The services is amazing, the price is extremely affordable. It is a brilliant choice to someone who want to spend their honeymoon in Bali. With a hotel blended to nature, they also offer romantic dinner with amazing decoration and amazing taste with great price. The room is having a great view with balcony in every room. The room services is proactive in taking initiative to clean up and make up the room before you enter it. They offer some activities such as morning walk, trekking, yoga, etc. Love it! Will surely come back here again.

I deliberately chose a resort close to Ubud Mountain, wanting to be near to nature and meditate quietly. The resort is located near a waterfall, and the natural energy so strong. The swimming pool is as beautiful as it could be. I often read by the pool and jump into the water when I feel hot. I really like the people here and their service is very welcoming. During my stay, I occasionally wanted to go to Ubud Street. They also have shuttle buses at fixed times, which is convenient for going back and forth. I would really come again.

What can I say? We stayed at two other hotels in Bali and this was by far the best. • The staff was impeccable, they helped me get a doctor due to an eye infection on a Saturday in no time. • The rooms are clean, big and bright. • The breakfast is excellent. • The attention to detail is outstanding (welcome drinks, welcoming blessing, goodbye bracelet, downtime service to prepare the room for be night, flowers everywhere, mosquito repellent, pool bag, toiletries, etc). • The outdoors could do some renovation but it is understandable given the pandemic. • They have yoga every single morning which is priceless and offer different activities throughout the day, including daily shuttles to city center! So convenient! • I just wish the spa service was less expensive with prices similar to other hotels or city center. • The pool and waterfall are gorgeous. I wish I could stay there forever! TIP: Take the 9am shuttle to the sister hotel The Kayon Jungle and stay for the day!

We had a great experience in this superb cozy jungle resort. Environment is very warm and beautiful, staff are super nice and lovely. Rooms are clean with nice jungle views and with private pools for more expensive villa rooms. We had one breakfast by the waterfall and had a lovely Christmas dinner with fire dance. We also used one of the hotel’s spa packages which was a very relaxing experience. Thank you The Kayon :)

Overall, it's an amazing stay! The room is pretty outdated and might need renovation soon, but the service from the staffs is top notch :) Again, good job for the staffs, you deserve a raise! Would like to give 4.5/5 but since I can't, putting 5 stars to appreciate the amazing service :)

Great resort nestled in the rainforest backdrop. Although it doesn't have the fancy pool of the Kayon Jungle Resort, the Kayon Resort is closer to everything else and it's small enough that the staff know you. Very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again next time we are in Bali.

We spent 4 nights at the Kayon resort Ubud during our honeymoon and it was incredible. From the staff to the service and the little attentions, everything is done for the guests pleasure and respect of privacy. The resort grounds are superb, I especially loved the Kayon river crossing at the bottom. Fantastic experience!

Our ideal romantic jungle escape. Staff were great, super friendly and attentive. Our room was a good size with a balcony view of the rainforest and small a stream running below. We could occasionally spot a distance tree shake as monkeys passed between. The pool area really felt embedded in the jungle and was great for lounging in the sun. Free shuttles to the sister resort (also beautiful!) gave us the option to change up the scenery and pool experience.

Wonderful is an understatement of my time here. I was welcomed with welcome drinks and a tour of the resort ensuring I was well-informed of my stay before getting introduced to my room. The staff was well prepared in the mosquitoes with mosquito repellent spray and an ultrasonic pest repellent which was super beneficial for my boyfriend who gets bit very easily. The little executions of their services and kindness is what really drove the experience of our stay. Few service features to highlight: - Option to have our room refreshed either in the morning or evening - Laundry service being picked up and dropped off at our room (separate charge) - What's App communication with front desk with prompt responses - Preparing breakfast for us at 2:15AM for our hike to Mt. Batur - Transportation services for us to also explore The Kayon Jungle Resort (free entry) and utilize their facilities as well (separate charge that can be billed back to you room) Their complimentary breakfast was always lovely, I looked forward to waking up early to have their breakfast. We also had an opportunity to watch their culture dinner show which had a cute closing by inviting their audience to come join them dance the "Friendship Dance". 10/10 would recommend!!

Very good hotel and restaurant. The place is beautiful, and the shuttle to town very useful. We were in a valley deluxe room, which are good but not amazing. A special mention and thanks to all of the staff who were so helpful and kind.

The Kayon was an incredible spot to get away - we stayed three nights. Nice and quiet, and caters to more of a couples crowd. The room was luxurious, and the pool was perfect to chill in the day. The service was just top notch. We had bags go missing and the staff on site were helpful and tried to call the local baggage handlers. We booked tours and shuttles through the resort and the drivers and guides were always fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings - but felt the quality of the lunch and dinner food could have improved. Again, the service was always incredible, and the option to eat lunch down by the waterfall made for a pretty unique experience. There is a regular free shuttle into town which is handy to explore - we used it every day. Thanks for an incredible stay. 🙏🏼

What a truly stunning resort with the most wonderful of people. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to stay and the staff were just so unbelievably kind and attentive. We felt incredibly well looked after everyday and night, the food & drinks were delicious and at a fair price, everything was consistently clean and tidy and the evening Balinese entertainment was fantastic to watch. Thank you to everyone here for an incredible time!!

Very nice hotel with very nice outdoors. Rooms big and clean. The staff was impeccable. Low tech(ex. No Netflix) They charge extra for water at breakfast. Who charges for water at breakfast? Breakfast needs improvement! But not value for money!! You can find a better hotel for less money.

Staff was amazing! The room and service was amazing! There is so much to do in Ubud. Everyone that works there treats you like this is your home, and give quick service when needed. Heads up! If you are older and don’t want to climb a bunch of stairs don’t book a Villa, but honestly the Villas ARE the best so the stairs would be worth it. There are so many accommodations also! Can’t wait to come back again!

Best service we’ve had on Bali - staff is absolutely professional and adorable. The resort could do with a refresh in some places (room are totally fine), but coming out of the pandemic, this is normal, and to be honest it did not impact our stay at all. It’s a 5* for me.

The Kayon Resort is truly a remarkable location. We came here on our honeymoon, and were blown away. The people are very friendly and accommodating. The location is beautiful, I truly loved the scenery, as well as the design of everything. The food was fantastic, and the chef and wait staff were very helpful and accommodating. They would make adjustments or help us when we needed an earlier breakfast. I highly recommend the Kayon Resort Ubud, it was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone who became family over our long stay here.

What an incredible experience at The Kayon Resort in Ubud! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles. The Indonesian-inspired decor and serene ambiance set the perfect tone. The staff's attention to detail and impeccable service truly impressed me. The quality of the amenities and the breathtaking views from my room made my stay unforgettable. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

Really liked our stay and the staff there. Some points of improvement though, like the massages, the breakfast and yoga lessons. Providing a second towel for hands and head in the room would be appreciated too. We really liked that the staff was always welcoming and thoughtful, especially after 2 rough years of pandemic. They are organising many activities for the guests and working hard to provide us the best experience.

Really amazing service, the staff were so ready to help when we had any questions. The rooms were really extra beautiful. I mentioned we had our anniversary and they really made a special effort in that regard which was so kind of them. We had an airport transfer where the driver greater us with cold water and drove us to the hotel. The rooms were really clean and especially having a private pool was fantastic. Room for improvement would definitely be the breakfast. Not enough variety and also the food was rather little. The breakfast juices did not taste like real juice but fake store bought juice. We loved the yoga session. And the spa is a definite must try. Ask for Nanny she was really great. We also had a walk with Nanny who was so lovely in the rice fields. Thanks the Kayon staff

An unforgettable experience, beautiful and kind staff, wonderful food, gorgeous rooms, and impeccable location. I will never forget staying here, and if god willing, I will come back in the future. It’s a breath of fresh air to be around such a wonderful atmosphere, amid all the nasty things happening in the world. All my anxieties melted away during my stay. Thank you aya for being so hospitable, and everyone else for creating a memory that will last my entire lifetime.

The views are amazing and the waterfall viewing deck has to be seen to be believed. I really want to try the private villas next time I stay. A really unique place with great service and delicious food. It’s a little out of the way but the views make up for it 🥰 love this place.

Stayed here with the whole family during peak holiday season. Really good value with the various complimentary inclusions. . Rooms: 4/5 Good sized rooms, with balconies opening out to the river & lush forest. Bathrooms are spacious with separate shower & spa bath. Yes the rooms feel a bit dated & rustic, but still very well maintained. If your booking comes with breakfast, you can opt to have it delivered to your room & enjoy it in the privacy of your balcony. Breakfast is made to order, choose a hot food from the available selection. . Service: 5/5 No requests were too much for the staff members, special mention to Luh who looked after us from the time we checked in to check out . Location: 4/5 Situated next to the river, it's literally your backyard. Resort is really quiet, only might be tricky if you drive a large car as the road is quite narrow & there are some steep slopes to navigate. . Plus points for the various complimentary stuff such as: - 10 mins neck & shoulder massage - morning yoga - morning walk - photoshoot session (free 1 photo/room)

My review is only about the restaurant. The foods taste good. The price is surprisingly not really expensive for Ubud's standard. No wonder it was crowded when we arrived at the resto. We had lunch right in front of its famous waterfall (that is always highlighted on their flyer). During our lunch, one waitress stood by there to ensure that we had what we need. I recommend to have lunch here.

The Kayon is a truly wonderful experience. The staff are incredible, super helpful and polite. The facilities are top notch. Location is brilliant. Unbelievable value for money, and a great romantic spot on this wonderful island. Would 100% return.

We had a wonderful experience a week ago at Kayon Resort Ubud. The hotel itself is gorgeous, very intimate, but what is magical is the quality of service. And bonus point : they have a free shuttle to take you to town and allows you to visit Ubud. There is no doubt that we will recommend this place to all our family and friend looking for a romantic getaway, and we would be very happy to come back ❤️

Went here for just a staycation. It is beautiful, though the room might need some improvements as it is already worn-out. U can found some monkeys in the breakfast/lunch time.. Quiet place, also has waterfall.. Can have a romantic dinner there. Not much option for the outdoor activities.. But that's might be the point. Services were good. The foods were okay, but the massage was great! Value for price: 3/5 (quite expensive for me) Had a splendid time here.
