Very disorganised, poor communication, expensive, no elevator to bring your dive stuff to the second floor where the pool is and very restricted time to complete the dive. The only fun part of this experience was the 33m hole to dive in. No safety briefing.

Amazing pool. Lots of fun. Nice facility and clean too. Bring 50cents for the lockers.

Extremely unfriendly personnel both for the diving and the dining. They love to shout and try to make your stay as unpleasant as possible Service = 0 The materials used in the pool are old and not well serviced Food is not worth the price there are way better Asian restaurants in the neighbourhood

This review is for the restaurant. Firstly, the location, restaurant decor, and all the staff were fantastic. The food was definitely not up to par though. Presentation and portion size were good but the flavour was just not there. After years of eating Thai food I was expecting much more the the very high prices. Save your money for a local Thai food truck, it will taste better and cost less.

I am a regular at Nemo33 restaurant and every time I visit I am impressed by the quality of their cuisine and the unique ambiance they offer. Located right next to the famous swimming pool, the atmosphere of the restaurant is second to none. One of my favorite orders is definitely the spring rolls, which are always deliciously crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. The 3 Délices noodles are also a must, with their perfect blend of spices and fresh vegetables. What really makes Nemo33 special is the stunning view of the interior pool from the restaurant. It's a unique experience to enjoy a meal while watching the swimmers perform underwater. It adds a fascinating dimension to every meal. The restaurant staff is also outstanding. Always smiling, friendly and helpful, they help to make each visit as pleasant as possible. Their professionalism and attention to detail really adds to the overall experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend Nemo33 Restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience. With its delicious food, incomparable ambiance and welcoming staff, it's a place I continue to visit with pleasure.

This is one of the few places in Europe where you can come to practice deep skin diving. It is located on the outskirts of Brussels and is set as an activity area hosting the pool and 33m tube itself, but also a shop and a restaurant. Quite well organized. Enjoyed the experience and thrill of going below 20m .

The website is a bit of a mess but the experience is completely worth it! The personnel is very kind and the pool is clean and so much fun! If you never dived before you can go with an instructor and they make you feel very comfortable.

I went to the nemo33 on 06/10/2023 to have the dinner and dive at 20:00-21:00. However my wife(buddy) was a bit afraid as she hasn’t dive after covid. So I was the pioneer and looking to find a buddy in the shop. The front desk lady was very helpful and finally managed my dive. It's a very good place for refresh and training/practice purpose. Water is warm and crystal. Equipments are in good/OK conditions. Highly recommended if you doubt about your passion or have a big diving trip soon it's a good place to start. One thing I suggest to be improved: updating the lockers as it's cost 50 cents. It’s the first time I see this system that you couldn’t get the money back. normally I put 2 euro cons with my equipment but that day lost it as its not returnable. Highly recommended to update the locker to password ones will make everyone's life easier.

The pool itself is nice but the website and the whole booking system is awful. It is as if someone purposely made it extremely complex to book a dive. The website is super disorganized and totally unhelpful. There is no reference made whatsoever to the booking system on Resengo. The Resengo reservation system is awful in itself as well, and I'm sure this place operates well below its potential because of it. It's been like this for a long time. Such a shame that nobody there seems to care.

Very nice place for a quick scuba refresher. The water is warm 33 degrees. We took a bathing suite and dive computer -- they provided the rest of the gear. Next time I will take my own mask. We didn't eat at the restraunt -- but will next time. It smelled amazing and looked beautiful.

I bought the 'try scuba' as a birthday gift for my husband but I confused the time and went an hour later. Luckily there was still an instructor and the management was very nice and let my husband join the next session which he enjoyed a lot. We'll definitely come back again for another session together. I'd suggest an improvement in the booking system by adding the time to the confirmation email or sending a reminder by SMS/ call a day before to avoid such a situation.

Among the greatest Indoor diving center in the world. Top quality price report. Great team, great food. Easy access. All commodities. Congrats to its founder and the entire crew.

This place is awesome! Didn't actually go for the swimming or scuba. But just for a drink which was worth it alone. A novelty having a beer and watching people swim by through the windows. Will try and go for the food next time & maybe one day for the pool lol

Hello, I tried the freestyle swimming option this weekend. A bit of a shame to only have one corridor available. Otherwise, it was a real pleasure to watch the divers sink into the depths. And... after an hour at 33 degrees, we emerge completely relaxed! A totally one-of-a-kind swimming pool.

Super fun dive with my family! We only brought our dive computers and they had the rest for us. Next time I'll bring my own mask as well, hopefully soon!

Disappointing : 1st: no elevator for people who cannot carry their gear 2nd: we end up with an aquabike class in the pool 3rd: we find ourselves with swimmers in the surface lines 4th: too many people in the 33 meter pit, impossible to work there And finally they are not friendly. Too bad because with 3/6/20/33m pools it could be a good working tool. Response from the so-called hacker! Indeed I made a mistake on the depths. Well yes, at 67 years old, twice I asked for a lift and twice I was refused without any offer of help. Isn't diving synonymous with the world of silence? This was not the case to hear the aquabike class bellow. And for kindness, just read you 😊

A magical place for divers and fans of Thai cuisine.

Poor experience. 2 hour wait for a dish. Insensitive staff and bordering on insulting. Have they breathed too many oxygen bottles to be so close to their pump? Move on, even cooking isn't worth it. The response provided by the establishment to this opinion is denigrating, defamatory and contrary to reality! What credit can we give to a person who reports completely false and unverified statements by themselves in an attempt to discredit a simple disgruntled customer in the eyes of readers? How can you judge a situation that you did not see and that was reported to you by your employees; which obviously have every interest in clearing themselves of any fault? (“Information taken”, “it appears that”). What do we think of a restaurant owner who takes the trouble to search for my Linkedin profile to publicly draw attention to my profession which has absolutely nothing to do with the incident that occurred? All this goes very (too) far... Such an attitude and so much aggressiveness will fool no one. For the rest, I will not play your game. However, I wish you to regain your calm and serenity.

Exactly what it says on the tin, a very deep pool for scuba diving with some nooks and crannies. What really made the experience for me was the instructor. I had one of the best instructors I've ever had, really professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

1 hour wait for a dish with a tiny portion of rice and a smell of cigarettes which invades the restaurant when someone smokes outside
