One of the oldest and best place to have Kachoris and jalebis. I also tried their poha and malpuva it was delicious. If you are in Udaipur you should definitely try food at this place.

One of the oldest sweet shops in Udaipur. Ordered Gulab jamun , Ras malai , some sweet which was their best seller. Sweets were too sweet to eat which I personally don’t prefer. But yes the taste was good and the sweets we’re fresh but not the best. Hoping for a better experience in future

This establishment is well known for its sweets and there are some very mouthwatering ones on display here. We got Balushahi and Malai Ghevar for ourselves. The Bhalushahi was soft and light, just the right amount of sweet. Malai Ghewar too was delectable and was so good that we took 3 of it..🤤

We visited JMB for breakfast in the morning (arround 8am) We ordered aloo pyaaz kachori, Khandvi, Patra and out of all of these - khandvi was excellent. Aloo pyaaz kachori and patra were also good but my personal favourite was Khanvi. They offer 3 types of chutney (green chutney, red chutney and kadhi). Kadhi was authentic and was my favourite. Kadhi had sweet, tangy and slightly spicy taste and I am personally a fan of such combination. Some may have a different opinion as kadhi was a little sweet. Tea - Tea made by JMB was not good. It was extreemly sweet and no ginger, no chai masala etc. We had asked them to make tea with less sugar and more of ginger but they refused to make customised tea. Because of this we walked a few steps and found customised and good tea with ginger and masala and less sugar at Kushal tea stall and the seller was kind enough to accomodate all our requests.

If you want to have a quick snack and are in the area, then I recommend this place. I had gone there to eat the amazing pyaaz ki kachori! I really loved the taste of the kachori! The only thing that I did not like about this place is that you do not have a place to sit and enjoy the snack. Also, if you want to have tea with your snack then you will have to tell them in advance. They will get the tea from a tea stall which is 2-3 shops away from them. Do not go there and have tea. That stall is next to a small area which people have used it like a public toilet. You will not be able to stand there and have tea.

Pyaaz kachori : Cold and non crunchy. Taste is okay. Ghevar/Malai Ghevar : Toooo sweet to handle. Please do avoid, there must be some better options than JMB for ghevar. Or else visit Indore, food capital of central india ✨

Udaipur Famous JMB know for there sweets which is Rajasthani gevar and peda, But most importantly they are famous for their pyaz ke kachori as well. If you visit JMB anytime you will find the hot pyaz ke kachori. They start from early morning and serves till late evening. If you are a tourist and visiting udaipur for the first time then you should try their pyaz ke kachori and mirchi bada. I am eating here from last 15 years and the taste is same as always no change at all. When I was a child I come with my father on sunday morning to take kachori and mirchi bada. Even there kesar jalebi is also yummy. I recommended this place to everyone visiting udaipur for the first time. 10/10 for pyaz ke kachori

It has two sections one for snacks/breakfast items and second for sweets. It is a very famous joint for different varieties of sweets. We bought Mixed burfi, Ghewar, Kaju patisa and Pyaaz kachori. All were tasty and delicious. Many famous celebrities also visited this place. The only thing that can be better is sitting options. We went there in the morning and there was a rush as there was no sitting arrangement. If you are in Udaipur and traveling back home then get some sweets for your loved ones.

JMB Jagdish Misthan Bhandar in Udaipur is a true culinary treasure, offering a delightful and authentic taste of Rajasthan's and Gujarat's traditional sweets and snacks. Situated in the heart of City Centre, this iconic sweet shop has been serving locals and tourists alike for generations, and it continues to impress with its rich heritage and delectable offerings. The highlight of JMB is undoubtedly its mouthwatering array of sweets and namkeens (savory snacks). From the ever-popular classics like Ghewar, Petha, and Mawa Kachori to the delectable varieties of Ladoos and Barfis, each bite is a burst of flavors that take you on a delectable adventure through the region's culinary heritage. In addition to the sweets, JMB also offers an impressive range of savory delights, such as Dal Kachori, Mirchi Vada, and Moong Dal Barfis, that complement the sweetness perfectly. These savory treats make for an excellent accompaniment to a cup of masala chai and are equally beloved by locals and visitors alike.

उच्चे दुकान फीके पकवान। दूर के ढोल सुहावन लागे। A dirty place to visit here. If you are educated person then you should not prefer this place to purchase or eat a single piece of sweet. Shop is looking well finish but if you will see carefully the house flies are present inside the sweet glass chamber or boxes. It's a invitation of different serious health problems will make your tour and travel failure. Only one pyaj kachori is to be taken from there. Nothing else. And don't try to eat there.

Their kachoris are brilliant. Sweets are good too. Tried the ghewar which was very nice. Can get very busy. There are many outlets with similar names and jmb initials. Be careful. This is the original one.

Great place for sweets, usually the place stays a bit crowded for the snacks section but the products offered are nice n good to taste, (do check on the dry fruits sweet before buying that was wrapped in different covers like chocolate they didn't seem that fine n tasted bit weird that day).
