When I am Visit their Store. My Expectations that I will fulfillment my Require as per Lenskart Brand. Showroom is very Beautifully Decor. But the Staff who is working in this Store. They Have no any Experience about their Own products (Visited Date - 03-09-2019) When you enter Their Store. They just Stand with Folding Hand. You need to select Frame yourself. When you ask questions they are reply different answers. It's shows that you have no any Knowledge about your Own products. lenskart should Give Training first. No more Variety available here. They just doing Advertisement. They have just Machine Knowledge no any Practical Knowledge. Shame on you.

Ridiculous staff, guy don't suggest options, just stand there with attitude as if they own shop. I was having issue with size and the rude guy told me to select frame first, when I selected frame he told me.to look for size myself from the section containing 50 frames... Complete idiots. Lenskart sucks....

Good collection of sun glasses. Abhinav is courteous to customers. N explains features with patience. Big shop but unable to swipe card. Had to phone pe Other staff not well trained n need to improve

Lack of professional to address customers. They are many staff but not able tag to customers and explain where customers has to look for. Testing there is no sequence according to their wish your testing will be done. They want to sell you display item ( which is tested by many people) I have not seen them clean the glasses. During collection, they have not explained the product, when I ask to see there are focussing issue in the lens and they try to explain progressive lens will be like this, which was not explained during selling time. I spent my time at around 4 hours In 2 trips.

Worst store no ac. In the store all persons are suffering from high heat . Not a single AC is working.

The whole staff was very good and very humble to me and to all the other customers. I personally thanks and congrats to all the senior reprensentatives of lenskart organisation who recruites such an amazing and fantastic peoples in their stores. My expierence was much better than all the other optics store in udaipur.

Pathetic service here at store. They should hire professional and soft spoken staff. Very rude staff and they don't care if you are waiting more than 45 minutes.

Worst experience It took me 3 round in a day In first round store representative said u hav to come after 1pm for eye check up and call before visit so I makr call in store 5-6 they didn't receive after that they say now u come for eye testing In second round around 2 pm after visiting store they say u have to wait for half an hour so I left the store In third visit after 3:30 I wait for eye checkup first thing in store there is plenty of staff but no one came and asked how may they help me after waiting some time I asked testing representative for test he asked did wrote ur name for check up sir was for while and asked to reception where I have to write my name for checkup or is that kind of rules u follow why wouldn't tell me before they should say when I visit before it's my third round he said sry sir u have to wait for some time after waiting for long time did check up after it for selecting frame I look for frame wait representative for attending and guide me frame and lens tOo but no one asked Terrible experience even representative didn't attend me didn't asked for what I look for Thanks to lenskart for spoil my day and didn't get any output

Such a bad and worst experience I had with lenskart they gave us warranty and other services just for name they never fulfill this services nor they satisfy their costomers. Product is also not good.I visited many times they didn't gave me any warranty service.very bad 😡😡😡

If you have an attractive image about Lenskart in your mind, then this store has the power to destroy it completely. Give money to this store once, after that no one is going to help you. Today when we went to lenskart waited for 5 min and no one came to assist or welcoming. One person was at the counter and we ask for help but he nevermind, and busy with his phone. There was one customer in side and 2 assistant with them. We felt do not waste time and went to other shope for buying spectacle.i don't recommend this shop to anyone

Its app shows many things but when you visit the store you will see that they dont even give you cleaning kit which is very disappointing, also all things which are mentioned on app like free repair, free kit it wont be available to you....store staff says that these facilities are available in metro cities only...they are selling carry bags also at the store..... box quality to keep the specs. is very poor even a local optical store has better facility than this. Very disappointing experience.... Useless...

Worst service. Returned second time without getting any service as testing guy was not there AGAIN and they had no idea where he is gone. Asked to wait. Had to visit nearby TITAN EYE+. This Lenskart branch is a great promoter of TITAN EYE+. Thanks for no service!

I had poor experience with lenskart they didn’t give me any response in warranty service my product have warranty of 1year even then and it got -defective in 2 months and i took it to the outlet they didn't give me any Service. Very bad .

My specs got supr late took 12 days after official delivery date staff could coordinate properly of the delay .

The store seems understaffed. Waiting time checks your patience. Also the staff already available is doing it's best and all of them are doing good professionally.

Very inefficient and poor services. Do not have the courtesy to keep the customer updated. They have taken more than 15 days to get a specs made. Local shops in udaipur are way better.

Worst experience. I bought insurance with my specs, after 4 months the frame broke and executive wants me to pay 20% price of the whole specs(frame + lens), Why should I pay for lenses if they are not damaged. I should be paying for only the repair cost but that is not the case. Worst service ever.

Disappointed with my experience at the store. Lenskart should hire experienced staff who knows and understand basics of optics, frames and power. The current staff is completely untrained and takes no interest to help customers due to lack of their knowledge.

Shipping time is too long. The store people will say it will be delivered in 3 days but it will take more than a week. Also make sure you get it shipped to your home and not the store. The store person literally forced me to chose store pickup as an option. Store pickup takes longer. If you need glasses urgently, buy from local stores and not Lenskart. Lastly, don't fall for their one plus one offer. They have lot of conditions, especially when you have to pick glasses. I estimated around paying 2600 for two. But in the end paid 6400 for two including tax and premium lens(required for one plus one)

Variety of sunglasses available, but check all for any breakage or scratches before making payment. Salesman there who fool's you saying everything will be fine. But once you made payment everything changes. Happen with me and my friend as well. Ask for fresh piece before payment.
