property to the staff to the food and overall experience. I could not have imagined a better place to spend our honeymoon! The staff were SO welcoming, accommodating, caring and thoughtful - they look the time to get to know us and genuinely care for us - making our time there feel so special. Kewin is the absolute best and a gem of a human. All the staff at breakfast and each meal we spent there remembered our names and the dishes / drinks were enjoyed, and made a point to specialize things for us! The property was beautiful and amazing amenities/villas. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!!!

Our stay at Mandapa was absolutely exceptional. From the grounds, to the rooms, to the staff, everything was top-notch. Our butler Justine was amazing as well as our tour guides Dina and Gus De. Justine even gave us her WhatsApp and would always promptly respond. The tours themselves were amazing not just because of the great activities but because the guides were knowledgeable and fun. The staff is what makes Mandapa so exceptional in my opinion. The level of service is unmatched but not too in-your-face like some other luxury places. If you are in Bali, Mandapa is a must.

We had our best stay so far and we would love to visit again. This resort offers you everything together, but disconnect to reconnect program makes the real difference. We loved every minute of our stay starting from all the hospitality to food and massage. The only thing they can improve is the kids club. They have an excellent setup, but they barely have activities that the kids have fun. Our 7 year old daughter loves kids clubs and spending time there, but she got really bored in here, so we couldn’t attend all the sessions we wanted. This was a little dealbreaker for us :) you can see other resorts offer activities like kite making, pot painting, or other local activities, but there was nothing here apart from just playing around.

This is truly the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The views of Ubud are gorgeous and so is the property. What stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service. You get your own private butler on call to you via Whatsapp and they take such good care of you. The hotel has an exclusive feel since the property is so huge but there are few rooms. The dining was excellent—the Japanese place had the best sushi and the breakfast buffet was amazing and accommodating to us vegetarians. The morning yoga was so beautiful and the whole mindset/lifestyle is perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful, serene getaway!!!

This was our favorite hotel on our 3-week honeymoon around Southeast Asia. The hotel itself is fantastic - incredible decor, perfectly clean, beautiful views. But it’s the service that made it such a unique experience. Every room is provided with their own butler - we had Riadi - to assist you during the stay. He was so attentive and wonderful. He took note of small preferences (like what fruit we ordered at breakfast and then sent a tray of it to our room)! The pool experience was amazing. They provide you with fresh fruits and coconuts to drink (complimentary) and come by every 30-60 minutes with new snacks to sample. Normally, we like to leave resorts to get a taste of local food/culture, but we found that our best Indonesian meals actually happened at the hotel. Sawah and Ambar had top tier food. We were a bit disappointed in Kubu as it was expensive and European food (we didn’t come all this way to eat pasta!) Definitely swing by the spa. absolutely gorgeous. Hotel provided tours were excellent and a great way to explore. We did “hidden jewel” which was in a vintage VW (great pics!) and mt batur sunrise hike. Fantastic tour guides for each. Complimentary yoga was great. Breakfast has a la cart and buffet options (you can do both!)

I had planned to propose to my partner, and they were so accommodating and made the whole experience flawless. Our butler Marka went above and beyond, and always had a smile on his face. Visited Bali and stayed at Mandapa for 3 nights…I can’t recommend this place highly enough! The property is gorgeous with stunning views of tge surrounding hills and river running right through it. The rooms are gorgeous - spacious with lovely wooden furniture and cultural motifs. The service however was the best part. Our personal butler, Niti was really friendly, responsive and made sure our every need was taken care of. We sampled all 3 restaurants on the property and they were all excellent. If you’re in Ubud, definitely stay at Mandapa, Ritz Carlton. I hope to come back soon ☺️

We stayed at mandapa ritz as a first stop for our honeymoon , We were really amazed with scenery there just breathtaking and the rooms exceeded our expectations. Very neat and organized with a smart toilet for easy wash. Service wise was WOW more of 7-star hotel service . All staff were very attentive with a big smile all the time. They were very friendly and responded very fast. We also had full support from our butlers Niti and kandek par-mini they managed all dinner booking spa bookings and arranged our rafting booking for us hustle free. We were really happy for choosing mandapa ritz carlton thanks to all the staff there for the great experience 🙏🏻💕 Lastly we tried all the restaurants there our favorite dinner spot was kubu restaurant very unique flavors with pretty presentation we went there twice for dinner and the breakfast at Sawah terrace was amazing also worth waking up for 💕

A great experience. All staff and facilities top notch. Food is excellent. Service excellent. Travelling with a two year old and infant and they both had a great time. Especially with Vanda in the kids club and Caca.

We know it’s a solid hotel when before we even left we are planning our next one. Be prepared to be spoilt beyond words. Service is top notch food is amazing room is great. You won’t feel shortchanged paying the rates and we are thinking of making this a yearly stay at least.
