My experience at KFC Bugolobi has always been horrible. The last time I ate from the the chicken was not ready, it had blood inside. And then today. I noticed that the policies are discriminative. A gentle man right before me ordered without a mask and he was allowed to proceed yet I was denied an order. The lady apparently who was the manager was very rude. She could learn to politely tell some one that she should order with a mask but not talk in rude way yet someone simply came to support. If that is the policy then it should be uniform. Not to apply to a few people. So even if I ordered with a mask would I eat with it. The customer experience at Bugolobi is very terrible!

My experience at the Village mall and not for the first time is "take away" everytime I order take away there is something missing or very small portions of chips the other day we ordered to eat in when it came it was take away and the family chips you could not see any chips??? The portion was smaller than the small portion I took them back and they quickly put a few more still not full told them off that it's a regular thing they didn't care. Chicken quality is also poor compared to kfc in Europe or America.

Yes KFC I compared it to South African KFCs and trust me it is absolutely fantastic and to the best of Standard... The differnce is geographical location the rest are a Copy and Paste. Thanks to KFC manangement. Try it, you'll testify.
