Balcony n bathrooms didn't have lock, kids could come in go out easily which is not safe. Kids play area could have been better.

The property is really good. The view, restaurants and food everything was lovely. We booked 2 lake view rooms, which were good but the bathroom was not well maintained. Housekeeping staff doesn’t respond well. Took 1 hour to get us shampoo and shower gel which we didn’t need by the time it arrived.

Best in class. Stayed over a week here and had a very very comfortable stay. Nothing to complain, ambience, hotel maintenance, service everything are absolutely superb. Highly recommend it. We booked the hotel looking at pictures on Google and reading reviews but it is a fake presentation of their current situation. We kept 35000 cash in room locker and we changed the room on 3rd day of our stay , we forgot to pick up cash and after 3-4 hours , we remembered that we left the cash in locker . Till 4 hours no one called from hotel about it to us. On asking , General Manager came and told that as per their protocol they opened locker , took the cash packet and kept in thier custody. No one bothered to call us that they have opened the locker without our permission and kept our cash with them. When we took the packet , 2500 cash was missing from it , though it is a small amount but theft is theft . General manager replied us that what is the proof that how much cash was inside our cash packet. He had a audacity to reply such irresponsible answer to guest. On asking him that any small hotel also has basic protocol that room locker should never be opened without guest consent and without security staff to be kept in loop. Imagine they opened our room locker , took cash packet , kept with them , we were right there in the hotel , no one called us . Highly horrible experience. We have always stayed in group hotels and this was first time we booked a non group hotel seeing the reviews and location pictures and we were cheated. Property is poorly maintained, pool is dirty , rooms smelling , break fast like local lodge hotel. Management is unprofessional and they surely have a thief in the team.

The best thing about the Hotel is the View, followed by the staff at the Hotel, Spa and Bars. While going to our room after checking in, we saw that the walls were not in a great condition. Once we got to our room and settled in, we noticed a Smoke smell and the fix was to spray the room which didn't fix the issue entirely and left a lingering smell. The Balcony had a great lake view but we noticed Smoke smell again here however when we reported this, our rooms were not changed as the place was completely booked. The day we were checking out, someone was working on the walls right outside our door and there was dust everywhere every time I opened the door. I ended wearing a mask while going out to ensure I don't inhale too much of the dust. The breakfast had a decent spread.

The location is very good from the point of local conveyance. The front desk is very efficient and carry out their jobs in a time bound manner. The overall ambience of the property is soothing. The rooms are spacious, clean & very well maintained. I really liked the toiletries as well. The food taste is very delicious, quality is top notch & lots of options. I was there for dinner earlier and thereafter recently for a function. The food served at the function was good but the buffet dinner was not of my taste. Though when it was brought to the knowledge of Chef he tried to make experience good by offering some complementary deserts. The location is among the best in the city, a big facing width on Fatahsagar lake.

Extremely beautiful location. You will love the view from the hotel - great ambience & infrastructure but equally poor staff. If you call for room service they would come after 1 hour. I call for matchstick at 11:30 as it was my friend's birthday and it came after 12:30 a.m. Staff isn't cooperative - They couldn't even help me with an Android charger. Little overpriced as mere view and the location is not what one is paying for but instead a vacation gets more better if the hotel is cooperative and one can relax in the room instead of just calling on the reception.

Horrible experience . We booked it seeing Google pics and got cheated. Our money got stolen from room locker , no action taken by management on theft. Breakfast is Bad , there were cockroaches roaming in serving area . Zero hospitality and sensitivity towards guests. Property is poorly maintained. .Done get fooled with their pictures displayed on net. Pick up a small group hotel property would be a far better option.

I'll give this place a solid 4, we stayed here for a day and we had a pretty good time. The rooms are very good and the the bathrooms are great! We had ordered for a crocin and we got it the next minute in our room, kudos to that! They have quick service and are pretty kind too. Nonetheless, I'd surely visit this place again if I get a second chance. It was pretty worth it at the end. 👍🏻

Worst place to stay in udaipur, only good thing about this place was lake. Rest everything was bad. Staff was very arrogant. Non of the service was good. Not welcoming at all. Price and taxes was way to high. They just want to loot the guest and still not provide services. Please do not consider this place you will surely regret. Rooms are very very small too.

The service was excellent. Ambience was amazing. Mr. Toxiya was down to earth and suggested us on the favourite dish. Whatever he suggested was too good, he patiently listened to us and took care of the customes as if we are the guests at his home. Hats off to him 👍

It was good as the room we got is very nice. it was lake view. food was good but swimming pool was not clean, Nor the people were following any hygiene rools. Hotel staff was not at all bothered about it. People were jumping without swimming costumes, they were smoking inside. Also the pool timings were very pathetic. It was after Sun and before Sun only It seems like they don't want their guests go to the pool and enjoy their stay

Initially when I came in, I was checking out from another hotel, most hotels have late check-in and early checkout. This hotel provided me with early check-in and gave me the option to take a late checkout. Later I had a few hiccups with the service upon giving the feedback they rectified it and gave the best possible service. They take the feedback quite seriously so if you have any concerns give immediate feedback at the front desk. This property has an amazing lake view and a nice restaurant. (Special mention the Housekeeping Attendant of Ms. Rekha) He gives attention to the requirements of Each and every guest. Buffet Breakfast is good. Restaurant staff is very co-operative & always stand on their toes to provide you good service. Overall nice stay! (Room # 204, 205, 206 & 207 on 26-07-2022 to 27-07-2022) 2-3 electric plugs in room 207 are switched off.

Please follow proper rules and regulations in swimming pool. Many people are not wearing swimming costumes and not taking showers before entering pool.

Just a couple of small things which stops me from giving a full 5 star rating - First, at the time of check-in, as we had taken a paid early check-in option, we had requested to avail our breakfast on the check-in date instead of check-out date. we were NOT asking for an extra free breakfast but the hotel was very reluctant to do so though did agree to it after much thought. This is the first time its ever happened with me even at a lesser hotel leave alone a luxury 5 star property. Secondly, they don't have loofahs available to use with the shower gels!

It comes very poor category 1 star hotel , for cleanliness i would give them not even 1 star. The hotel has a beautiful view is only point we booked and other books for , the food is also good but maintenance is zero. It feels the carpet has not been washed since ages. The price and quality is not at all matched . Very very disappointed with service no welcome drink , no mini bar inside room in 4* kind of hotel and while complaining they sent two thumbs up as complimentary , no kids toys or activity in kids area, no swimming pool functional due to temperature control missing, top of all no1 is there to listen or take your feedback even
