Don't book this Hotel through online. Online booking through ease my trip not accepted by Hotel. However, Behaviour of hotel staff is very bad. Check in time 12:00 PM so they are not ready to talk before that time. Overall any kind of dharamshala is much better than this hotel. Finally I was very happy when hotel staff informed me that they are unable to provide me rooms as they are not associated with ease my trip, because all of our family members were very disappointed after seeing the physical condition of the hotel. So, I thanked them for not providing the room.

Good rooms but not friendly environment,nor a single hotel for fooding,nor a single tea shop. Even ACs are not working properly and they offer bad water bottle.

Small room, bad smell from bathroom, no hot water provision, no toiletry as mentioned in booking site, complimentary breakfast not provided in time so you have to skip that if you are in a hurry, all hotel staff sleep upto 9.00 AM so no chance of any room service.

I am visiting from West Bengal, I spent three nights in this hotel. The hospitality of all in the hotel and the hotel rooms are both very good. I don't know why this hotel has so many bad ratings, but I really didn't experience any bad part.

Pros:- location- at walkable distance from mahakaleshwar jyotirling and Shipra ghats. Rooms were clean. Staff behaviour was good. Cons- rooms a bit smaller. If you are on a budget travel it is accomodable.

Very near yo temple and that is the only positive factor. Over priced for the value. Rooms arr not tidy and the staff also not very helpful

I really very bad experience . Only 2 people hotel Staff 1 manager 1 room cleanaer. Not a good staff behavior lift not available staircase is very very small. Blanket .towel is very reception area very small. My whole life is this hotel is very bad experience

This was a very bad experience in my whole life. I never recommended for this. Only two employees deputed for the management, one is manager & 2nd is for service cum cleaning cu tea services ( for 24 hrs.) .very dirty place & consisted stairs & rooms. There is no any provisions to mark below one star rating, this is not able to mark a single star Totally fake or paid reviews uploaded. The total build up area of this hotel is not more than 500 sq feet. My was very very small is size approximately 96sq feet & bathroom cum toilet size was only 24 sq feet. Total 7 rooms are available in this hotel with total 4 floors. In ground floor one room & reception & 2 room in other each floor. Very dirty & not sanitized. Only one person is appointed for room service+cleaner+tea service. No lift provided , not helping to carry my bags, self service.
