Stay was good But Receptionist's behavoiur during check out was NOT good. He is so arrogant at times & the policy of CHECK OUT TIME is impractical - its 9 am (The time for check out). Its usually 11 am or 12 at majority of the hotels..

The hot water facility in the hotel is not good The service of the staff is also not good Hotel cleanliness is also not good. Even at the hotel reception they don't talk the same.

The owner is very unprofessional. We booked the hotel 12-13 days in advance. But when we reached hotel at 5 in the morning the person denied to give us the room.We even informed the owner a night prior to when we were coming but the owner did not even tell us that time also. Got to know from a few people that the owner is greedy, not trustworthy and unprofessional.

Worst staff, management, baat karne ka tameez nahi hai specially manager ka. Sab staff ka behaviour unprofessional tha, basic facilities are not available like drinking water, towels , soaps.

The hotel staff is not that much supportive. The hotel is walking distance by mahakal jyotiling by 5 minutes. No one can feel better experience here. Not have proper system and maintained rooms.

One of the good places to stay at Ujjain city. The hotel is located within walking distance from Mahakaleshwar temple hence a great place to stay with friends and family. Rooms are clean and neatly maintained. The hotel staff is co-operative and helpful. The hotel does not have an in-house dining facility hence food has to be eaten outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants and small eateries are available just besides the hotel. Auto rikshaws are also easily available outside the hotel hence travelling is also convenient to any place from this point.

The best thing about the hotel is it's location, you are at 5 mins of walk from Mahakaleshwar Mandir. The room and bathroom were clean. Linen was clean but very old. Don't expect much of a service here, if you are just looking for a decent stay that is nearby Mahakal mandir then go for it. It's 10 mins from bus stand by auto rickshaw.

Hotel stay was awesome, good cleanliness, good location very near to Mahakal temple. Staff was very polite & helpful. I would definately recommend to stay again in this hotel.

Loot hai. Too much costly, we were not staying there but just visited to see tradiff and rooms Lot of better hotels and Bhakta niwas are better and value for money. जय महाकाल

If you are coming to Ujjain and want to visit Mahakal then if you want a good hotel option nearby then you can't find a better hotel than this and the rooms here are very nice and the service here is also very good and from the hotel The temple is at a walking distance

Excellent hotel. 3 min walk from Mahakaleshwar temple. Very clean rooms and ambience. Well maintained toilets. Hotel staff are polite and supportive. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

I don't know if I just passed through this hotel so I don't know about this but yaa it is very near to the mahakaleshwar temple.

Altogether very poor experience with this place in one day. No lift, no hot water and there is no ventilation. Room is packed with all sides of walls. Charges are high. Not recommended. Please opt for some other places. When I planned to checkout early, hotel owner asked for cancellation charges and he is very very greedy with money. Before you check in, please have my comments in mind.

The ambience of the hotel is good and it is near to almost all the temples nearby at just walking distance. It is near to Mahakaleshwar, Harsiddhi mata temple and the beautiful Ram Ghat as well. Very nice location as well. Service of the hotel is also good.

Location wise, very near to temple.Rooms are average,toilets were clean, but no geyser/hotwater, AC's will hardly cool room. No lifts. Staffs r good , but owner is too greedy and not at all helpful. Chkin chkout time is 11am-9am, we extended our chkout by just 1 hr i.e. 10am for which he charges 400 extra even in offseason.

Rooms and service both are fantastic. Also if you have a toddler they allow you to cook food which are easy to prepare.

My experience was good. Staff is polite and helpful. Room was clean. It is very near to the temple and railway station.

Everything is bad except location. Hotel manager is not at all cooperative in any sense. Towel etc are belong to pre independence age. Rooms are very basic. Even locks of room are not proper.

I should not have given even one star because the hotel room was not clean and the bathrooms seemed to be so unhygienic. The bath towel which we got was the one which I thought to be a cleaning material. The manager was impolite and wasn't considerate in any situation. Only good thing about the hotel is its location near to the temple.
