This place is good. They charged me a decent price for a well tailored navy suit. I was able to choose some beautiful blue paisley lining made of silk/ polyester mix. The suit fabric is good quality. I am yet to test out the suit enough to see if the stitching is durable long term. Service was very professional and respectable. I ordered the suit on Friday and had it in my hands by Monday, no problems. I recommend this place. *************************************** To do with prices of suits in Udaipur: At Boutique Namaste, price for the fabric, fitting and sewing of the suit with a white shirt was 10500 Rs. I also bought 2 silk ties here for ok price. The suit quality is similar to 'Sandouk house of fashion' down the hill. Though, Sandouk overcharged my friend massively: 25,000 Rs for the same. Following my purchase, I heard a decent 'local' price is more like 7000 Rs. So I'm pretty content with what I paid. Alternatively, locals go to the Raymond Shop slightly outside town for better deals.

I was planing for blazer from long time but due to busy life I didn't got chance. Then I found this shop and they did perfect fit blazer in single day. Wow I like it.

I haven't had a tailored suit since I was a teenager, so I'm no expert, but I have to say that I'm really impressed with how well it fits, the quality of the material, and all of the choices that were on offer. It was more expensive than I had hoped but I think I was expected to bargain a bit (which I'm not good at all). I bought 1 pair of black linen trousers, 1 linen shirt, 2 cotton shirts and it all came to 8700rs. He was telling me the prices of the materials whilst I was looking at them, and I did gravitate more toward the expensive materials, so the price seemed fair enough. The service was good and the tailor is at hand to ask you exactly how you like the cut. They advertised their goods on sale a fair amount but it never felt too pushy. All in all I was very impressed with this shop. I'm sure I could have gotten it for a lower price, but if I'm happy and they're happy then I guess it is a good price.

An excellent experience at Boutique Namaste India. Walked in at 8pm one evening with an idea for a Rajasthani linen jacket with complication that we were leaving Udaipur at midday the next day. The owner/tailor stated “most things are possible with a positive attitude” and so it proved to be. Jacket was perfectly made to my measurements and picked up at 10:30am the next day. The price was reasonable. Can highly recommend

One of the most humble tailors that I have met. The shop is in the interiors (near Jagdish mandir) so avoid taking a four wheeler unless you plan to go early in the day. They stiched my suit in record time. Sanjay is very pleasant to speak to and keeps his promise. He even went out of the way to have the suit delivered to me at my residence as I had an evening flight to catch. The suit fits well and there are no complaints when it comes to workmanship. I look forward to getting more suits stitched from him in my next visits back home.
