Awesome Park for spending time with family and friends. It is also known as the rock garden which is maintained by UIT Udaipur. It has swings for kids, benches to sit and a very well maintained garden to enjoy your evenings with a beautiful view of Lake Pichola along with the beautiful Sunset which makes the lake a perfect mirror for the mountains and feels like gold is floating all over the lake.

The garden is very beautiful. Don't believe the localites nearby who say "it's just a small garden with some grass". It is a wonderful garden. It gives the beautiful view to the whole city and the sunset and the pretty pichola lake. It's not just a garden okay.

The Park provides the spectacular view of Lake Pichola and charming sunset view.It is well known as Sunset viewpoint. Sunset looks so beautiful from here as it looks like clouds come floating into the lap of Lake Pichola as no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add colour to sunset sky. Park is rarely crowded and plenty of peace and quiet, spending a couple of hours here is quite easy to do.

Best garden for tourists

More than 4 year back this park was awesome Park for spending time with family and friends but now a days there is no beauty to watch but yes greenery is there get rested and spend some time. It is also known as the rock garden which is maintained by UIT Udaipur. It has swings for kids, benches to sit and enjoy your evenings with a beautiful view of Lake Pichola along with the beautiful Sunset. Earlier 4 year back the musical fountain was working and this activity makes this park happening place and a choice of visitors but no such beauty there. May be due to negligence of UIT Udaipur or may be due to some other reasons all such activities are missing and this park is now for sitting peacefully and enjoying the beautiful cold waves coming from Lake Pichola and seeing a beautiful view of City Palace.

It's a good place. It offers scenic view of Lake pichola and the Jagmandir Palace and Taj Lake Palace. There's also a cable car that goes to the top of the hill which has a small fortification and inside it is a temple. There is a sunset point on top of the hill which offers a breathtaking view of the city of Udaipur. You can see Lake Pichola and lake Fateh Sagar from the view point and you just can't miss the sunset view from here when at dawn the Jagmandir Palace and Taj lake palace and the City palace are illuminated by yellow lights outlining their contours. Even the Sajjangarh Fort on top of a hill and visible in the distance is illuminated at night and the whole view is just breathtaking.

This place is a must go if visiting udaipur. You can see panaroma view of the city from here. City palace, lake, ropeway, are the main attraction near to it. Garden have entry fee of rupees 10/-. Restaurant in the garden is costly. It's better to eat outside.

Small park, good for spending evening and entertainment for children. It seems condition is deteriorating. It is also sunset point, must watch.

View of Pichola from the park is great. Hill corner restaurant is just adjacent to the park. Fountains are under maintenence. One can drive right upto the park entry. Entry fee is Rs.20. Parking is available however during rush season it might be difficult to get parking easily. Ropeway entry to karni mata temple is just outside the park.
