We had wonderful holiday in Rajisthan which will remain long in the memory it's full of splendid temples and palaces I am very happy that we booked our travel through Empire tours and travels which is run/own by Mr Sunli as after entering parenthood this was my first family trip with my 2. 5 year initiallys a mother was bit nervous about every small thing right from. In this irresistible attraction of this, we have ever run into the seas or to the mountains. Finally to the desert and the desert means Rajasthan. Rajasthan is not just a state of desert, It is the province of Heroism, Patriotism, Solidarity, Tradition, Sacrifice which is written in the pages of History. Although Rajasthan is far away from West Bengal yet the desire to travel dose not mean any obstacles. Sunil Ji came forward to help us, Head of Empire Tours and Travel. Despite having less time than we need, Sunil Ji made our travel schedule very nicely. He fixes the routine according to our opinion at a very fair price and throughout the day he always looking for our advantage and disadvantages. He did not even want us about the money, we gave him by ourselves. Sunil Ji came meet us at Udaipur. There are really very few amiable and honest people like him. We are very lucky to have Sunil Ji as our tour planner. In the Mahabharata, Arjun's charioteer was Lord Krishna and really coincidentally our driver (sarathi)was Shyam Ji (Shyam Prajapat) another name of Lord Krishna. So may be we had no problem. We reached Jaipur at 12.30AM. Shyam Ji has been in touch with us since that afternoon. He had been waiting for us at the station for a long time. Even at midnight he took us to the hotel with a smile on his face. At first glance it seems that Shyam Ji is a very familiar person to us. very clean and sanitized Toyota Etios has made our journey much smoother and more comfortable. That is why such a huge journey did not seem difficult to us at all. Every night Shyam Ji would fix our next day's routine but we would wake up late and disappoint him again and again. Shyam Ji is extremely safe driver. He has repeatedly warned us where to buy and what not to buy he even bargained with the shopkeeper on our behalf. He has even arranged guides for us in different spots. We forgot to buy Jaisalmer's famous sweet " Ghotua" but he made the right arrangements. Shyam Ji has helped us a lot in Jeep Safari and Camel Safari at Sam Sand Dunes, whether it is a Jeep Safari in Vishnoi village or buying travel bag in Pushkar or Buying Rajasthani Umbrella in Chittorgarh shyam ji keep us safe from dishonest traders. In the midst of all this,he did not forget to eat us that famous Paratha of Udaipur. He did everything with a smile on his face. we do not understand how the 12 days have passed. To my husband Shyam Ji became like his brother. Shyam Ji we will never forget you. Stay well shyam ji. Many thanks to Sunil Ji for making our Rajasthan tour forever memorable. We a group of 17, travelled from Udaipur to Jaipur enroute visiting Mount Abu, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Pushkar, Ajmer and Ranthambore covering more than 1800 Km in 11 days. The provided vehicle was comfortable and spacious, and the driver was very humble, polite and helpful. He guided us throughout the trip. All the 8 hotels reserved for us were amazing. Special highlight was the stay at Jaisalmer desert camp. The tour guides provided were knowledgeable and well mannered. In short, the services and facilities provided to us were excellent. Extremely grateful to Mr. Sunil Valwani for the memorable experience. I would definitely recommend the program to others.

Excellent... I was looking for Udaipur & nearby destinations . Then my search ended at Empire tours & travels . Mr. Sunil planned out a trip based on our requirements . Udaipur 2N -> Kumbhalgarh1N ->Mount Abu 1N . We stayed at Hotel Lakend Udaipur , Via Lakhela Resort- Kumbhalgarh, Hotel Hillock- Mount abu . All the hotels are excellent . Special mention to the cab driver, Tej Singh Rathore . He is a very humble person who knows different Rajasthan locations very well .He guided our trip with an itinerary along with famous things to explore. Because of him, our journey was very smooth. We had good informative tour of Rajasthan with Shankar Singh Rao. As there was good hospitality from him the day we arrive from Mumbai. Shankar was always kind and helpful in this entire tour of Rajasthan. The car was neat and clean.RJ 27 TA 9689. He has given more information of all the places we went around Rajasthan. Places he took us was jaiselmer, jodhpur and udaipur,and also showed is good culture of marwari. We also had a delightful traditional food at his place. Where we had dal baati, churma and tasteful of raabdi. We enjoyed the trip of Rajasthan with Shankar Singh Rao We also recommend him for all other tourist. Our next trip to to Rajasthan will also be with Empire Tours & Travels. Just a suggestion, if time is not a restraint, you should attempt to do two safaris in Jawai, one in the morning & one at night. We did only the morning safari & missed the leopard sighting.

Had a great experience with Empire Tours and Travels for my recently concluded 6 day trip to Udaipur, Kumbhalgarh and Mt Abu. Right from the word go, they have been the most professional service provider. I raised a request on their website for my needs and within 15 mins I got a text from Mr Sunil Valwani asking for details. The same day I got an itinerary and quote from him. The next day I paid an advance and voila the booking was done. He gave me details of the driver and car 2 days before the trip. The driver contacted me a day before and asked my arrival details. My driver was Mr Ram Singh who has been an excellent driver cum guide on this trip. He was on time to pick us up and throughout the 6 days he helped us with ideas for places to see, right time to go etc. He is an excellent driver and while the roads were bad, we had the most comfortable ride all the time. Being a local, he had a great understanding of the roads and places to see. Overall a great trip thanks to the Empire team and Mr Ram Singh in particular!! I would highly recommend them. We , 17 member friends with family group started Rajasthan tour on 2nd of April and today 12th of April winding up the programme.
