This gym is quite comparable to Equinox. Equipment is brand new. Only complaint is that they could have a better hip trust machine or set up. I love that it has a pool, cold plunge and sauna surrounded by nature. 20 mins in the sauna, 30-60 seconds in the cold plunge and then just sit outside to look up in the sky and appreciate life. The whole staff are incredibly nice. Get a smoothie from Desi! She’s the best smoothie maker and the sweetest person. She will bring a smile to your face every time.

This is not the average gym, it’s a sanctuary of wellness in the heart of Ubud. The atmosphere is inviting. The gym's interior is modern, sleek with warm lighting. I can't say enough about this hidden gem. For facilities, the gym has a wide array of exercise equipment, just what you need. There are space for various classes as well to explore different fitness modalities. Protein bar is available which is a plus for convenience. Cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities are impeccable. My overall experience was AMAZING. This gym redefines what you can expect from a workout space. If you crave the best in fitness, look no further.

Well - the gym is nice and comparable to western gyms. But the price is salty - a one day ticket is around 10$ (150k IDR) without Sauna and 13$ (200k IDR) with sauna. It’s to expensive if you consider the costs for maintaining and the staff. I’m convinced a lot of money is profit and to increase the attractiveness of the gym, the marge should be decreased. 1/5 for the price - 3/5 for the equipment - 4/5 for the crew.

It’s a beautiful, well-equipped gym with a protein smoothie bar, but unfortunately the Aircon either doesn’t work well or isn’t turned on. I get tired pretty fast because it’s hot inside.

One of my favorite gyms in Bali is on the quieter side compared to the ones in Canggu. It's also located within a complex that includes restaurants, a spa, and shops.

It’s a really nice gym with clean, modern equipment and a slick, sophisticated vibe. It reminds me a bit of Equinox but not as pretentious. I used three day passes that cost roughly US $16/day, and I would definitely get a membership if I were staying longer in the area. There’s a smoothie bar that makes great protein shakes for about US $7. I went early in the morning and it was not crowded at all. Note the gym is way in the back of a large, mysterious hotel complex (or is it an apartment complex?). You have to walk into the hotel (apartment complex?), up the steps past the long pool, down the steps, then through some large doors to find the entrance to the gym. There are zero signs anywhere telling you where anything is.

We are proud to capture the biggest GYM in Bali, they have great and complete equipments. So comfortable spaces, nice package they offer and mainly having exercise here you can have spa, sauna at the same resort. They are all super and well set up, nothing compare with this amazing gymnasium Bali.

I think it's true that Gymnasium is the best gym in Ubud, but I haven't been in others yet. I usually visiting before 12:00 and after 15:00 and there is not so many people. -1 star because the guy who sell me membership tried to get extra ~500k from me two times (2 times i've purchased 2 week membership). Maybe you need to better inform your staff about prices.

Been day to the gymnasium inside PARQ Ubud with a day pass. I love the nice ambience and atmosphere here. It’s big enough and suitable for everyday work out. So many squat racks and nice view as well. i think this is the best hidden gem gym in Ubud. All the staff super nice and on top of that it has a bar with vegan/non-vegan protein powder options as well.

The best gym in Bali. Not cheap, but worth the money. It is located on beautiful grounds, and the hall is very cozy and comfortable. For it’s not very large area, the gym contains everything you need for sports of any kind. The temperature in the gym is neither hot nor cold, and it is also quite easy to breathe. You can buy any cocktail or sports supplement. The staff is very kind.

In love with this gym! Wish they had a 3-week option or even a punch pass option. The aesthetic, the level of service, the equipment, the space between machines, the lighting, they thought of everything and working out here has been a joy during my vacation here! To be honest - I do find the pricing to be a tad too high but perhaps it’s purposeful for keeping out a certain demographic.

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere is motivating, surrounded by Ubud's natural beauty, making workouts more enjoyable. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, as everything was spotless. They also offer a variety of classes that cater to all fitness levels. A really good gym I would highly recommend. I can’t think of anything you could miss regarding the equipment (for those who do weight training, cardio or Yoga) and its also of high standard. The place is super modern and clean and the staff is really helpful and nice. You have to pay quite a lot for a day pass which I have chosen since I was only for holidays in Ubud, but you will also receive a lot in return. A have not seen anything comparable when I was on Bali. I actually went there because my hotel gym was not so well-equipped

Clean gym, has all the machines you need for different muscle groups. In addition to lockers, they give you towels and there is a water dispenser. The only bad thing is that the day pass is expensive, but the month is convenient.

It’s really nice and clean but giving four stars purely because for the price I would expect more than one machine for both leg curl and leg extension (in that they’re the same single machine). Get a second one guys, this machine had a queue even when the gym wasn’t busy :)

Wonderful place, really good equipment, friendly staff, 10/10 would be back! They offer quite a fair price since the gym is super clean, the equipment is great, the place is super nice, and on some occasions, they will give a great promo such as buy 3 months get 1 free😍

Gymnasium Bali is the perfect place in Ubud to train, it has all the necessary facilities to do all your training routines. The space is very spacious and has an area with bars to practice calisthenics exercises. The atmosphere is very pleasant and you can choose from many personal trainer options. You can also swim in its large pool, and choose to use the sauna as well. A very modern place with a good atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This is a GREAT gym. Very nice staff, lots of weights and machines (Matrix) that are brand new and are kept very clean The sauna and the pool are both great as are the lockers and showers. You get towels and water as well. The price is now like 180 usd for a month (weights and spa) and there is plenty of people using both the gym and the spa areas. You can definitively find cheaper gyms in town but not better than this. Its always great to have more options in beautiful Ubud.

Nice gym, well equipped and clean. However very expensive for the day pass which is around 250,000 IDR with taxes…

Amazing facilities!!! Set in an incredible resort with lots of health food options, the gym I’ve been going to twice a day for a two week membership option has never been packed. State of the art equipment, highly recommend. Enjoy their smoothie shop there too.

Got the day pass to the Gymnasium. The price is very high - and be prepared for an additional tax. So we ended up at around 30€ for two people, which is clearly overpriced. The facility itself is really nice and clean. Modern gym - even compared to European standards. Most of the people training there were from Russia.

This gym is quite extraordinary! Its design, location and equipment are well thought out and of the highest quality. All the employees are very thoughtful and ready to assist and serve you. My time and experience in Bali is enhanced with training each day at this amazing gym. I recommend this gym to all who travel to Bali to keep their workouts in a good healthy flow while they visit this beautiful island.
