Travel time: September 26 to October 2 Pros : Clean and neat car Driver punctual and came for pick up on time almost all the times Driver took efforts to make sure luggage on top carrier was safe during long distance drive and used covers to protect from rain Reasonable charging Cons: We asked for English speaking driver but the driver couldn’t even communicate and spoke only one or two words which we dint understand Driver was not at all co-operative . He shrugged as we asked him to take us to places which were quite far. We were mostly at the mercy of him and had to request him to drive us to places as we had no other option in a totally new state overall the driver was unprofessional.

We travelled from Bangalore & did a Bosch conference at Fateh Vilas Udaipur from 27th to 30th August 2023 & we were almost 70 in numbers. As recommended by a friend we hired the services of Dhani Tours & our experience with them was a wonderful one. Mr. Rohan from their team supported & coordinated everything in a very professional way. It was a flawless service for all 4 days. Dhani Tours have vehicles which are very clean & well maintained, specially Urbania vehicle. All our guests were very comfortable & had a great time. I would like to thank Mr. Rohan, Mr. Mayank & specially to all the drivers who were very professional, I don't remember the names of all the drivers as multiple vehicles were used. Super awesome car service by Dhani. I recently visited Udaipur and took 2 days cab service from Dhani for sightseeing around Udaipur. I was given driver and cab details 1 day in advance; driver reached on time with absolutely clean and washed new like car. Driver was quite nice and professional. No other topics or hidden charges. Although the price was steeper than the market rate but I loved the service and quality of it. Keep up the good work. It was overall very nice experience with Dhani.

We recently booked a car with them and experienced our worst nightmare. The driver was a goon and was misbehaving from the start of the trip.we had old parents and kids with us but the guy seemed to be serial offender. The travel company should check the background and should check with customers also in between the trip to make sure that drivers are not haggling. Also this driver was driving very rash and was on killing spree. Worst experience ever

We had a wonderful experience while visiting Udaipur. Our Driver Naresh was always cheerful and took extra care for my parents. He always made an extra effort to make sure that he drops us close to the destination so as they are elderly they don’t have to walk too much. I booked an Innova Crysta for my trip to Udaipur, Kumbhalgarh and Chittorgarh and had a great experience. Mr. Lalit were our driver during the trip. He was professional, informative, understanding, cooperative, soft and well spoken. He had good driving skills (on highways as well as in the city) and knew all the ways without any usage of google maps. Fortunately, I was provided with a brand new car (it was out from the showroom just on the day of my arrival) so their were no worries about the cleanliness and maintenance of the car.
