This time my experience was worst. I'm a loyal and regular customer. I made payment for the purchase. Their server was down and I had to make payment twice for single purchase. Next day they refunded me and I had to visit twice. They didn't compensate me for the inconvenience at least for fuel also.

A decent place for shopping clothes. There are few shops where you can buy all range of clothes for different genders and age, except they don't have a proper collection for small babies of age 1 year and below. The mall also has a big electronic store, haven't been inside but looks big and with lots of collection.

It's situated on main road. It has good underground parking space. Inner space is not so big but you will all the basic household things. It's on ground floor level. You will get free sugar on your purchase almost every time. It's not too much crowded heree. Price range are ok..

Not really impressed with the 'trends' in Reliance Trends. Especially the clothing section, seems like most of the items are out of trends. Lipstick & eye liner options seemed good.

Today I felt I little bit humiliated due to your staff behavior . I am your regular customer from groceries to utensils, home items. Coz of one wifi chip, the sensor start making sound and they check my bag that is ok to me absolutely but at time the way they are behaving is very rude and impolite. Bag check kro bag check kro. I'm not a thief.

Another Flagship of Reliance The Reliance mart recently opened its gate at Sec-11 udaipur. Overall the place houses almost everything you will find everything you need for your day to day life from vegetables to electronics to toiletries. everything is set up in large aisles making your shopping a good experience. The only thing lacking was there costumer service still the people behind the counter are not aware of what all they are selling and also some of the quality products were also missing from the aisle. I hope they maintain the cleanliness standards and price range and train there staff to be a bit better in there bill handling procedures. Overall good place to shop and have a good time.

Good place for shopping. Also be aware of mis-pricing. Double check the pricing during billing, the displayed and actual price for some items are some times different. Price would be higher during billing. I do not know if they are doing it deliberately. I do double check the price every time for discounted products.

With this new RELIANCE SMART store, reliance has occupied all 3 important places of the city for retail ... Fatehpura, city central & now sectors. Nice, posh, big & shiny.. This store is huge in size & catering all need od customers.. Grocery, veggies, cosmetics /toiletries, bakery,footwear, cloths, toys, stationary, etc etc... Time will tell the success of the store.. But it isn't too far..

It was amazing experience to visit Reliance mart. The management was helping us. They were sanitizing our hands before entering the mart. The only problem faced was way to parking was far ahead from main entrance.
