I
had
bought
a
watch
-

from
this
store
two
months
ago
(4
May
2023).
After
3
months
the
colour
of
my
watch’s
belt
got
fade
,
i
went
to
the
store
on
17th
of
August
and
given
the
watch
there
for
repair
and
on
30th
of
August
i
have
called
upon
the
store
and
asked
what
is
going
about
the
watch.
They
replied
it
would
take
some
more
time
for
the
belt
to
come
from
the
company.
Again
after
a
few
days
(7
Sep)
i
had
called
upon
the
Titan
service
centre
and
a
workboy
said
we
have
the
received
the
watch
on
26
August
from
the
store
(Celebration
mall)
then
the
service
centre
placed
and
order
to
the
company
for
a
new
belt
on
28
Aug’.
From
17th
of
Aug
to
26th
August
,
the
workers
of
this
store
have
prevented
the
watch
from
sending
it
to
the
service
centre
(even
when
the
distance
b/w
the
store
and
the
service
centre
is
just
of
6
km
i.e.
is
a
distance
of
just
5
to
10
mins)
…
and
wasted
my
9
days
just
in
this
rubbish
.
These
people
says
that
titan
is
an
international
brand
and
it
takes
time
for
the
belt
to
come
…
but
they
did
this
for
hiding
their
own
mistake
for
delaying
the
transfer
of
watch
to
the
service
centre
…they
are
blaming
the
Titan
Brand
for
their
own
mistakes
.
BLOODY
LIARS
AND
FRAUD
PEOPLE
…!!
These
all
workmen
are
liars
,
irresponsible
,
grabbers
,
insolent
(as
they
told
me
to
bring
the
“unrepaired
watch”
from
the
service
centre)
and
damn
crooks
!
Upto
9
days
my
watch
was
must
have
been
misused
by
these
liars
and
cheaters.
These
people
don’t
take
any
responsibility
just
after
we
have
paid
the
money.
I
want
to
inform
you
all
that
however
Titan
is
a
very
good
brand
but
“The
Titan
World
(Celebration
Mall
Udaipur)store”
is
not
capable
of
owning
this
type
of
franchises.
They
are
intolerance
and
very
rude
with
their
costumers
as
when
i
asked
them
to
do
their
job
properly
they
shouted
by
saying
,”Whatever
you
want
to
do
you
can
do
,
you
cannot
ruin
anything
of
this
store”.
This
is
the
behaviour
of
the
workers
of
this
store
with
their
beloved
costumers.
The
given
below

is
the
proof
that
I
had
went
to
the
store
on
17th
of
August
and
given
them
the
damaged
watch
and
the
second
picture
is
the
date
of
watch
purchased
and
it’s
warranty
card.
The
3rd
picture
is
the
screenshot
of
the
msg
received
from
the
service
store
that
the
watch
was
given
to
them
on
the
date
28
August
as
i
have
mentioned
above.
By
witnessing
these
proofs
and
evidences
you
should
believe
this
store
is
not
worth
it
at
all
“DONT
BUY
ANYTHING
FROM
THIS
STORE”
