Some people in life comes to help as god...like my Shabbir bhaiya and Ali bhaiya owner of Roots store... when i start my own brand "RITHAS" with small investment... i have no idea how to create it brand....first time just meet owner and they approve my unorganized product (that time no idea for FSSAI license and shelf life etc.) then my both bhai guide me personally.... due to Corona my shake business was shut down then owner suggest me Exotic fruits business and guide me properly... as well as give me reference for jaipur and indor premium store....

Excellent variety and merchandise. Nice and neatly displayed products. Staff was helpful. Fresh fruits and material available. Good to go for your grocery shopping. They also give home delivery service. Location is on the road. Only thing to improve is they have less mainstream brands. They are focussing more on local brands which we don't know. They should include good brands in their display.

Extremely well-managed inventory store with a good space for a mid size supermarket. Pretty much everything from groceries, cosmetics to utensils, fancy plants can be found here. Hope they expand it further. Rates vary product to product - for some products, the rates are as competitive as online portals, while others it may not be. Ambiance is very good and the stock shelf layout is satisfactory as well. Staff are helpful and polite - gives an impression of a well-run store. Parking space is a challenge when 4 cars are parked, anyway, cars can be parked nearby. Overall, we switched to Roots for our grocery shopping and are indeed very satisfied. Would choose this store over others for sure.

Really like this place for grocery shopping. You will get variety of brands for almost every food item. Also I appreciate the efforts they are putting in to provide those articles which are available outside by importing them. They are still maintaining protocol of Covid 19 , i.e. temperature check, sanitizing, etc which is good because many stores have started ignoring this protocols.

Had Worst experience today Got in line for billing the person starting billing for random person and when I resist he simply said that she was in line but went shopping again so reserved his billing seat . Is this a joke And when I was leaving store without billing, that person was showing his coolness. I do shopping from roots since it was known as upkar. Had bad experience for the 2nd time. I know it happens when business goes good but I believe time teaches everyone a lesson for their mistakes. Would never go back there again And will advice same to my knowns.

Most items are overpriced. Very bad and rude people who visit this place.
