This a very old property which is not at all properly maintained. The washrooms are stained and not upto mark what other reviews reflect. If your budget allows please opt for some better stays, the money spent here not worth it. Although service staff was helpful but all mood was spoiled by room, washroom condition. Edit : I won't trust Goibibo stays anymore. There is no way to contact their customer care number and their online feedback form is not working.

This Hotel is amazing here all types of service is available and very well settled thing and have outdoor and indoor games and have all things systematically setup here you can't find any mistake

Best hotel ever..... Rooms full spacious, neat and clean.... Room Service is too good... Breakfast buffet is really awesome..(so much variety to eat).. Swimming pool is just ok-ok...rest everything so cool ...

I am highly satisfied of the hotel services and their quick response whenever I needed that. Rooms are excellent and cleanliness and frequently room cleaning is a plus. Location is superb doesn't matter where you wanna go in Udaipur this is an absolutely excellent choice.

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant especially with 2 infants around. Super big rooms. Excellent friendly staff. Superb location. You get autos just below the hotel. Surrounding areas for food shopping and all sight seeing locations within 5 kms max. No issues at all. Everything was just a call away in case of need.

Whilst the location is good and the rooms itself are clean and functional but we found this hotel to be lacking in every other aspect. The food quality was below standard and we barely managed a single enjoyable dish during the 3 breakfast we had here. The staff did the bare minimum and didn’t seem to care much. The wifi speed was pathetic and the kids complained the whole time. There was no hot water one of the mornings for shower and there are no functional heaters in rooms. The lifts are too noisy and they need to turn the volume down. Based on our experience we won’t be coming back here and won’t recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Udaipur.

Good hotel, convinient location, decent rooms and ok food

"Haathi ke daat dikhane ke kuch aur, aur khane ke kuch aur" is the perfect description of this hotel. The rooms are in such poor condition, used pillows in the cupboard. The washrooms are so small. The lightning in room is also less. The rooms are not spacious. Room service is very slow, if they say "we will have to ask downstairs" it means they are not going to come back and your request would be left unheard.

The experience of this place was really good, the procedure for checkin was quick and easy. Atmosphere and the services provided like swimming pools ,spa and many more was good. The only problem i faced here was that the T.V of room no. 314 was not working..

The hotel is nicely located. Rooms are good, spacious. Service could improve. Front desk was helpful during check-in, but im-polite during check out. Only vegetarian food option is major problem, apart from service.

Close to City Palace and adjacent to vintage car museum. The property is OK but not to the standards of 3 star rated property. Best part is the buffet breakfast which is quite enjoyable and had varied option. Overall worth if you are looking for hotel within 2000/- per day

Location is superb Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom is small. Room and overall lighting experience can be improved alot. Breakfast is very poor both in number of items and quality

This a very old hotel and we visited this as part of Veena worlds Rajasthan tour. Seems like Lockdown has taken a toll on this hotel and needs a huge renovation. The rooms are average, they still have window ACs and not split ones. Bathrooms fittings are very old, they work but are rusted. They do not provide any complimentary Mineral water bottles. Regular water is provided in jugs. We got Room 108 which had a Table tennis room right outside the window accessible from lobby, so no privacy, had to keep the curtains closed at all times. Dining area is small, Food was average with few items tasty and few were not, Service was also slow for the buffet refills. Prefer this hotel only if you are on a budget and are getting rooms at cheaper rates. As this is located in midst of city, there are general shops, wineshop and medical stores nearby which is the only plus point. Also you can get Auto's to City palace quickly.

Beautiful Hotel. All the tourist places are near by. Within 5km to 8 km. Best way to roam around get a bike on rent rs 350 per day. N enjoy your trip. This hotel is good, food is good, location is good. Rooms neat n clean. Just do some bargain for best price including breakfast.

We went to rajsthan trip & book four room for family and friends on nov.22. Rooms were clean and all amenities r working. Location was good. local vehicle available easily from hotel. Buffet breakfast was good. Cons: swimming was not clean. Food was average with overpriced.

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Vishnupriya. the house keeping and room service staff have been excellent. they are very courteous and helpful. the rooms were clean and well maintained. only disadvantage was the expensive restaurant food which wasn't upto the mark at all. the location is very convenient and one could easily avail autos from the hotel area to the sightseeing spots.

I stayed there for just one night. The price was decent enough and cost us around 3.5k for a night. We were 3 people and the room was large enough to accommodate 3 people. The place only had vegetarian options on the menu. However, we had our lunch and dinner outside so cannot comment on the food. The hotel is close to lake pichola ~2-3km. Toiletries were provided by the hotel and included shower gel, moisturizer and hand wash. However, the water bottle was chargeable and was priced 50Rs. Lift access, a travel desk was available.

Hotel staff behaviour is very pathetic. Also food is not on that mark as per their manu rate . Reception staff behaviour very bad. Also they have swimming pool but not provide any service for pool . And water in pool is not hyeigenic. Not providing 24/7 hot water. Also not provide any facility for liquor. And roof top cafe is also not in working position. Go for other hotel instead of this.

Good hotel in centre of the city, all key sight seeing are near by to it. Staff is humble and helpful. I bet one can't get better budget hotel than this one with all required amenities inclusive.

I stayed here for a night and it was an okayish experience. Its a simple hotel with okayish rooms. However i believe the hotel needs renovation, like faucets in washroom were rusted, wardrobes were not clean and AC vents were broken. Nothing so fancy about the hotel and its rooms or amenities. Staff is polite and cooperative. Breakfast was not so good, the best part of the hotel is its location. If you want a budget stay then go for this hotel.
