Worst experience till now in my life at this hotel . The owner of this hotel is very arrogant and doesn't know how to treat their customers. The staffs treated me very badly and talked very harshly. Very bad experience .. Would recommend you not to book a room here . Requested Recommendation from my end .

AC Not working properly and Room service is also not good . After booking confirmed owner behaviour totally changed.online prizes are different and offline price are different.

Decent rooms and service at very reasonable price.. location is at walkable distance from Ramghat and Mahakaleshwar Temple. Stayed with my family. Owner Ram bhaiya is very hospitable person.. helped and guided regarding visiting the places, timing, pricing, transportation etc. It saved a lot of time and energy🙏 had very smooth experience. Highly recommended.👍

Hotel is very nice. Ram bhai is an amazing man. Services are very good. Rooms are absolutely in budget. Location of this hotel is so good that : within 7 minutes you can visit Mahakaleshwar Temple. within 5 minutes you can be at Holy Shipra river bank. within 10 minutes you can reach Maa Harsiddhi Temple . Main Market is 10 minutes away from this hotel. Looking forward to book many more stays at this hotel.

It's such a nice place to stay near the holy temples...... The rooms are nice and the rate is also very convenient.. It provides home cooked meals too... Must stay here when you come to ujjain with family...... It's actually super near to the temple.. Beside the Guesthouse there's a passage (patli sa rasta) which directly takes you to infront of mahakaleshwar temple.... Nice guest house near Temple and other attractions like bada Ganpati, Ram Ghat and Har siddhi mata Temple. Walking distance from each attraction mentioned here. Rooms are very small. But owner was really helpful. Did best for us. Thank you

This hotel is Such a worst hotel I have ever experienced. The owner is very unprofessional and very greedy . He don't know how to talk with the people. At the time of checkout ask for extra amount for the room, which was alredy decided with him and that was already on higher side. The room was very dirty. And washroom was worst. No hot water in the room and hygiene was zero of the room . Very unprofessional. At the time of checkout he used wrong words for me which was very disappointing. I never thought in that spiritual place I will meet these kind of people. I will never recommended this hotel to anybody.

Good Rooms for family. Must maintain them properly. Toilet were not maintained properly. Food was ok.

Very disappointed. He is always greedy for earn money from looting the customer and he will talk like sugar coated but doesn't care any problem of their client. I will recommend to stay away from him.

It's one of the best stays at ujjain. Ram bhaiya is very good. They also have homemade food neat and clean. Shipra river ram ghat and temple are just in walking distance. Thank you, Ram bhaiya, for maintaining such a good facility.

Best place to stay in ujjain with better amenities and affordable rates. From here you can easily visit Mahakal temples and other temples within walking distance.

The rooms are pathetic, small and low standard. but The manager's behavior is very good.

We've booked a room and we called to inform we will reach late but the incharge was very rude and he cut the call abruptly and he said he cancelled the room and didn't even repay Atleast half amount.. A place to stay near Mahakal temple, Ujjain. It's near to the main temple still not very crowded. Mahakal temple is at 5 mins walking distance from this guest house. Located on Ramghat marg, this place provides you a comfortable stay. With economy rates, basic staying facility is good. Don't expect the hi-fi services like some lavish hotel. Owner, very good in nature and friendly. Staff is also cooperative. Overall good experience.

I will give a half star. Worst hotel i have ever visited. No servise no hospitality. Ever there is no hot water for bathing. You have to take the hot water by you own. No cleanliness, no service.

we are from Bangalore, with 24 persons stayed here for 2 days it was a excellent experience of wonderful hospitality. Mr. varmaji taken care so beautifully we faced no problems. he also arranged of Indore, Omkareshwara trip we certainly utilized his service for our next trip to ujjini
