Not recommend at all. Below mentioned problems were faced by most of the guests as they were too having same problems and were complaining at reception and restaurant. Bathroom instruments shower and taps were not properly functional. Even room AC wasn't working whole night. No response for room service even after multiple calls. It was like they were totally ignoring our calls. Restaurant services and food was worst.

Checked in late in the evening, the standard room they gave was stinking, unclean, with too many mosquitoes, the TV was not working ( when you have a 6yr old kid with you that too is an issue ). They sprayed room feshner for the stink and cleaned the room in 2 min...... i booked it online@ clear trip with discount and positive reviews, the feedback that comes as per the quality is not worth the rate they are charging....

Service was extremely Poor. Even Water bottles not provided on time. Cleanness was not at all maintained. Faced many difficulties during bathing due to poor drainage system. Geyser was not working so we had to bath with Cold water in such a cold rainy season. Restaurant service was also not up to the mark. Water was not being served on time. Waiting for food can be tolerated but waiting for water needs much improvement. We had to wait for 15 mins just for Rice at the end. Food quality and taste could also be better than these. Overall experience was very Poor. Needs much improvement. Only one service we liked was the one given by Luggage handler.

They are too unprofessional & bad behaved. We were trying to book a family room which was not available online, so we called hotel, they told to book for 2 adults & 1 kid & assured that we will get the room for our whole family of 4 adults & 2 kids, but when we reached, staff denied & said we will have to pay extra for our family size & denied any telephonic conversation

Mittal paradise was well maintained property with proper management.service was really good. All staff was polite. It has swimming pool, Parking area, waiting area, and overall nice ambience . Especially the food here is excellent. Quality of the food is well maintained at affordable price. Rooms available at affordable price. Must visit 👍🏻& also this property is near from ujjain station.easy to locate.

pathetic hotel: 1) bedsheets were dirty and not changed after the last guest left 2) we had to remind multiple times to give iron and press board 3) multiple reminders for dental kit. then they forgot to bring 3( as we were travelling as family and had paid for extra kid) 4) room floor mat - super dirty 5) we could overhear other guests talking in their rooms only good thing was location.

Pros: 1. Good location 2. Good Staff 3. Parking Cons: 1. Not value for money. Rooms are not as per the price category. 2. If you are booking without any payment in that case they might cancel your booking and you will stuck to accept whatever they offer. 3. They are not reachable on their phone, I called more than 6 times to inform that I might reach late but there was no response on call, this is my experience, it may be different for other individual. 4. Be sure to check their wash room, in my room, wash basin was leaking water on floor.

A nice property to stay with your family or friends, located on the main road hotel is big and beautiful. Rooms are good and maintained but bathrooms are in ok ok condition. Basic amenities are available along with luxury amenities such as a swimming pool. Overall a nice and amazing property but need to maintain their washrooms.

Everything I stay here I am highly satisfied with their prompt service, courteous staff , Excellent food , special Thanks to umesh yadav for taking care of our request. They do take care of all your needs when it comes to hospitality service and they always try to ensure that the guests have a happy and pleasant stay. I strongly recommend this as always

Worst experience ever.. Staff is least bothered to serve you. They are charging hefty amount for rooms but not providing even Wi-Fi connection and chairs in room. Intercom was not working for our room, towels and pillow covers were dirty and to serve single cup of tea they are taking one hour(even they don't have provision to make tea in room itself).

Hotel especially the old one (Avenue) needs maintenance. Bathroom latch was not working and was stinking. Hot water was not available. Hotel is too expensive for the room they offer. Breakfast was good though. Cable TV was not working, but was fixed for sometime and then in the morning it was not working. Towels not provided. Mattress was not comfortable as it became old now. Overall hotel needs maintenance. Room as well as Corridors were stinking. They have big parking space available. AVOID.

We have travelled monthly for near on a year to hotel mittal to relax and enjoy the facilities, have a meal and just enjoy the surrounding area. We were suprised today after travelling to find the price of the day pass had doubled within the week so decided not to stay, after negotiation with old tarrif that after givensmall room then feel they are loosing out as people will look elsewhere. It's such a shame as they have not friendly staff.

The hotel is quite impressive and too clean, breakfast was so much amazing like you never ever had, BTW breakfast is included in the package. Also it has a swimming pool for kids and adults. The rooms were large and too clean as well as the toilet room. We had booked a room for 4 people it also has a bar for adults having aged above 21 years

So many amenities are missing inside rooms like Refrigerator, TCM. Pool was extremely dirty. No staff, No service near pool area. They maintained It just because of attraction.

Very poor, the staff cancelled my booking by their own and they said that it was an operational issue. Very pathetic. I will not recommend this to anyone as they ruined my trip and does not care about their guests. They are just doing their dirty business and with that we suffered a lot. Please don't visit this hotel in Ujjain as they are just doing a dirty business and nothing else.

Worst service, not expected from a 3 star hotel, especially water heating is not provided which is basic for even a dharamshala, considering the weather in Ujjain winters. Towels quantity was not appropriate. You'll have to make multiple calls for room service and housekeeping even for hot drinking water. They'll also try to scam you by saying that towels are missing, so please check the towels while checking in, but not recommended for stays or weddings especially.

The property is massive. Rooms are big and comfortable. Food is average. Buffet breakfast available. Loved the pool. Temple is around 1 km distance. You can hear peacock sound around the property.

Staff not well behaved. Booked for a family room (4 persons) from agoda and on the reception they say the booking is done for only 2 and ask for 2000 rs extra for 2 persons. Also rates are of 3 star but rooms and service won’t justify that

Overall, it was a good experience. But the hotel staff was a bit weird . We asked them for a kettle of hot water, but they declined. A kettel is a must in every room and we booked a dulex room a they should have given us a kettle and other amenities like sugar , tae sachets etc.

Don't go. It is a waste of money. Rooms is like a dharamshala and the very small washroom. Service quality is 0. Looks like i have spent 6100 for a dharamshala. Some rooms smell like hell. Restuarent does not have all food only main course that too the main items are not there. Worst experience.

Good hotel located on indore ujjain state highway. Food in restaurants in pure veg with decent taste. Mostly occupied as marriage destination hence rooms during marriage season are mostly occupied . It approx 1.5 to 2 kms from mahakaleshwar temple and 1 kms from bus stand for Indore and dewas and approx 1.5 kms from railway station.

Except location everything is worse. Room are not clean. Washroom stinks and walls are dirty like dharmshala and price like 4 star hotel. Hotel is more like marriage hall. Food is ok in terms of taste but service is very slow. I booked two room and have horrible experience in both of them. I would never suggest anyone to opt for this. Not a single thing is is clean. Don't go with rating, rating is ok because it's a old property and i feel property owner didnt take good care of it to meet parameters of good hotel.

The hotel is a resort located on Highway. The temple is approx 1 km from hotel. The rooms are good but many of the facilities doesn't work. The service is also not upto the mark. It needs improvement. The housekeeping staff take the guests very casually. The food is awesome with lots of varieties. Overall it's good hotel.

This hotel is good for lacation but cleaning issue is a major challenge here. Staff was polite. They were ready to give solution and replace everything but you have to demand for everything. Overall is good but little overpriced. Person who was at reception, not trained and he does not know how to revert to customer on their concern and queries....if he is not able to revert simply says "ab aapki is baat ka jawab mere pass nahin hai". He was confused and taking much time to allocate rooms.

It has 2 hotels in same property. Paradise and Avenue. This review is for family room in Avenue. Room was big with 2 double beds and comfortable mattress. Washroom was bit average. No WiFi with 26inch color TV. Food quality is great It also has banquet as well, so might get late night high music noises.

The Worst experience of my Life with hotel mittal paradise ujjain, It’s not paradise it’s pathetic. I booked hotel thru Goibibo and when I reached there with my family they refused and told me booking is cancelled. ‘Without any intimation to me or Goibibo’ . Even not entertain us , actually we came to know from their security guard that they usually do this with guests for the sake of Rs.100-200 extra from new guests . Very cheap behaviour of management on the Land of Shri Mahakaal.

I feel very happy and comfortable staying here . Awesome location, peaceful and healthy environment in here.high highgean in room and cleanness everywhere. Food test is Awesome 😊 and nice service 👍 and Good management.staff is too Good

The management is rude and lacks basic skills and training. The hotel is a scam place. The prices and policies are dumb and stupid. They charged us extra money for rooms which they said we missed to return key. There logic was we called to remind, but they chose the timing very conveniently when the barat had come and there was noise, but funny thing was the person who they were calling was in front of reception when they called, so instead of calling they could have just walked to that person to remind. Also they take numbers of each person for room but they prefer not to call them to remind, so basically that number is used for scam They only look at options where they can make money. We had booked it for wedding celebration and we were charged 11k for missing 11 towels( which none of us took home and we did not get a count when asked) and 2 dirty bedsheet(which we were able to clean in washing machine at home). The services were really poor. We booked the pool for private event and outside people were allowed by security. Some outside guests who were coming to restaurant were sent to the reception area for food. Please avoid to book this hotel and avoid headaches.

Location of this hotel from Mahakal temple is about three km in distance.. And located just road side which makes it convenient... We booked room at the reception, area of the hotel is good also there is ample space for parking, swimming pool is available, Rooms and bathroom were clean i am sharing images for the same, Service is bit slow and food taste is average. If you are staying here to visit Mahakaleshwar then you have to take auto from this location to temple or you can drive your vehicle there is parking space available near temple.

Very good service. On request and availability they gave us early check in and every time ready to help us. Very Good resort to not only stay but for function also. Superb food quality and service 👌. I will stay here only when visit to see again

Management should focus on housekeeping of rooms. Dirty and smelly pillows, bathroom accessories was not clean properly. Didn't expected this from such famous hotel.

Stayed a night 17th dec ..unclean bedsheet ..small in size...old used towels ..no standards for a 4500 room..never will recommend

Located on main Highway. Good option if you want to stay in ujjain. 3-4 kms from Mahakaleshwar Temple. You can get Auto 🛺 from hotel gate. The hotel has Ujjain Darshan facility with extra charges. You can contact reception counter. Fokd tastes was good. Nice restaurant ambience.

Absolutely trash. Did not even get the room that was shown in the photos. Service is pathetic. Extremely bad toilet.. even hot water wasn't available. T.V. wasn't working.. Overall absolutely pathetic.

Best place for wedding ceremonies at the Mahakaleshwar Mahankal Ujjain Was there for hosting a sangeet ceremony for Sharma Family. Great Experience... keep growing 👍
