Madhukar has magic in his hands and was able to remove the knots from my back and hips. Took his time and was very professional. I didn’t want the length to be short but wanted good layers. Armaan is very patient, listens to you carefully and gives the best result. Got a deep tissue massage by Mr Madhukar and it was an overwhelming experience. He is extremely skillful with sound knowledge and techniques. This is without doubt one of the best massages I have had and will always be compared whenever I take a massage elsewhere as I live in Mumbai. Highly recommended.

We got our pedicure from Kimera, it was nice and relaxing for us. Madhukar and Veena has done brilliant job.

Worst salon. I had gone for hair styling since I had to attend a family wedding. Even while I took my appointment I had reconfirmed saying that if its gonna remain till evening they said they have products. Even while the hair stylist was doing my curls he told it will remain until i have shower. But after my hair was done I asked him did you use the spray he said yes but it was just a shining spray. They think we are illiterates. And then the lady in the reception is trying to convince me saying its gonna remain.(Attaching the picture that was after half an hour). After lot of discussion they say they don’t have the spray. She has a very bad customer service. They have wasted our time. After we left the salon and we were half way home she is calling and asking us to come back saying they have ordered the spray. This is ridiculous. I really want the kimera owner to look into this. And give me an explanation. Today I must have gone for just hair styling but we have taken several membership packages previously so don’t differentiate your customers as per the services. This is my reply to your response- exactly thats my point you said it right regarding having a hard spray for the hair to remain. Unfortunately your staffs over there don’t understand this and your salon failed to have a hard spray.
