I
had
a
harrowing
experience
with
Jagat
Villa.
Pathetic
conditions
and
indifferent
staff.
_
My
trip
started
on
a
bad
note
as
I
had
booked
my
room
through
a
local
friend
who
keeps
giving
them
business
but
at
the
reception
they
refused
to
book
me
on
the
rate
agreed
with
my
friend.
Even
the
owner
refused
quoting
the
busy
season
and
that
nowhere
in
Udaipur
this
rate
would
be
available.
Totally
unprofessional
attitude
as
a
room
booked
in
advance
cannot
be
denied
at
the
agreed
rate
just
because
now
he
feels
it
can
go
to
another
customer
at
a
higher
price.
Issue
got
partially
resolved
(plan
changed
to
one
with
only
breakfast
instead
of
the
earlier
offered
with
breakfast
and
one
meal)
only
at
the
intervention
of
my
friend
who
called
to
remind
him
of
his
commitment.
But
the
attitude
of
the
owner
was
as
if
he
was
doing
a
favour.
I
had
to
accept
as
I
could
not
start
looking
for
a
new
place
at
that
time
after
arriving
with
family
and
bag
&
baggage.

The
Moment
we
entered
the
room
I
noticed
stains
on
the
bed
sheet
and
asked
for
a
linen
change.
The
room
boy
(no
proper
housekeeping)
came
and
argued
that
they
had
changed
in
the
morning.
When
I
showed
him
the
stains
and
refused
to
accept,
he
reluctantly
changed
but
maintaining
all
the
time
that
the
linen
was
laundered
and
it
was
coming
that
way
only.
The
fresh
one's
he
put
were
also
stained
(less
though)
but
since
I
had
seen
it
come
laundered
and
folded
I
had
to
accept
them.
_
the
sofa
set
was
also
stained
but
that
probably
was
beyond
their
perception
of
understanding
that
it
could
be
unacceptable
to
anyone.
_
The
room
did
not
have
basic
amenities
but
that
could
be
due
to
the
economy
package,
but
since
the
showers
had
issue
of
very
low
water
pressure
I
asked
for
a
bucket
(there
were
none),
the
room
boy
very
reluctantly
got
a
sad
looking
one.
_
we
asked
for
lunch
from
room
service
and
they
replied
chicken
would
have
to
be
bought
from
the
market
so
it
will
take
time
(this
presumably
when
they
were
overbooked).
_
At
the
time
of
departure
the
room
boy
took
some
of
the
luggage
and
left
it
on
the
entrance
(did
not
bother
to
help
me
in
loading)
but
lingered
around
hoping
for
an
additional
tip.
Due
to
my
overall
bad
experience
I
did
not
feel
like
rewarding
him
for
bad
service.
When
we
left
for
my
next
place
in
the
road
trip,
I
realised
I
had
left
my
jacket
at
the
hotel.
When
I
called
them
up,
the
receptionist
after
enquiry
responded
that
I
did
leave
it,
but
the
boy
had
handed
over
to
me
on
departure.
..
which
I
know
was
not
true.
Any
amount
of
reasoning
with
the
receptionist
or
the
owner
did
not
make
them
understand
that
since
he
agrees
to
seeing
it
and
I
have
not
received
it
then
it
must
still
be
with
him.
So
eventually
I
lost
the
jacket
too.
....
Totally
unprofessional
attitude,
pathetic
service
and
indifferent
maintenance.
A
place
to
avoid.
