service is worst by staff.... rates are very high in camparsion to other well known hotels of ujjain like meghdhoot shahi darbar is much better option

My stay at Hotel Raj Sagar Resort was absolutely delightful! From the warm welcome to the cozy rooms and impeccable service, every aspect was top-notch. Pathetic Service,3rd class staff, good location but overall experience is below average and strongly not recommended for any good party and events. The staff and their behaviour will ruin your event.

I had the worst experience of my life here. I wanted to visit Ujjain for Bhasm Aarti and this hotel happens to be on the highway. Since I was not very certain of stays in Ujjain, I opted for this. They have some renovations going on. Their rooms were not ready yet they have shown us 2 rooms that they said that they will prepare for us. They charged us 2500 INR per room and trust me, don't go into the looks of the room, they are not even 500 INR rooms. 1. The rooms were very Dusty 2. The washrooms were very unhygienic. After constantly asking them for cleaning, what they did was still something which seemed to be very dirty. 3. Very rude staff. Just there for making money and doesn't understand hospitality at all. 4. The bedsheets, towels, etc were very very dirty. 5. No mirror is rooms as well as washrooms, no basic amenities like dustbin, etc, no washbasin in washroom, no basic toileteries, nothing was provided. 6. There are bugs and cockroaches everywhere. 7. I have not tried their food because honestly you will find very bad and I'll mannered crowd there during night. And it's not that they don't have control over who comes but the fact that they have literally made the place hukkah bar during night and undoubtedly we visit Fine Dine restaurant and bars and pubs but trust me it was very pathetic. As a woman, I didn't feel respected to sit and have dinner there. And this is not just on ground floor but first floor and second floor as well. And above all, they won't give you a proper receipt of your stay. They will give you a dine in restaurant bill with items written as Rooms 😂😂😂 My personal opinion, you will get better options a bit ahead of the place but try avoiding this place even if it seems to be appealing to you and the staff lure you into staying and showing plastic hospitality.

Amazing resort must visit once Nice, peaceful and a luxurious Resort on the outskirts of Ujjain. Awesome customer service and friendly staff. You really feel like a king once you step into this resort. Food is yummy. Room service is quick.The rooms are spacious and clean. Worst restaurant with pathetic service. I booked it for my friends for 3 days …. Take the room service or the facilities everything was worst and above all there was no one to answer you query . The main gate was locked till 9AM and no one was there to open it while checking out early , we literally had to trespass.

Worst experience. Unhygienic, poor taste and that too with high charges. Lachha Paratha was like they took it from someone's else plate and put it in ours. Not recommended any day.
