Our experience with Sparsh has been phenomenal. We got our second baby delivered here on 16th Aug. The whole experience from consultation to delivery was very smooth and comforting. Coming from Singapore we had our fair share of concerns about the facilities and hygiene etc for delivering the baby in India. We consulted many people and hospitals but the response and firm consultation we got from Dr. Monika was superb. She gave us the appropriate amount of time to listen and understand our concern to provide the required confidence for us to make a decision. When we visited Sparsh first time we were amazed to see the cleanliness and hospitatlity of the staff. Right from the security guard to the admin staff, from doctors to nursing staff , everyone was smiling and ready to help and answer any questions we had. After meeting Dr. Monika and Dr. Anamika we were in peace that we made the best decision. Around 32nd week we had some complication but thanks to the experience and expertise of Dr. Monika we were able to sail through the tough times. When labour started we were in double mind to go via natural or cesarean. But Dr. Monika talked us out to make the right decision. I have never seen very few doctors like her who is so concerned with patients betterment. She could have easily gone for operation which was more beneficial for hospitals but she is a True doctor who believes in best treatment for her patients so she suggested for natural delivery. She consulted us many times during those critical 2 hours of labour pain and stood by our side. Dr. Anamika' experience helped us get the baby with very less trouble during the last 10 mins. Very neat n clean with promot response from the doctors. Dr.Emmy & Dr.Monika is very helpful & polite. Pretty costly_ specially the tests n all, they should think about the mid class people as well. But has a positive vibe there & briefing by the doctors are really helpful. Also advise to keep a provision for evening appointments as well, as most of the couples now a days are working & it's quite tough to manage time for day appointment some time.
