Our
least
favourite
hotel
that
we
stayed
at
during
our
3
week
trip
to
India.
This
is
an
absolutely
stunning
hotel
with
incredible
views.
But
the
staff
and
service
ruin
the
whole
experience.
Everything
was
dirty
and
covered
in
dust.
In
2
nights
that
we
stayed
there
we
did
not
receive
any
housekeeping.
And
upon
arrival
had
to
ask
for
towels
because
our
room
had
none.
The
drains
in
washrooms
smelled
liked
sewage.
And
unlike
every
hotel
we
stayed
in
India
they
do
not
provide
bottled
water
and
expect
you
to
drink
their
“filtered”
water.
I
did
not
bother
with
their
swimming
pool
because
it
was
also
dirty
and
was
more
of
a
size
of
a
hot
tub,
not
to
mention
directly
facing
the
restaurant
(which
is
open
to
the
public)
so
anyone
dining
there
would
have
a
full
view
of
anyone
in
the
pool.
Service
was
incredibly
bad.
Staff
seemed
unhappy
to
be
there
and
to
have
guests
stay
at
their
hotel.
The
front
desk
was
extremely
unhelpful
and
gave
us
wrong
information
about
boat
tours.
We
inquired
multiple
times
and
were
always
told
all
tours
end
at
5
pm
in
the
entire
city.
Meanwhile
at
6:30
I
see
boat
tours
outside
our
window.
They
seem
to
only
want
you
to
take
the
hotel’s
own
private
boat
tour.
The
phones
in
hotel
rooms
are
useless.
And
apparently
are
only
for
communication
with
front
desk.
Many
restaurants
that
we
wanted
to
go
to
required
phone
reservations
and
we
could
not
even
do
that.
Lastly,
apparently
the
hotel
provides
complimentary
tuktuk
service
which
no
one
at
the
hotel
bothered
to
inform
us
about.
We
only
found
out
when
we
had
to
search
our
reservation
details
for
check
out
information.
Overall
we
could
not
wait
to
leave
and
I
don’t
recommend
staying
there.
If
you
like
the
aesthetics
of
the
hotel,
just
stop
by
for
the
restaurant
on
their
rooftop.
