First of all get yourself a sarong and try to wear shirts that cover your shoulders. I was there when locals prepared for a festival. I was the only tourist there and it was beautiful. Be polite and step carefully and everyone will smile at you back. Its one of the most beautiful and well preserved temples Ive seen on Bali.

This ancient temple has an amazing architect. They built this massive place right on the edge of the creek (maybe river in the past) with heavy rocks/cement which managed to survive the weathering of time. I love how they have embraced nature and surrounding areas into this place. The lush green foliage surrounding the temple was quite breathtaking. The trees provided alot of shades if you arrive in the afternoon. Good place to relax and meditate.

Beautiful temple that is positioned at the base of the Campuhan Ridge walk. Make sure to make a stop and get some photos before you start the ridge trail.

(Translated by Google) Interesting place. The temple, the jungle and the urban construction of the bridge are very unusual and contrasting. When you look at all this together, somewhere inside you get a thought about the past, as it was before and how the local population lived before the appearance of the expats. Right there to strengthen these impressions there is an old bridge nearby, which is not currently in use. I recommend to spend 15 minutes and walk along the stairs.

Like hundreds and thousands of similar temples on island, but it's situated on a hill between two rivers, so no passing traffic or tourist hordes. Nice views

(Translated by Google) From the main street you can go down the stairs before the bridge and in this way walk up another staircase to the temple via a bamboo bridge. Really worth taking this route instead of taking the regular road. On the main road there is an old woman selling sarongs that you would need to enter the temple. This is not necessary because if the temple is open, you can borrow one. But hey, spread your heart and give this woman of respectable age the opportunity to earn her money independently. Do not immediately see it as a pushy, although she is quite spicy and tenacious, it is also a sweet amiable woman. It costs you a few euros and then you have a nice souvenir with a funny story. Next to the temple is a nice coffee place where you can get a good cappuccino. From there you can take the Campuhan Ridge walk route past even more coffee shops and warungs. In short, a very nice trip with a lot of natural beauty and culture!

When i visited this Place in June 1st 2019, it's still under construction. But some spots of Pura still good to take a photo with. You need to pay 10.000 idr, and you will get 2 kind of fabric to cover your short pants. The people there is so informative

The Campuhan River is where two rivers meet, namely the Oos River and the Cerik River Gunung Lebah Temple is closely related to the forerunner of the name of the village of Ubud Bali. This temple was built by an Indian holy priest named Rsi Markandeya in the 8th century. He is the most respected Hindu religious figure in Bali.

Beautiful temple with very few visitors despite being on the popular Campuhan Ridge walk.

Located directly on the Ridge Walk temple, but unfortunately not open to the public or tourists and therefore unfortunately can not be visited from the inside. Nevertheless, beautiful to look at from the outside! And also a shady station at the Walk 😉

One of the most beautiful temples I've ever seen! It's very well taken care of, very secluded, and not just any people can enter it which makes it untempered by tourists. It's generally used for ceremonies or special events for Ubud's royal family (as some people said) or VIPs.

One of the most beautiful and well-taken-care of temple in Bali. When it's time of the year for a big ceremony, the temple will be decorated beautifully with natural flowers. Not like anything else in Bali.

Not open to public usually, but I love just looking from outside anyway. So quiet, old, lush, located near the convergence of two beautiful streams which have some religious significance. Really the most peaceful and holy feeling temple i visited.

Beautiful temple situated in one of the most picturesque places in Ubud. Just as common Balinese architecture it have a lot of detail curved in stone. If you want to the trample you should have traditional Balinese clothing sarong. Worth visiting just as many other temples in Ubud!
