Actually the gent who owned this place is a very friendly and he has good customer caring abilities. But the thing is staff is not competitive enough as their service is far below to the average. Specially their ladies saloon is one of the worst in the city and staff members don’t know how to tint hair with the correct amount of colors and exact lead times. Anyway I don’t want to highlight their mistakes but they should have to improve the quality of their service as one of the leading saloon in the city.

I did a hair straight in this salon.. but they did it wrong.. after that my hair falling unstoppable 😏.. I’m so disappointed.. currently I’m doing treatment in Colombo for my hair loss.. bad customer service 👎🏼

Friendly staff. When I call for an appoinment, he was about to close the saloon. But he waited for me and catered my requirement.
