It's an excellent store. I was suggested to install SSD card by other stores which costed around Rs 2000/- but they asked me to update my windows 10 version and they only gave me that software and asked me to run this and keep my laptop under observation for 2-3 days. If the lag and delay still persist then install SSD card and now my laptop is working fine They were very good in responding my query and solved it perfectly without any extra cost I'll recommend everyone to visit the store if you want to buy a laptop or wants to get repaired. One of the worst service center I have come across. First thing which I would like to highlight is they are not an authorised services centre but they pretend like they are the only service centre of Dell in Udaipur. I'm totally unsatisfied with there services. There engineers are excel in everything except engineering😂😂😂😂. I visit this serice center in order to repair my Dell laptop (A minor hinge problem) they asked me to leave my laptop there and they will call me when It gets done. Next day I got a call from there side. I visited the center to collect my PC , I found the hinge problem becomes more worse & instantly I asked about it but now they try to convince me , Like "Sir It is completely fine , in repairing we can't give you a perfect touch as earlier it was. There bare minimum cost of touching your laptop is 1000Rs. Guys please don't waste your time and money. कुल मिलाकर बात ये है की "चाय पी 5 की ग्लास फोड़ा 50 का ।
