I've been scammed by OYO one more time. When I arrived at the reception they refused to give me the room for the price in the booking. They said I was to pay more because the price was not correct. I refused to pay more and asked them to cancel the reservation so that I could get full refund. As of today I'm still waiting for refund. The place also lookS quite filthy and remote. WiFi wasn't working and their booking system also wasn't. Once again OYO seems to be synonym of scam

Stay away from this place. Not only it looks terrible, smella really badly and is messy, but aftet coming in they told us they have wrong price at the booking and charged us double. Afterwards they tole us they dont ha e us in their system and that we should call booking, even though we have shown them confirmation. Terrible terrible place, find something else...

Pls refund my booking payment done by Ratu htl officer and cancelled same when she realize wrong room type to check price and then realize the prize feom oyo is same

Cancel booking and no refund. just OYO scammers. In another hotel the same thing, never pay in advance.

Layanan aplikasi OYO yang sangat² buruk, saya cek in sampai ditolak karena harga dari hotel tidak sinkron dengan harga OYO Ketika dikonfirmasi hanya memberikan solusi refound dana sementara kami terlantar jam 12 malam sudah tidak dapat lagi tempat istirahat Akhirnya kami cek in dengan tambahan harga yg harus kami bayar smp 2x lipat dr harga yg di tawarkan Kami lihat ulasan ternyata hal ini sudah terjadi dr 1 tahun yg lalu tp tidak ada perbaikan, artinya pihak hotel dan OYO sama saja tidak bertanggungjawab dengan pelayanan nya yang sangat buruk

hotel dengan pelayanan terburuk. sudah pesan di aplikasi dan sudh lunas bayar tapi sampai dilokasi receptionist/fronoffice minta biaya tambahan dengan alasan ada kenaikan harga. padahal tertera sudh di aplikasi tidak ada tambahan lain2 dan malah nyuruh refund. sedangkan di aplikasi tidak bisa refund. untuk yg mau menginap sebaiknya jangan kesini agar tidak tertipu.

Baca ulasan hotel ini cukup buat penasaran, ternyata di even natal 2023 & tahun baru lumayan juga yang menginap disini, ngobrol masalah harga iya wajar kalau kita sering traveling standard harganya sangat masuk akal, kesan kami hotel ini mampu eksis melalui masa suram covid 19 industri hotel diBali. Saran kami kalau mau menginap langsung aja datang ke hotel agar tidak salah harga.
