I
am
absolutely
furious
with
my
recent
experience
at
EYE-Q
Eye
Hospital!
Their
patient
appointment
procedure
is
a
complete
and
utter
disaster.
I
was
given
a
supposedly
precise
time
frame
of
11
am
to
12
pm
to
see
the
doctor,
but
guess
what?
When
I
showed
up
at
11
am
sharp,
the
doctor
was
nowhere
to
be
found.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
unhelpful
hospital
staff
casually
mentioned
that
the
doctor
usually
strolls
in
after
1
pm!
Do
they
not
understand
that
people
have
lives
and
commitments?
I
had
to
take
a
two-hour
leave
from
my
job
just
to
make
it
to
this
appointment,
and
what
did
I
get
in
return?
A
mind-numbing
2-hour
wait,
followed
by
a
never-ending
4-hour
process
just
to
consult
the
doctor
for
my
mother’s
eye
issue.
And
to
add
insult
to
injury,
after
making
us
wait
for
two
hours,
they
didn’t
even
have
the
courtesy
to
call
us
in
to
see
the
doctor.
Instead,
they
attended
to
other
patients
ahead
of
us!
However,
I
must
give
credit
where
it’s
due.
When
we
finally
did
get
to
see
the
doctor,
they
were
quite
good.
The
doctor
apologized
for
the
wait
and
provided
some
valuable
advice
for
my
mother’s
eye
condition.
While
the
appointment
process
needs
serious
improvement,
the
medical
care
itself
was
satisfactory.
I’m
seething
with
anger
over
the
complete
lack
of
respect
for
patients’
time
and
the
sheer
incompetence
in
managing
appointments.
This
experience
has
been
nothing
short
of
a
nightmare,
and
I
sincerely
hope
they
get
their
act
together
and
start
valuing
their
patients’
time
and
efforts.
This
is
absolutely
unacceptable!
